Claims (11)

  1. Installation pour aligner latéralement des feuilles dans une machine d'impression de feuilles sur un tambour rotatif équipé d'un système de pinces, ce système étant coulissant dans la direction axiale par au moins un organe d'actionnement à moteur,
    caractérisée en ce qu'
    une enveloppe (31) du tambour (4) comporte un segment amont (32) et un segment aval (33) par rapport au système de pinces (11) selon le sens de rotation (34),
    le segment aval (33) suivant en synchronisme le mouvement axial du système de pinces (11).
  2. Installation selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le segment amont (32) est solidaire en coulissement du tambour (4).
  3. Installation selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le segment aval (33) est coulissant dans la direction axiale par rapport au tambour (4).
  4. Installation selon les revendications 1 et 3,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le segment aval (33) est coulissant dans les joues (30) du tambour par l'intermédiaire de goujons de guidage (35).
  5. Installation selon les revendications 1 et 3,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le segment aval (33) est associé au système de pinces (11) par l'intermédiaire d'un élément de couplage (37).
  6. Installation selon les revendications 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le segment aval (33) occupe un angle d'extension (β).
  7. Installation selon les revendications 1 et 6,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'angle d'extension (β) correspond sensiblement à un segment d'angle (α) compris entre une droite (g1) passant par le centre du tambour (4) et le centre du cylindre d'impression (5) en aval du tambour (4) et une droite (g2) passant par le centre du tambour (4) et le point du bâti d'un organe oscillant (6) en amont du tambour (4).
  8. Installation selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le système de pinces (11) est monté sur un chariot (15) coulissant axialement, relié à un arbre de traction (17) concentrique au tambour (4) et dont l'extrémité extérieure comporte un écrou (19) solidaire en rotation pour recevoir une broche filetée (20) solidaire en rotation de l'arbre (27) d'un moteur (26) entraîné en synchronisme avec le tambour (4) et le moteur (26) peut être entraîné dans un temps de travail de façon à être en avance ou en retard.
  9. Installation selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce qu'
    un premier organe d'actionnement à moteur est installé de manière solidaire du bâti dans le tambour (4) et il attaque par l'intermédiaire d'un organe d'actionnement, le chariot portant le système de pinces (11).
  10. Installation selon les revendications 1 et 9,
    caractérisée en ce qu'
    à côté du premier organe d'actionnement à moteur, un second organe d'actionnement à moteur est installé solidairement du bâti dans le tambour (4), ce second organe d'actionnement attaquant le segment (33) suivant par l'intermédiaire d'un élément d'actionnement.
  11. Installation selon les revendications 1, 9 et 10,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le second organe d'actionnement à moteur est asservi de façon synchrone sur le premier organe d'actionnement à moteur.
