Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de filage qui, avec la figure 2, diffère de la technique actuelle présentée en figure 1. Selon la technique actuelle, les fibres guidées à travers un canal d'alimentation en fibres (13) (compactage par faible torsion) effectuent une rotation autour de la pointe d'une aiguille (5) dans un canal de guidage de fil d'une broche (6) puis compactées, cette rotation s'effectuant par le biais d'un courant d'air produit par les filières (3). La pointe de l'aiguille (5) sert d'une part à guider les fibres et d'autre part à éviter qu'une fausse torsion ne se produise rétroactivement à travers le canal d'alimentation en fibres jusqu'à, par exemple, un intervalle de serrage d'une paire de cylindres d'alimentation, du fait de la torsion des fibres. En effet, une telle fausse torsion perturbe, voire empêche, la formation du fil. Selon cette invention, le guidage des fibres ouvertes, juxtaposées et sensiblement plates dans l'ouverture du canal de guidage de fil, s'effectue non pas par une pointe d'aiguille orientée vers une ouverture d'un canal de guidage de fil (45), mais par une arête de livraison de fil (29). Ainsi, on empêche la formation d'une fausse torsion sur une surface de guidage des fibres (28) d'un élément d'alimentation en fibres (27) et on obtient un guidage de fil précis par l'arête de livraison de fil (29) agencée très près de l'ouverture du canal de guidage de fil et par la position ouverte des fibres mentionnée. Ce guidage permet une meilleure surveillance du passage depuis le canal d'alimentation en fibres (28) jusqu'à l'ouverture du canal de guidage de fil mentionné. Les filières (21) sont conçues de sorte que, d'une part, de l'air d'alimentation est aspiré à travers le canal d'alimentation en fibres (26) par un effet d'injection et, d'autre part, un tourbillon d'air se forme dans une chambre à turbulence (22), dans laquelle les extrémités arrière des fibres, dont les extrémités avant se trouvent déjà dans le canal de guidage de fil (45), effectuent une rotation autour desdites extrémités avant, de manière à obtenir un fil très similaire à un fil du continu à anneaux.
