Claims (11)
- Einlauffinger (7) einer Formateinrichtung (4) einer Strangmaschine (1) zum Verdichten eines Stranges aus einem in der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie verarbeiteten Material, insbesondere aus Tabak, während seiner Förderung entlang einer Strangführungsfläche (23) des Einlauffingers, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einlauffinger (7) wenigstens teilweise aus einer Stahllegierung (30) mit hohem Titankarbidanteil besteht.
- Einlauffinger (7) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Teil der Strangführungsfläche (23) aus der Stahllegierung (30) mit hohem Titankarbidanteil besteht.
- Einlauffinger (7) nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stahllegierung (30) eine pulvermetallurgisch hergestellte Stahllegierung ist.
- Einlauffinger (7) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Titankarbidanteil der Stahllegierung über 20 % ist.
- Einlauffinger (7) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Titankarbidanteil der Stahllegierung zwischen 31 Gew% und 35 Gew%, insbesondere zwischen 32 Gew% und 34 Gew%, liegt.
- Einlauffinger (7) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bindephase Martensit oder Austenit ist.
- Einlauffinger (7) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stahllegierung (30) gehärtet ist.
- Formateinrichtung (4) einer Strangmaschine (1) der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie mit einem Einlauffinger (7) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
- Formateinrichtung (4) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß außerdem eine Vorrichtung (25) zum Abstreifen von Tabakpartikeln von einem Strangförderer (3) einer Zigarettenstrangmaschine bei der Übergabe eines Tabakstrangs vom Strangförderer (3) in die Formateinrichtung (4) vorgesehen ist, die im Strangeinlaufbereich der Formateinrichtung (4) angeordnet ist, wobei wenigstens ein Teil einer Strangführungsfläche (21) der Abstreifvorrichtung (25) aus der Stahllegierung (30) mit hohem Titankarbidanteil besteht.
- Formateinrichtung nach Anspruch 8 und/oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stahllegierung mit hohem Titankarbidanteil der Strangführungsfläche (23) des Einlauffingers (7) der der Abstreifvorrichtung (25) entspricht.
- Strangmaschine der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie mit einer Formateinrichtung (4) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 8 bis 10.
