Definitions
- the invention relates to a sliding gate, in particular in the form of a fire gate, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Known relay gates (DE-PS-422 251) have gate fields by means of a lifting drive movable and from an upper open position to a lower one Closed position on telescopically displaceable plate elements in the side Edge area of a through opening through a respective support assembly are led. Form the plate elements which can be displaced relative to one another in their respective overlap areas and to the edge-side support modules towards movement gaps that increase fire safety in the area of such Affect gates.
- the invention addresses the problem of creating a relay gate with little technical effort a largely reliable in the closed position forms a fire-proof system and also in the lateral edge area of its plate elements with improved stability, support with increased fire safety having.
- the relay gate according to the invention is to meet the requirements for fire protection gates
- Security features constructed as a functional unit in which both the edge-side frame profiles for the overlying wall panels as also provide these with their respective insulating materials in their areas of coverage are effective at the same time when the relay gate is in the closed position.
- the system with the installation conditions adapted insulation materials in the area of the frame profiles and the wall panels are self-contained, so that heat, air and sound passages are avoided and also the overhead actuator by a encapsulated installation position is protected.
- the essentially symmetrical structure of the relay gate also allows for large spans and through openings largely independent of that can be designed and easily installed for the building to be closed System, its independent construction parts with little effort largely any customer requirements are customizable.
- the peat fields are preferably constructed in two layers from parallel wall elements the top crossbars provided as a driver during the opening stroke are, while at the same time stable storage and guidance in the area of the side Frame profiles is reached.
- the individual gate fields are easy to manufacture and do not require any additional components such as rollers or the like. so that with low weight precise guides in the area of the frame profiles and high speeds when moving the up and down Relay gates are reachable.
- the wall panels of the Areas of the gate interlock with one another so that a surface is also flat against wind pressure or the like Loads stable, rigid system is formed and this overall meets the fire protection requirements.
- a relay gate designated 1 overall is shown in the closed position, which consists of several gate fields, each marked with 2.
- This Gate fields 2 are close to an upper edge area by means of a lifting drive 3 a through opening in a nested open position (Fig. 3 and 4, thin line representation) definable.
- the gate fields are by means of the lifting drive 3 2 telescopically by a lowering movement illustrated by an arrow A. can be moved to the lower closed position, such as the cut one Representation of the gate fields 2 in the closed position in FIGS. 3 and 4.
- the gate fields 2 each consist of two upper sides connected by transverse webs 4 Wall plates 6 and 7 with a corresponding to the number of Peat fields stepped distance B, B ', B "and B"' each have a downward open Limit interior space 5.
- the wall plates 6, 7 are with their lateral edge areas in the closed position on the through-opening frame profiles 8, 9 (Fig. 1) supported, one of which 8 in Fig. 2 in an individual representation is illustrated.
- the gate fields 2 are of the telescopic type Door leaf relay connected, several retaining straps 10 at the lower gate field 2 ' (Fig. 1) on a respective support member 10 'and by means of an upper drive shaft 3 'of the lifting drive 3 can perform a lifting movement against arrow A. is.
- the gate fields 2 are nested one inside the other and are spaced apart E (Fig. 1) having transverse webs 4 take one in the open position one behind the other designated 4 '.
- the sliding gate 1 has several according to the opening height Telescopic gate fields 2, which are in the closed position in the area the edge-side frame profiles 8, 9 as an integral part of a fire protection unit are supported in connection engagement.
- Telescopic gate fields 2 which are in the closed position in the area the edge-side frame profiles 8, 9 as an integral part of a fire protection unit are supported in connection engagement.
- FIG. 2 illustrates that the opposite in the installed position a transverse center plane C (FIG. 1) of the relay gate 1 arranged frame profiles 8 and 9 with respective stepped side supports 11 are provided, on which the front wall plates 6, 7 in the closed position of the Fire protection gates (Fig. 3, Fig. 4) are supported.
- the fire protection unit as insulation closure both in the area of the frame profiles 8, 9 and respective refractory strip seals 12 between the gate fields 2 and 2 ', 13, with which a labyrinth seal is formed overall.
- FIG. 5 and 6 show the design of the frame profiles 8 and 9 constructed as a mirror image of the central longitudinal plane M of the gate 2 Assembly that has at least one outer transverse insulation board 14 (Fig. 6) or 14 and 15 (Fig. 5). These panels are as insulation closures to the through opening on the outside with the respective side supports 11 connected.
- the side supports 11 in turn form with horizontal support webs 11 '(Fig. 7, 8) and the outer vertical struts 16 a closed and stable support frame.
- the frame profiles 8, 9 each have effective fire protection profile for fire protection 17, into which the lateral edge regions of the wall elements 6, 7 in the Intervene in the closed position (Fig. 5, Fig. 6).
- Wall elements 6, 6 ' shown, this arrangement being a mirror image in Repeated area of the respective wall element 7.
- the wall elements show 6, 6 'in the area of their in the closed position telescopically in the engaged position remaining longitudinal edge areas a the refractory and when exposed to heat swelling insulating material in the form of the strip seal 13 Labyrinth profiling D on.
- This profiling D is of respective L-shaped longitudinal struts 19, 20 formed, the respective lower or upper longitudinal edge 21, 22 of the adjacent Wall plates 6, 6 'are set.
- the longitudinal struts 19, 20 each have a free leg 23, 24, which in the closed position of the gate fields 2nd face each other and thus define the labyrinth profile D, the at the same time a heat and sound insulating effect for the gate 1 in the Closed position unfolded.
- These fire doors 1 are up to a length of 8500 mm and a height of 5500 mm can be produced, despite the lightweight construction the gate fields 2 whose fire safety is guaranteed and also the drive 3 has an encapsulated installation position. So this gate system is also for Large-scale buildings, especially industrial halls, can be used.
- Fig. 7 are for at least 90 minutes fire-resistant execution of the gate fields several of the strip seals 13 are arranged on the longitudinal struts 19 and 20, while an embodiment is shown in Fig. 8, in which each longitudinal strut 19, 20 only a strip seal 13 is provided so that this unit the fire protection requirements for at least 30 minutes of exposure withstand.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 Another improvement in fire resistance in the area of being expandable Module designed frame profiles 8 and 9 is achieved in that the area shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 with the insulation panels 14 and 15 with additional refractory parts is provided.
- the one available as a prefabricated component Frame profile 8 or 9 is in the area of the respective side supports 11 and vertical struts 16 having a frame with additional insulating materials, for example in the form of silicate fire protection plates, with which the spaces of the frame are completely filled and fire-retardant are covered.
- These plate components can additionally by an outside Metal cladding can be improved in its fire resistance.
- each different Thick silicate fire protection plates 29, 30 (FIG. 5) are provided, which run over respective plasterboard 28 as a cover.
- This exposed area of the frame profiles 8, 9 also has a sufficient range Fire resistance.
- the wall elements 6 and 7 ensure a high level of fire safety, which is above their the
- the lightweight construction inner material, in particular a 0.75 mm sheet steel cladding 31 can have and at the front ends in Area of the fire trough 17 respective metal caps designed as a U-profile 32 form a fuse that counteracts flammability.
