Definitions

  • the invention relates to a set of game equipment and a game.
  • a set of play equipment which consists of two differently colored baby rattle, in each of which several sounding bodies are present, which may differ from each other in their size, weight or material or in other ways.
  • US-A-5 483 859 discloses a percussion instrument consisting of a hollow container and a plurality of particles whereby various types and magnitudes of percussion sounds can be produced by changing the size, type and amount of sound generating particles.
  • the invention provides a novel set of game equipment and a novel game are created.
  • the set consists of two or more play equipment, wherein the play equipment consist of a can and one or more sound bodies.
  • the box has a footprint.
  • the number of sounding bodies present in the respective game device is noted on the game device, namely on or within its footprint.
  • the novel set of playground equipment can be used for various purposes or game purposes.
  • the game may involve the task to guess the number of sounding bodies present in the game device.
  • the game apparatus may be shaken or otherwise moved so that the body or bodies abut the inner surface of the can in which they are located.
  • the sounds produced thereby can be used for playing purposes.
  • the tones can be used to estimate or guess the number of sound boxes in the box.
  • the novel set of play equipment can be used with particular advantage in dice games.
  • first one or more, preferably two, cubes are rolled.
  • the rolled score is the maximum score for the subsequent turn.
  • the actual score is determined by gaming machines having different numbers of bodies. A turn may only be carried out if a game machine has been selected whose number of bodies corresponds at most to the number of points rolled. In this case, the number for the turn corresponding to the number of sound pieces in the selected game machine is used. Otherwise the rolled score will be forfeited and a turn may not be made.
  • Each player must select a game device from a number of game machines. In each game equipment is in each case a number of possible by the die or the dice points. In two cubes so eleven game devices are available with two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven and twelve sound bodies, which are preferably the same in each game device and also in all game equipment. Each player takes a gaming device and the turn may be carried out by the player who took the gaming device with the rolled score or, if no player succeeded, with the highest score below the rolled value.
  • gaming devices namely a gaming device with a sounding body that is correct for each number of dice, and / or a game device with 13 clan bodies, which never offers a correct solution (as a so-called "annoyance" game device).
  • Other numbers of play equipment are possible.
  • the invention may also be applied to other types of games, such as card games, games, or other games, especially those games in which a number is randomly generated or predetermined.
  • a number is randomly generated or predetermined.
  • random number generators of all kinds can be used. The random number can be generated electronically by a chip, microprocessor, computer, PC or the like.
  • the invention can also be used to achieve the advantage that the hitherto predetermined chance of a cube or a game card or any other "random number generator" can be restricted or manipulated by a certain but not sufficient probability.
  • the player or players do not achieve a random result, but a probable result.
  • a specific number can be determined by hearing or feeling in such a way that with certain probability the exact number can be determined, but with a high probability the numbers around the exact number.
  • the probability of finding the game device with 8 sound fields is low.
  • the probability of finding one of the playground equipment with 7 to 9 sounding bodies is higher.
  • Significantly higher is the probability to find out one of the playground equipment with 6 to 10 bodies. So results that would otherwise be pure coincidence can be excluded almost without any doubt in the selection. This opens up a variety of new ways to play.
  • the box is closed or lockable.
  • the box is designed such that the sound body are reliably held in it.
  • the sound bodies can be small sounding bodies or other sound bodies.
  • the can is closed on all sides.
  • the game device can also be designed such that the box has a container which is closed or closed by one or more, in particular two lids.
  • the lid can be detachably connected to the container be. It can for example be screwed or pressed into the container.
  • the container and / or lid may be made of wood and / or plastic and / or metal and / or from Fasal ® and / or Technopal ®.
  • the container and the lid may be made of plastic.
  • the lid is preferably connected or connected by a snap connection with the container, for example, according to a known container-lid combination, as used for film cans.
  • Another advantageous development is characterized in that the container made of wood and the lid is made of plastic.
  • the container is made of metal or Fasal ® or Technopal ® is.
  • the lid is preferably made of plastic.
  • An advantageous development is characterized in that the can or container has a footprint.
  • the can or the container may be cuboid or cube-shaped.
  • the footprint may be formed by one of the surfaces of the can or container.
  • the lid has a handle part.
  • the grip part can be spherical. But there are other forms possible, such as furniture handles.
  • the lid has a footprint.
  • the base is preferably formed from the edge of the lid.
  • the lid may be designed cup-shaped.
  • the recess of the lid preferably extends into the container. This is particularly advantageous if the number of sounding bodies present in the game device is noted on the game device in order to be able to control this number during the course of the game.
  • the indication of the number of sounding body may be advantageous in this case mounted on the recess of the lid. It is there protected in the normal game play from the eyes of the other players and can nevertheless be determined simply and reliably by turning the game device if necessary.
  • the lid may have a conical contact surface. This is particularly advantageous when the lid is pressed into a recess, preferably in a substantially cylindrical recess or opening of the container.
  • the arrangement is preferably made such that the outer diameter of the lid is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the opening of the container.
  • the lid may have a conical bearing surface.
  • the opening of the container may have a conical bearing surface. In this way it can be achieved that the lid is reliably held in the opening of the container, even if certain manufacturing tolerances occur during the opening of the container and / or the lid.
  • sounding bodies are present in the game machine, one or more or all of these sounding bodies may be different from the other sounding bodies.
  • the orchestras can be spherical. However, they can also be flattened. In particular, the orchestras may be lenticular. They can be muggles or flatmug stones.
  • the sounding bodies may be made of steatite or steatite stone and / or of artificial pearl material and / or of metal and / or of organic material and / or of plastic.
  • a sound body ball bearing balls can be used, but also beans, kidney beans, round or flattened plastic balls or round beads or similar small bodies. In principle, all types of small parts can be used.
  • the edge of the lid can be flush with the container.
  • the outer periphery of the edge of the lid may also be partially or completely within the outer periphery of the container. According to an advantageous development of the edge of the lid over, on a part of the circumference or on the entire circumference. In this way, the lid can be solved in a particularly simple manner and thus the container can be opened in a simple manner. Furthermore, this can increase the footprint of the edge.
  • a further advantageous washer Kunststoffe is characterized in that the can or container has a handle portion. It may be a substantially spherical grip part. However, the handle part can also be configured in other ways, in particular similar to a furniture handle.
  • the orchestras in several or all play equipment can be the same.
  • the number of sounding bodies present in the respective game device is noted on the game device, namely on or within its footprint, preferably in a recessed area of the footprint.
  • a set may be used consisting of eleven gaming machines, each with a number of two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven and twelve in each game machine Sound bodies is present. All the sound objects of all game devices are preferably the same.

  • the lid 3 is designed cup-shaped. It has a cylindrical part 7 whose outer diameter is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the opening at the lower end of the cylindrical part 4 of the container 2. In this way, the lid 3 in the opening of the cylindrical portion 4 of the container 2 can be pressed. The lid 3 is reliably held there due to the described interference fit. However, it can be dismantled if necessary.
  • an outwardly facing, substantially annular edge 8 connects, whose outer periphery is substantially flush with the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 4 of the container 2.
  • a conical part 9 connects, which tapers in the upward direction inwards.
  • the lid 3 can be reliably inserted into the opening of the cylindrical part 4 of the container 2.
  • the lid 3 is closed by the bottom surface 10.
  • the number of existing in the game device sound body 6 is printed on the bottom 11 of the bottom surface 11 or written down or otherwise noted.
  • the edge 8 of the lid 3 is over.
  • the outer diameter of the edge 8 is thus greater than the outer diameter of the cylindrical Part 4 of the container 2. This facilitates the opening of the can.
  • the lid 3 can be easily detached from the container 2 by applying a pressure to the protruding edge 8.
  • the footprint for the game device is formed by the underside of the edge 8.
  • the lid 3 has a conical contact surface 9.
