Claims (17)
- Kipp- oder Schwenktor (200), das als Teilelemente eine Zarge (1), ein darin schwenk- oder kippbar und insbesondere über Kopf beweglich gehaltenes Torblatt (2) und ein Kipp- oder Schwenkhebelwerk (5) aufweist und weiter mit einer Schutzvorrichtung (20) zum schützenden Abdecken eines Zwischenbereiches zwischen der Zarge (1) und dem Kipp- oder Schwenkhebelwerk (5) versehen ist,
wobei die Schutzvorrichtung als Abdeckung (60) für einen sich im Zuge der Torblattbewegung der Zarge (1) nähernden Teil (61, 15) des Schwenk- oder Kipphebelwerks (5) ausgebildet ist,
wobei die Schutzvorrichtung (20) wenigstens ein Trag- oder Stützelement (65) zum. Befestigen der Schutzvorrichtung (20) und wenigstens ein Schutzleisten- oder -lippenelement (63) aufweist, das an dem Trag- oder Stützelement (65) oder einem von mehreren Trag- oder Stützelementen (65) angebracht ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die als Abdeckung (60) ausgebildete Schutzvorrichtung (20) an dem Schwenkoder Kipphebelwerk (5) befestigt ist, wobei das Trag- oder Stützelement (65) zum Festlegen der Schutzvorrichtung (20) oder eines Teils (60) derselben an dem Kippoder Schwenkhebelwerk (5) befestigt ist oder mit demselben verbunden ist, und
dass das Schutzleisten- oder -lippenelement (63) relativ zu dem Trag- oder Stützelement (65) derart beweglich oder nachgiebig ausgeführt ist, dass es einem sich in einem Übergangs- oder Zwischenbereich zwischen den Teilelementen (1, 2, 5) des Tores (200) befindlichen Fremdkörper, insbesondere einer Hand oder eines Fingers einer Person, im Zuge eines sich aufeinander zu Bewegens der Teilelemente (1, 2, 5) ausweichen kann, um ein Verklemmen oder Quetschen des Fremdkörpers zu verringern oder zu verhindern. - Kipp- oder Schwenktor (200) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (60) direkt auf einem Kipp- oder Schwenkhebel (7) des Kippoder Schwenkhebelwerks (5) oder einem mit dem Kipp- oder Schwenkhebel (7) zur gemeinsamen Bewegung verbundenen Teil (15, 13, 71) befestigt ist. - Kipp- oder Schwenktor (200) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trag- oder Stützelement (65) aus einem ersten, starren, unnachgiebigen und/oder stoßunempfindlichen Material besteht. - Kipp- oder Schwenktor (200) nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schutzleisten- oder -lippenelement (63) aus einem zweiten, gegenüber dem ersten Material nachgiebiger, vorzugsweise weicher oder elastischer, ausgeführtem Material gebildet ist. - Kipp- oder Schwenktor (200) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Kantenbereich (62) der Abdeckung (60) zum Bilden des Schutzleisten- oder -lippenelements in nachgiebigen Material, insbesondere Gummi oder PVC, speziell Weichgummi bzw. Weich-PVC, gehalten ist oder solches aufweist. - Kipp- oder Schwenktor (200) nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (60) einen Hauptkörper (65) aus Metall als Trag- oder Stützelement mit wenigstens einer von diesem auf die Zarge (1) zu gerichtet wegragenden Seitenwand (64) aufweist, deren freier Endbereich den nachgiebigen Kantenbereich (62) bildet. - Kipp- oder Schwenktor (200) nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptkörper U-profilförmig ist - Kipp- oder Schwenktor (200) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (60) kappenförmig oder als Abdeckschale ausgebildet ist. - Kipp- oder Schwenktor (200) nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (60) als U-profilförmige Abdeckschale ausgebildet ist. - Kipp- oder Schwenktor (200) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder oder Profilschenkel (64) der Abdeckung (60) zum Umgreifen des abzudeckenden Kipp- oder Schwenkhebelwerks (5) und eines zwischen dem Kippoder Schwenkhebelwerk (5) und der Zarge (1) gebildeten Zwischenraums ausgebildet sind, um einen Handeingriff zu erschweren. - Kipp- oder Schwenktor (200) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch eine an dem Hebelwerk (5) vorhandene Befestigungseinrichtung (68) zum Festlegen der Abdeckung (60) - Kipp- oder Schwenktor (200) nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtung (68) an einem Hebelarmlager (13) des Hebelwerks (5) dieses umgreifend angeordnet ist. - Kipp- oder Schwenktor (200) nach Anspruch 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtung (68) an einer mit dem Kipp- oder Schwenkhebelwerk (5) verbundenden Gewichtsausgleicheinrichtung (8) angeordnet ist. - Kipp- oder Schwenktor (200) nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtung (68) an einem ein Dehnungsfederelement (14) mit dem Hebelarmlager (13) verbindenden Federband (15) angeordnet ist. - Kipp- oder Schwenktor (200) nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtung (68) eine, zwei oder mehrere Rast- oder Klemmelemente oder Aufdrücknippel (69, 70) zum form- oder reibschlüssigen Eingreifen in entsprechende Öffnungen (67) oder Ausnehmungen der Abdeckung (60) umfasst. - Kipp- oder Schwenktor (200) nach Anspruch 14 und nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erstes bzw. erster, an dem für den Angriff des Federbandes (15) dienenden Hebelarmlager (13) zu befestigendes bzw. zu befestigender Rast- oder Klemmelement oder Aufdrücknippel (69) ein zum aufschnappenden, umgreifenden Aufsetzen auf das Hebelarmlager (13) geeignetes Schlaufen- oder Greifelement (72) umfaßt. - Kipp- oder Schwenktor (200) nach einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zweites oder zweiter Rast- oder Klemmelement oder Aufdrücknippel (70) an dem Federband (15) ausgebildet oder zum befestigt Werden insbesondere in einer Öffnung (73) desselben ausgebildet ist.
