Claims (10)
- Kurvengetriebe an einem Falzzylinder eines Falzapparates einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine mit einer Kurvenscheibe, auf der eine Kurvenrolle abläuft, wobei die Kurvenscheibe aus einer ersten und einer zweiten Scheibe besteht, die koaxial nebeneinander angeordnet und gegeneinander verdrehbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenmantel der Kurvenrolle (7, 7.1) in Umfangsrichtung umlaufend, nebeneinander angeordnet zwei konvexe Wölbungen (14, 15) trägt und jede Wölbung (14, 15) mit einer Scheibe (8, 9, 8.1, 9.1) zusammenarbeitet, und dass eine Vertiefung (16) zwischen den Wölbungen (14, 15) über dem aneinandergrenzenden Bereich der Scheiben (8, 9, 8.1, 9.1) zu liegen kommt.
- Kurvengetriebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurvenrolle (7) an einem Rollenhebel (6) gelagert ist.
- Kurvengetriebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurvenrolle (7.1) an einem Stößel (18) gelagert ist.
- Kurvengetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die konvexe Wölbung (14, 15) als Kreisbogen ausgeführt ist.
- Kurvengetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die konvexe Wölbung (14, 15) als geometrische Kurve ausgeführt ist.
- Kurvengetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurvenscheibe (10) als Außenkurve ausgeführt ist.
- Kurvengetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurvenscheibe (10.1) als Innenkurve ausgeführt ist.
- Kurvengetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurvenrolle (7, 7.1) antriebsmäßig mit einer Achse (5) einer Falzklappe (3) eines Falzklappenzylinders (1) verbunden ist.
- Kurvengetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurvenrolle (7, 7.1) antriebsmäßig mit einer Achse (5) einer Punkturleiste (17) eines Punktur-Falzmesserzylinders verbunden ist.
- Kurvengetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurvenrolle (7, 7.1) antriebsmäßig mit einer Achse (5.1) einer Greiferleiste (20) eines Greiferzylinders (19) verbunden ist.
