Claims (10)
- Füllmaschine zum Füllen von offenen Großsäcken mit einem Füllstutzen (10), an dessen unteren Randbereich der zu füllende Großsack ansetzbar ist, dass im unteren Bereich des Füllstutzens (10)wenigstens ein Verschließelement (17, 18) angeordnet ist, welches mittels eines steuerbaren Stelltriebes (19, 20) in eine die Durchströmöffnung des Füllstutzens (10) freigebende und verschließende Stellung bringbar ist, wobei der Füllstutzen (10) doppelwandig ausgebildet ist, und der Stelltrieb (19) im oberen Bereich im Abstand zur Ausströmöffnung des Füllstutzens (10) steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest das Abtriebsglied des Stelltriebes (19) horizontal montiert und über durch den Ringkanal geführte Schwenkgestänge mit den Verschließelementen (17, 18) antriebstechnisch verbunden ist.
- Füllmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stelltrieb (19) als Linearantrieb, vorzugsweise als Kolbenzylindereinheit, ausgebildet und horizontal montiert ist.
- Füllmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschließelemente aus Verschlussklappen (17, 18) bestehen, die um horizontale, parallel und im Abstand zueinander stehende Achsen (15, 16) schwenkbar sind.
- Füllmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlussklappen (17, 18) halbkreisförmig oder annähernd halbkreisförmig gestaltet sind.
- Füllmaschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine der Verschlussklappen (17) an der der horizontalen Achse (15) abgewandten Seite mit einer den Rand der anderen Verschlussklappe (18) in den Schließstellungen übergreifenden Leiste (21) versehen ist.
- Füllmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ringkanal (14) mit einem Vakuum beaufschlagbar ist.
- Füllmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest der Unterbereich der Außenwand (13) des Füllstutzens (10) als mit Druckluft beaufschlagbarer Blähschlauch (13a) ausgebildet ist, und dass dem Blähschlauch (13a) ein ringförmiges Widerlager (22) funktionell zugeordnet ist.
- Füllmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem ringförmigen Widerlager (22) zum Lösen des gefüllten Großsackes eine Sackschnalle (23) zugeordnet ist.
- Füllmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest der von dem angesetzten Großsack umhüllte Bereich des Füllstutzens (10) um eine gegenüber der Vertikalen geneigte Anhängestellung schwenkbar ist.
- Füllmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Füllstutzen (10) um eine horizontale Achse (25) schwenkbar ist, die im Abstand zur Ausströmöffnung des Füllstutzens (10) steht.
