Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufschneiden von Lebensmittelprodukten und zum Weitertransport von Portionen (11) aus mehreren geschindelt oder gestapelt angeordneten Produktscheiben (12),
mit einer Aufschneideeinheit (13) und einer unterhalb der Aufschneideeinheit (13) angeordneten weiteren Bearbeitungseinheit (14), insbesondere einer Verpackungsmaschine, und
mit einer zwischen der Aufschneideeinheit (13) und der Bearbeitungseinheit (14) angeordneten Übergabeeinheit ( 15), der die Portionen (11) von der Aufschneideeinheit (13) übergebbar und von der die Portionen (11) an die Bearbeitungseinheit (14) übergebbar sind, wobei die Übergabeeinheit (15) eine Produktauflage (16) mit einer zumindest im wesentlichen horizontal verlaufenden Auflagefläche (17) für jeweils wenigstens eine zu übergebende Portion (11) aufweist, und
wobei die Produktauflage (16) zur Entgegennahme einer von der Aufschneideeinheit (13) kommenden Portion (11) synchron mit der Portion (11) bewegbar und zur Abgabe der aufgenommenen Portion (11) bei aufliegender Portion (11) aus einer Übergabestellung, in der sich die Portion (11) über einer Produktaufnahme (18) der Bearbeitungsmaschine (14) befindet, ruckartig unter der Portion (11) wegbewegbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Produktauflage (16) durch eine im wesentlichen horizontal verlaufende Bewegung der Übergabeeinheit (15) wegbewegbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Produktauflage (16) ein über Umlenkrollen (19) geführtes, die Auflagefläche (17) bildendes Endlosband (22) umfaßt, wobei bevorzugt zur Abgabe einer auf dem oberen Trum des Endlosbandes (22) aufliegenden Portion (11) die Umlenkrollen (19) ruckartig in im wesentlichen horizontaler Richtung wegbewegbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übergabeeinheit (15) eine Halteeinrichtung (20) zugeordnet ist, mit der das obere Trum des Endlosbandes (22) bezüglich der Wegbewegungsrichtung insbesondere durch Klemmung an einer in Wegbewegungsrichtung hinter der aufliegenden Portion (11) gelegenen Stelle fixierbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Trum des Endlosbandes (22) durch ein zwischen dem oberen Trum und dem unteren Trum angeordnetes Stützelement (21) unterstützt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützelement (21) mit den Umlenkrollen (19) verbunden und mit einer Betätigungseinrichtung zum Ausführen der Wegbewegung gekoppelt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Stützelement ein Stützblech (21) bevorzugt mit einer Stärke von einigen Millimetern vorgesehen ist, das insbesondere an zumindest einer etwa parallel zum Endlosband (22) verlaufenden Seite abgekantet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wegbewegungsgeschwindigkeit der Produktauflage (16) einige m/s beträgt, vorzugsweise etwa 1 bis 4 m/s und insbesondere bevorzugt etwa 2 bis 3 m/s. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übergabeeinheit (15) zur Entgegennahme einer Portion (11) als Ganzes und insbesondere bei bezüglich der Umlenkrollen (19) stillstehendem Endlosband (22) synchron mit einer von der Aufschneideeinheit (13) kommenden Portion (11) in etwa horizontaler Richtung verfahrbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Endlosband (22) derart ausgebildet ist, daß die Portionen (11) jeweils vollflächig auf dem oberen Trum aufliegen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufschneideeinheit (13) eine Übergabeeinrichtung (23) in Form eines bevorzugt verschwenkbaren Förderbandes aufweist, das zur Überbrückung des Höhenunterschiedes zwischen einer Arbeitsebene der Aufschneideeinheit (13) und der Auflagefläche (17) der Übergabeeinheit (15) zumindest bei Übergabe einer Portion (11) geneigt verläuft.
