Claims (7)
- Wasserrohrkessel stehender Bauart mit einer unteren Umlenktrommel (6), einer oberen Sammeltrommel (9), einem zwischen diesen angeordneten Feuerraum (15), einer Mehrzahl zwischen den beiden Trommeln (6, 9) erstreckten und in diese mündenden Rohren (16, 17), die in wenigstens einer inneren, den Feuerraum (15) umgebenden Rohrreihe (16a) und einer äußeren, die innere Rohrreihe (16a) umgebenden Rohrreihe (17a) angeordnet sind, und einem Brenner (11) zur Erzeugung einer Flamme (14) im Feuerraum (15), wobei zwischen den beiden Rohrreihen (16a, 17a) eine erste Kammer (19) und zwischen der äußeren Rohrreihe (17a) und einer eine Austrittsöffnung (26) ausweisenden Kesselwand (4) eine zweite Kammer (20) gebildet ist und wobei von der Flamme (14) erzeugte Rauchgase zunächst durch wenigstens eine erste Öffnung (24) in der inneren Rohrreihe (16a) in die erste Kammer (19) eintreten und dann aus dieser durch wenigstens eine zweite Öffnung (25) in der äußeren Rohrreihe (17a) in die zweite Kammer (20) gelangen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Öffnung (24) an unteren Enden, die zweite Öffnung (25) an oberen Enden und die Austrittsöffnung (26) an unteren Enden der Rohre (16, 17) angeordnet ist.
- Wasserrohrkessel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Öffnung (24) und/oder die zweite Öffnung (25) durch eine Querschnittsverengung wenigstens eines Rohrs (16, 17) gebildet ist.
- Wasserrohrkessel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Rohre (16) der inneren Rohrreihe (16a) an ihren unteren Enden mit je einer an der Bildung einer ersten Öffnung (24) beteiligten Querschnittsverengung versehen sind.
- Wasserrohrkessel nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Rohre (17) der äußeren Rohrreihe (17a) an ihren oberen Enden mit je einer an der Bildung einer zweiten Öffnung (25) beteiligten Querschnittsverengung versehen sind.
- Wasserrohrkessel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Brenner (11) im Bereich der oberen Sammeltrommel (9) angeordnet und ein ihm gegenüber liegender Kesselboden (8) mit einem die Wärme im wesentlichen reflektierenden Material belegt ist.
- Wasserrohrkessel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Kammer (20) an einem unteren, den unteren Ende der Rohre (16, 17) zugeordneten Ende mit der Austrittsöffnung in Verbindung steht.
- Wasserrohrkessel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er zwischen der zweiten Kammer (20) und der Austrittsöffnung (26) eine dritte Kammer (32) aufweist, die mit der Austrittsöffnung (26) und durch eine breitere in einem mittleren bis unteren Bereich der Rohre (16, 17) liegende Öffnung (36) mit der zweiten Kammer (20) in Verbindung steht und in der wenigstens ein zur Vorwärmung von Speisewasser bestimmtes Rohr (37) angeordnet ist.
