Claims (11)
- Schraubenverdichter umfassend ein Verdichterschraubengehäuse (40), zwei Schraubenläufer (48, 50) mit im Verdichterschraubengehäuse (40) angeordneten, ineinandergreifenden Schraubenkörpern (56) und mit beiderseits der Schraubenkörper (56) angeordneten Wellenabschnitten (66, 76), durch welche die Schraubenläufer (48, 50) in beiderseitig des Verdichterschraubengehäuses (40) angeordneten Lagergehäusen (60, 70) gelagert sind, und eine Abdichtung (120) zwischen einem sich an ein druckseitiges Ende (75) des jeweiligen Schraubenkörpers (56) anschließenden und bis zu einem Lagerabschnitt (100) erstreckenden Zwischenstück (102) des jeweiligen Wellenabschnitts (76) und einer das Zwischenstück (102) im Bereich einer auslaßseitigen Abschlußwand (96) des Verdichterschraubengehäuses (40) umgebenden Innenfläche (106) eines in der Abschlußwand (96) vorgesehenen Durchbruchs (98), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdichtung (120) einen in einer in dem Zwischenstück (102) angeordneten Nut (122) sitzenden und gegenüber dieser radial beweglichen Dichtring (130) umfaßt und daß die Nut (122) nahe dem druckseitigen Ende (75) des jeweiligen Schraubenkörpers (56) in dem Zwischenstück (102) angeordnet ist.
- Schraubenverdichter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (122) in einem Abstand von der Stirnfläche (92) des jeweiligen Schraubenkörpers (56) angeordnet ist, der maximal einem Fünffachen, noch besser einem Dreifachen, der Breite der Nut (122) in Richtung der Rotationsachse (54) entspricht.
- Schraubenverdichter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdichtung (120) zwischen dem Zwischenstück (102) und der Innenfläche (106) radiale Bewegungen des Zwischenstücks (102) relativ zur Innenfläche (106) zuläßt.
- Schraubenverdichter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdichtung (120) im wesentlichen nahe eines dem jeweiligen Schraubenkörper (56) zugewandten Randes (146) des entsprechenden Durchbruchs (98) angeordnet ist.
- Schraubenverdichter nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdichtung (120) nahe einer Oberfläche (94) der Abschlußwand (96) angeordnet ist.
- Schraubenverdichter nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück (102) im Anschluß an das druckseitige Ende (75) des jeweiligen Schraubenkörpers (56) eine einem Rand (146) des Durchbruchs (98) gegenüberliegende Eintiefung (150) aufweist.
- Schraubenverdichter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (122) auf einer dem Schraubenkörper (56) gegenüberliegenden Seite der Eintiefung (150) angeordnet ist.
- Schraubenverdichter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (122) in einem Abstand von einer Stirnfläche (92) des jeweiligen Schraubenkörpers (56) angeordnet ist, welcher maximal einem Dreifachen der Erstreckung der Eintiefung (150) in Richtung der jeweiligen Rotationsachse (54) entspricht.
- Schraubenverdichter nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (122) in einem Abstand von der Stirnfläche (92) des jeweiligen Schraubenkörpers (56) angeordnet ist, der in der Größenordnung der doppelten Erstreckung der Eintiefung (150) in Richtung der Rotationsachse (54) liegt.
- Schraubenverdichter nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Nut (122) und der Eintiefung (150) ein Ringwulst (154) vorgesehen ist.
- Schraubenverdichter nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringwulst (154) in Richtung der Rotationsachse (54) eine Erstreckung aufweist, welche maximal einer Erstreckung der Eintiefung (150) in Richtung der Rotationsachse (54) entspricht.
