Abstract
【解決手段】 内部に圧縮空間21が構成されるシリンダ8から構成された圧縮要素3と、シリンダ8内の圧縮空間21に連通する吸込ポート及27び吐出ポート28と、シリンダ8の開口を閉塞する支持部材7と、支持部材7に形成された軸受としての主軸受13に支持されて回転する回転軸5と、回転軸5の軸方向に交差する一面が上死点33Aと下死点33Bの間で連続して傾斜すると共に、シリンダ8内に配置されて回転軸5により回転駆動され、吸込ポート27から吸い込まれた流体を圧縮して吐出ポート28より吐出する圧縮部材9と、吸込ポート27と吐出ポート28間に配置されて圧縮部材9の一面33に当接し、シリンダ8内の圧縮空間21を低圧室LRと高圧室HRとに区画するベーン11と、圧縮部材9とは反対側の軸受(主軸受13)端部に設けられ、回転軸5に当接する軸封シール50とを備えた。

Claims (3)
- 内部に圧縮空間が構成されるシリンダから構成された圧縮要素と、
前記シリンダ内の圧縮空間に連通する吸込ポート及び吐出ポートと、
前記シリンダの開口を閉塞する支持部材と、
該支持部材に形成された軸受に支持されて回転する回転軸と、
該回転軸の軸方向に交差する一面が上死点と下死点の間で連続して傾斜すると共に、前記シリンダ内に配置されて前記回転軸により回転駆動され、前記吸込ポートから吸い込まれた流体を圧縮して前記吐出ポートより吐出する圧縮部材と、
前記吸込ポートと吐出ポート間に配置されて前記圧縮部材の一面に当接し、前記シリンダ内の圧縮空間を低圧室と高圧室とに区画するベーンと、
前記圧縮部材とは反対側の前記軸受端部に設けられ、前記回転軸に当接する軸封シールとを備えたことを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 内部に圧縮空間が構成されるシリンダから構成された圧縮要素と、
前記シリンダ内の圧縮空間に連通する吸込ポート及び吐出ポートと、
前記シリンダの開口を閉塞する支持部材と、
該支持部材に形成された軸受に支持されて回転する回転軸と、
該回転軸の軸方向に交差する一面が上死点と下死点の間で連続して傾斜すると共に、前記シリンダ内に配置されて前記回転軸により回転駆動され、前記吸込ポートから吸い込まれた流体を圧縮して前記吐出ポートより吐出する圧縮部材と、
前記吸込ポートと吐出ポート間に配置されて前記圧縮部材の一面に当接し、前記シリンダ内の圧縮空間を低圧室と高圧室とに区画するベーンと、
前記軸受に対応する位置の前記回転軸に設けられたピストンリングシールとを備えたことを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 前記ピストンリングシールを、前記圧縮部材の一面側の前記軸受端部に対応する位置の前記回転軸に設けたことを特徴とする請求項2の圧縮機。
