Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Entfernen von angekochten, angebackenen oder angebrannten Lebensmittelverschmutzungen von Kochgeschirr und Essgeschirr, umfassend das Waschen des Kochgeschirrs/Essgeschirrs in einer automatischen Geschirrspülmaschine in Gegenwart eines Systems aus organischen Lösungsmitteln, das einen flüchtigen organischen Anteil mit einem Dampfdruck von mehr als 13,32 Pa bei 25 °C und Atmosphärendruck von weniger als 50 Gew.-% und eine Konzentration in der Waschflotte von 100 ppm bis 10.000 ppm aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, umfassend das Waschen des Kochgeschirrs/ Essgeschirrs auch in Gegenwart eines Tensids und eines Waschmittelbuilders und wobei das Tensid und der Waschmittelbuilder eine Konzentration in der Waschflotte von 10 ppm bis 1.000 ppm bzw. von 100 ppm bis 5.000 ppm aufweisen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Konzentration in der Waschflotte des organischen Lösungsmittels im Bereich von 100 ppm bis 10.000 ppm, vorzugsweise von 200 ppm bis 8.000 ppm, mehr bevorzugt von 500 ppm bis 5.000 ppm liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, umfassend das Waschen des Kochgeschirrs/Essgeschirrs in Gegenwart einer Zusammensetzung aus organischen Lösungsmitteln und wobei die Zusammensetzung aus organischen Lösungsmitteln in einer Einheitsdosisform vorliegt, die so beschaffen ist, dass sie eine gesteuerte Freisetzung des organischen Lösungsmittels während eines oder mehrerer wiederholter Waschgänge ermöglicht.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, umfassend das Waschen des Kochgeschirrs/Essgeschirrs in Gegenwart einer Zusammensetzung aus organischen Lösungsmitteln und wobei die Zusammensetzung aus organischen Lösungsmitteln in einer Einheitsdosisform vorliegt, die so beschaffen ist, dass sie eine verzögerte Freisetzung des organischen Lösungsmittels erst nach dem Vorwaschgang ermöglicht.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Zusammensetzung aus organischen Lösungsmitteln in Form einer Flüssigkeit, einer Paste, einer Creme oder eines Gels vorliegt, die bzw. das wahlweise verkapselt, in einem Ein- oder Mehrkammerbeutel verpackt oder auf ein poröses Trägermaterial absorbiert ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, umfassend das Waschen des Kochgeschirrs/Essgeschirrs in einer automatischen Geschirrspülmaschine in Gegenwart einer Maschinengeschirrspülmittelzusammensetzung, umfassend ein Tensid (vorzugsweise umfassend ein schwach schäumendes nichtionisches Tensid), einen Waschmittelbuilder und eine Zusammensetzung aus organischen Lösungsmitteln in Anteilen, die ausreichen, um eine Konzentration in der Waschflotte von 10 ppm bis 1.000 ppm des Tensids, von 100 ppm bis 5.000 ppm des Waschmittelbuilders und von 100 ppm bis 10.000 ppm, vorzugsweise von 200 ppm bis 5.000 ppm, des organischen Lösungsmittels bereitzustellen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das organische Lösungsmittel Organoaminlösungsmittel (insbesondere Alkanolamin und mehr bevorzugt 2-Aminoalkanol) und Glycoletherlösungsmittel, vorzugsweise in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von etwa 3:1 bis etwa 1:3, umfasst und wobei das Glycoletherlösungsmittel ausgewählt ist aus Ethylenglycolmonobutylether, Diethylenglycolmonobutylether, Ethylenglycolmonomethylether, Ethylenglycolmonoethylether, Diethylenglycolmonomethylether, Diethylenglycolmonoethylether, Propylenglycolmonobutylether, Dipropylenglycolmonobutylether, Ethylenglycolphenylether und Mischungen davon.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei das Benetzungsmittel ausgewählt ist aus Silikonpolyether-Copolymeren, insbesondere Silikon-Poly(alkylenoxid)-Copolymeren.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das organische Lösungsmittel bei über 133,32 Pa (1 mm Hg) einen Gehalt an flüchtigen organischen Verbindungen von weniger als 20 %, mehr bevorzugt weniger als 10 % aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das organische Lösungsmittel im Wesentlichen keine Lösungsmittelbestandteile mit einem Siedepunkt von unter 150 °C, einem Flammpunkt von unter 100 °C oder einem Dampfdruck von über 133,32 Pa (1 mm Hg) aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das organische Lösungsmittel ausgewählt ist aus:a) polaren, Wasserstoff bindenden Lösungsmitteln mit einem Hansen-Löslichkeitsparameter von mindestens 20 (MPa)1/2, einem Polaritätsparameter von mindestens 7 (MPa)1/2, vorzugsweise mindestens 12 (MPa)1/2, und einem H-Bindungsparameter von mindestens 10 (MPa)1/2b) polaren, Wasserstoff nicht bindenden Lösungsmitteln mit einem Hansen-Löslichkeitsparameter von mindestens 20 (MPa)1/2, einem Polaritätsparameter von mindestens 7 (MPa)1/2, vorzugsweise mindestens 12 (MPa)1/2, und einem H-Bindungsparameter von mindestens 10 (MPa)1/2c) ampiphilen Lösungsmitteln mit einem Hansen-Löslichkeitsparameter von mindestens 20 (MPa)1/2, einem Polaritätsparameter von mindestens 7 (MPa)1/2 und einem H-Bindungsparameter von mindestens 10 (MPa)1/2d) nichtpolaren Lösungsmitteln mit einem Polaritätsparameter von unter 7 (MPa)1/2 und einem H-Bindungsparameter von unter 10 (MPa)1/2 unde) Mischungen davon.
