Claims (10)

  1. Türverriegelungsvorrichtung (1), insbesondere für Haushaltsgeräte, umfassend:
    eine Stützstruktur (2), in welcher eine Öffnung (3) für das Einführen - in einer vorbestimmten Richtung - eines mit einer Tür (5) verbundenen, hakenartigen Glieds (4) definiert ist, und
    einen Nockenteil (14), der mit zumindest einer ersten Vertiefung oder Kerbe (14b) versehen ist,
    und der solcherart montiert ist, um in der Struktur (2) um einen Stift (13) drehbar zu sein, welcher entlang Führungsmitteln (11, 12) verschiebbar ist;
    wobei die Stützstruktur (2) und der Nockenteil (14) mit einem ersten Element (25; 125) bzw. einem zweiten Element (14a; 114a) versehen sind, welche in einer solchen Weise zusammenwirken, dass der Nockenteil (14) zu Folgendem fähig ist:
    eine Ruheposition einzunehmen, in welcher er an die Öffnung (3) angrenzt und dessen Element (14a; 114a) gegen das übereinstimmende Element (25; 125) der Stützstruktur (2) drückt und in welcher seine erste Kerbe (14b) der Öffnung (3) zugewandt und fähig ist, einen Endteil (4a) des hakenartigen Glieds (4) aufzunehmen, wenn das hakenartige Glied (4) in der Öffnung (3) eingeführt ist, und
    eine umkehrbare Dreh/Verschiebungsbewegung in Richtung einer Arbeitsposition auszuführen, und zwar infolge eines weiteren Einführens des hakenartigen Glieds (4) in die Struktur (2), in welcher Arbeitsposition das hakenartige Glied (14) an das Element (25; 125) der Stützstruktur (2) angrenzt und in der ersten Kerbe (14b) gehalten wird,
    wobei die Türverriegelung (1) weiters einen Kniehebelmechanismus (16) umfasst, welcher in der Struktur (2) montiert, mit dem Nockenteil (14) verbunden und fähig ist, eine erste Konfiguration und eine zweite Konfiguration einzunehmen, in welcher er dazu tendiert, den Nockenteil (14) in der Ruheposition bzw. in der Arbeitsposition zu halten;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Stift (13) entlang der Führungsmittel (11, 12) in einer Richtung verschiebbar ist, die zur Richtung des Einführens des Hakens (4) in die Öffnung (3) im Wesentlichen parallel ist, und dass
    der Kniehebelmechanismus (16) einen Schiebeteil (17) umfasst, der dazu montiert ist, um in der Stützstruktur (2) entlang einer Achse zu gleiten, welche in einem Winkel zur Richtung des Einführens des hakenartigen Glieds (4) angeordnet ist;
    wobei die Türverriegelungsvorrichtung (1) weiters eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung (9) umfasst, die einen beweglichen Verriegelungsteil (10) inkludiert, welcher fähig ist, eine zurückgezogene Ruheposition und eine ausgefahrene Arbeitsposition einzunehmen, in welcher er dazu eingerichtet ist, den Schiebeteil (17) des Kniehebelmechanismus (16) zu behindern, um den Nockenteil (14) in der Arbeitsposition zu halten.
  2. Türverriegelung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das obenstehend erwähnte Element des Nockenteils (14) ein bogenförmiges peripheres Reaktionsprofil (14a) des Bauteils (14) ist und das zusammenwirkende Element der Stützstruktur (2) ein Anschlagteil (25) der Struktur (2) ist.
  3. Türverriegelung gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei der Nockenteil (14) eine zweite Vertiefung oder Kerbe (14c) aufweist und das bogenförmige Reaktionsprofil (14a) sich zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Vertiefung oder Kerbe (14b, 14c) des Nockenteils (14) erstreckt, wobei die zweite Vertiefung oder Kerbe (14c) dazu geeignet ist, in den Anschlagteil (25) der Stützstruktur (2) einzugreifen, wenn der Nockenteil (14) die Arbeitsposition einnimmt.
  4. Türverriegelung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Kniehebelmechanismus (16) Folgendes umfasst:
    einen Hebel (15) mit einem ersten Ende, das am Stift (13) des Nockenteils (14) schwenkbar ist, und wobei das andere oder zweite Ende mit dem Schiebeteil (17) gelenking verbunden ist,
    ein Verbindungselement oder Bindeglied (19), dessen erstes Ende mit dem Stift (13) gelenking verbunden ist und dessen anderes oder zweites Ende dazu montiert ist, um in der Struktur (2) entlang einer Achse zu gleiten, die zur Verschiebungsachse des Schiebeteils (17) im Wesentlichen parallel ist, und
    elastische Mittel, die zwischen dem Schiebeteil (17) und dem zweiten Ende des Verbindungselements oder Bindeglieds (19) eingeschoben sind und dazu tendieren, den Schiebeteil (17) und das zweite Ende des Verbindungselements oder Bindeglieds (19) in entgegengesetzte Richtungen zu treiben.
  5. Türverriegelung gemäß Anspruch 4, wobei das zweite Ende des Verbindungselements oder Bindeglieds (19) dazu montiert ist, um in einem Führungselement (20) des Schiebeteils (17) zu gleiten.
  6. Türverriegelung gemäß Anspruch 5, wobei die elastischen Mittel eine Schraubenfeder (21) umfassen.
  7. Türverriegelung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das Element des Nockenteils (14) ein Zubringerfortsatz (114a) des Bauteils ist und das zusammenwirkende Element der Stützstruktur (2) eine gebogene Fläche (125) ist.
  8. Türverriegelung gemäß Anspruch 7, wobei der Kniehebelmechanismus (16) weiters Folgendes umfasst:
    eine vom Schiebeteil (17) getragene Walze (22), die um eine Achse (18) drehbar ist, welche zur Drehachse des Nockenteils (14) im Wesentlichen parallel ist, und
    ein elastisches Element (119), dessen eines Ende mit dem Schiebeteil (17) verbunden ist und dessen anderes Ende mit dem Nockenteil (14) außermittig in einer solchen Weise verbunden ist, dass eine konvexe gebogene Fläche des Nockenteil (14) mit der Walze (22) in Kontakt gehalten wird.
  9. Türverriegelung gemäß Anspruch 8, wobei das elastische Element (119) eine Spannfeder ist.
  10. Türverriegelung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Kniehebelmechanismus (16) dazu eingerichtet ist, automatisch eine Bewegung des Nockenteils (14) in Richtung der Arbeitsposition hervorzurufen, sobald der Nockenteil (14) während des Schließens der Tür (5) über eine vorbestimmte Winkelposition hinausgeht.
