Claims (10)
- Ofen (1), umfassend eine Garungskammer (2), in die zu garende Lebensmittel gegeben werden, eine rahmenförmige Vorderwand (3), die in ihrer Mitte eine Öffnung (4) aufweist und die Vorderseite der Garungskammer (2) schließt, derart, dass die Garungskammer (2) durch die Öffnung (4) zugänglich ist, eine Tür (5), die die Öffnung (4) schließt, und eine Verriegelung (6), die es ermöglicht, die Tür (5) bei Bedarf zu verriegeln, um zu verhindern, dass sie sich öffnet, wobei die Tür (5) ein Verschlusspaar (19) aufweist, das es ermöglicht, dass die Verriegelung (6) die Tür (5) in der geschlossenen Position hält, und wobei die Verriegelung (6) - ein wenigstens teilweise schaftförmiges Halteelement (7) aufweist, das sich, wenn die Tür (5) in der geschlossenen Position ist, zwischen einer Verriegelungsposition, in der es mit dem Verschlusspaar (19) zusammenwirkt, und einer freien Position, in der es nicht zusammenwirkt, bewegt, - ein Betätigungsmittel (8), das das Halteelement (7) um seine eigene Achse dreht und dadurch die Bewegung des Halteelements (7) zwischen der Verriegelungsposition und der freien Position ermöglicht, - und - ein Gehäuse (10), das ein Lager (12) aufweist, welches das Halteelement (7) während seiner Drehbewegung lagert und das Zusammenhalten des Halteelements (7) und des Betätigungsmittels (8) sowie das Anbringen an der Vorderwand (3) ermöglicht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (10) einen ersten Anschlag (13), der im Inneren des Lagers (12) angeordnet ist und an dem das Halteelement (7) anliegt, wenn es während der Drehbewegung in die freie Position gelangt, und der die Drehbewegung anhält, und einen zweiten Anschlag (14) umfasst, der im Inneren des Lagers (12) angeordnet ist und an dem das Halteelement (7) anliegt, wenn es während der Drehbewegung in die Verriegelungsposition gelangt, und der die Drehbewegung anhält, und
dadurch, dass das Halteelement (7) ein erstes Anlageelement (15), das am ersten Anschlag (13) anliegt, wenn das Halteelement (7) während der Drehbewegung in die freie Position gelangt, und ein zweites Anlageelement (16) umfasst, das am zweiten Anschlag (14) anliegt, wenn das Halteelement (7) während der Drehbewegung in die Verriegelungsposition gelangt. - Ofen (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement (7) wenigstens einen Riegel (20), der an dem Ende des Halteelements (7) nahe der Tür (5) angeordnet ist und vorzugsweise als eine Verlängerung gebildet ist, die nahezu vertikal zur Drehachse ist, und der in der Verriegelungsposition mit dem Verschlusspaar (19) zusammenwirkt und eine Verriegelung bereitstellt und, wenn er durch Drehen in die freie Position gebracht wird, von dem Verschlusspaar (19) gelöst wird und das Öffnen der Tür (5) ermöglicht.
- Ofen (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement (7) sich nahezu an der horizontalen Achse erstreckt, und dadurch, dass das Gehäuse (10) eine offene Oberseitenstruktur aufweist, derart, dass der obere Abschnitt des Lagers (12) offen ist, so dass das Halteelement (7) darin angeordnet werden kann.
- Ofen (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (10) einen Körper (11), an dem das Lager (12) angeordnet ist, und einen Kopf (17) umfasst, - der mit dem Körper (11) verbunden ist und an dem das Betätigungsmittel (8) angebracht ist, und - hinter dem Lager (12) angeordnet ist und eine Formverriegelungskammer (18) aufweist, in der das Betätigungsmittel (8) und das Halteelement (7) formverriegelnd verbunden sind.
- Ofen (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (10) wenigstens ein Befestigungsmittel (21) umfasst, das an dem Körper (11) angeordnet ist und ein Befestigen des Gehäuses (10) an der Vorderwand (3) ermöglicht.
- Ofen (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsmittel (21) als eine Öffnung gebildet ist, die mit dem Loch an der Vorderwand (3) übereinstimmt.
- Ofen (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsmittel (21) als ein Rastmittel gebildet ist, derart, dass es ein formverriegelndes Befestigen des Gehäuses (10) an der Vorderwand (3) ermöglicht.
- Ofen (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen Außenschrank, in dem die Garungskammer (3) angeordnet ist und der zwei Seitenwände (23) aufweist, und dadurch, dass das Gehäuse (10) wenigstens ein Bein (24), das sich vom Körper (11) zur Seitenwand (23) erstreckt, und wenigstens ein Verbindungselement (25) aufweist, das an dem Abschnitt des Beins (24) angeordnet ist, der in Kontakt mit der Seitenwand (23) steht, und es ermöglicht, dass das Gehäuse (10) auch an der Seitenwand (23) befestigt ist.
- Ofen (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (25) eine hakenförmige Verlängerung ist, derart, dass sie ein Aufhängen des Gehäuses (10) an der Seitenwand (23) ermöglicht.
- Ofen (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelung (6) einen Griff (26) umfasst, der das Halteelement (7) ergreift, indem er es teilweise von oben umgibt.
