Claims (10)
- Rammbohrgerät mit einem in einem Gehäuse (1) axial verschiebbaren Schlagkolben (8), dessen Vor- und Rückbewegung durch eine axial durch eine Feder (7) beaufschlagte Steuerhülse (3) und eine oder mehrere korrespondierende Steueröffnungen (11) im Schlagkolben gesteuert wird, wobei das Führungsrohr (2) zur Umsteuerung von Vorwärtslauf auf Rückwärtslauf axial verschiebbar und in der Stellung für den Vorwärtslauf durch Drehung verriegelbar geführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerhülse (3) durch die Feder (7) in Richtung der Stellung für Vorwärtslauf beaufschlagt ist und das Führungsrohr (2) für den Rückwärtslauf nur durch Druckbeaufschlagung in einer definierten Position gehalten wird.
- Rammbohrgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine die Steuerhülse (3) beaufschlagende zylindrische Schraubenfeder (7) zwischen der Steuerhülse (3) und der Führungshülse (5) unter Torsionsvorspannung drehfest angeordnet ist.
- Rammbohrgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerhülse (3) mit dem Versorgungsschlauch (10) über ein mit Abstand zueinander angeordnete, die Axialanschläge bildenden Umfangsnuten (14) und einen Rohrabschnitt (15) mit unrundem Querschnitt aufweisendes Führungsrohr (2) verbunden ist und daß die Führungshülse (5) eine Öffnung (16) mit einem zu dem unrunden Querschnitt des Rohrabschnitts (15) komplementären Querschnitt aufweist.
- Rammbohrgerät nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch eine zwischen dem Führungsrohr (2) und der Steuerhülse (3) angeordnete elastische Buchse (4).
- Rammbohrgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Umfangsnuten (14) mit der unrunden Öffnung (16) in der Führungshülse (5) zusammenwirkende Vorsprünge (18) angeordnet sind.
- Rammbohrgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der unrunde Querschnitt des Rohrabschnitts (15) durch mindestens eine Abflachung (17) des kreisförmigen Querschnitts gebildet ist.
- Rammbohrgerät nach Anspruch 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (18) durch mindestens einen kreisbogenförmigen Abschnitt (19) mit einem bis zur Abflachung (17) reichenden Radius und mindestens zwei im Abstand zueinander tangential vom kreisbogenförmigen Abschnitt (19) zum Radius des Rohrabschnitts (15) verlaufenden, geraden Flächen (20) gebildet werden.
- Rammbohrgerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der unrunde Querschnitt des Rohrabschnitts (15) durch zwei parallele Abflachungen (17) und durch zwei Vorsprünge (18) mit diametral gegenüberliegenden kreisbogenförmigen Abschnitten (19) und sich den Abschnitten (19) unter einem Winkel von etwa 90° anschließenden tangentialen, geraden Flächen (20) gebildet wird.
- Rammbohrgerät nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden (12) der zylindrischen Schraubenfeder (7) axial abgebogen sind und in Taschen (13) der Steuerhülse (3) und der Führungshülse (5) eingreifen.
- Rammbohrgerät nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zylindrische Schraubenfeder (7) als Wickelfeder ausgebildet ist.
