Claims (7)
- Scheibensieb mit mindestens zwei im Wesentlichen achsparallelen, motorisch angetriebenen Siebwellen (1) mit auf diesen befindlichen, auf der jeweiligen Siebwelle (1) radial abstehenden Siebscheiben (2), wobei jede der Siebscheiben (2) einer Siebwelle (1) in eine Lücke (L) zwischen zwei auf einer benachbarten Siebwelle (1) vorgesehenen Siebscheibe (2) eingreift, insbesondere zum Aussieben von Siebgut sehr unterschiedlicher Körnung wie Bauschutt, Müll, Holzabfälle oder dergleichen, wobei die Siebscheiben (2) jeweils in Achsrichtung der Siebwellen (1) aus der Scheibenebene, insbesondere wellen-, wendel-, fächer- oder schiffsschraubenförmig ausgestellt und dabei so geformt sind, dass zwischen den ineinandergreifenden, benachbarten Siebscheiben (2) zweier Siebwellen (1) Taschen (T) vorgegebenen Volumens ausgebildet sind, deren Querschnitt in Siebrichtung die Korngröße des Siebgutes im Wesentlichen bestimmt
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Siebscheiben (2) aus ebenen oder nur leicht gekrümmten Scheibensegmenten (23) zusammengesetzt sind, welche annähernd stetig gekrümmte Flächen höherer Ordnung oder trapez- oder fächerförmige Flächen ausbilden. - Scheibensieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übergänge zwischen den Scheibensegmenten (23) gerundet oder kantig ausgebildet sind.
- Scheibensieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siebwellen (1) drehzahlsynchron angetrieben werden.
- Scheibensieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siebwellen (1) mit unterschiedlichen Drehzahlen angetrieben werden.
- Scheibensieb nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Aufgabeseite (B) für das Siebgut aufweist und darüber hinaus so orientiert ist, dass durch die Bewegung der Siebwellen (1) und/oder die Schwerkraft das Siebgut über das Scheibensieb hinweg zu einer Abwurfseite (A) für das die gewünschte Korngröße überschreitende, restierende Siebgut bewegt wird.
- Scheibensieb nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehzahl der Siebwellen (1) zu der Abwurfseite (A) hin zunimmt.
- Scheibensieb nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere benachbarte Siebwellen (1) mit gleicher Drehzahl angetrieben werden.
