Claims (1)
- Scheibe (3, 3') für ein Scheibensieb oder einen Scheibenseparator, welches mehrere parallel in einem Gestell (1) angeordnete, drehfest antreibbare Wellen (2) aufweist, auf denen mehrere solcher Scheiben (3, 3') auf Lücke und ineinandergreifend angeordnet sind, mit einem Scheibenkörper (6), der einen als Vieleck mit einer geraden Anzahl von Ecken (8) gestalteten Umfang, zwei Seitenflächen (10) und eine der Anzahl der Ecken (8) des Vieleckes entsprechende Anzahl von Teilflächen (9) am Umfang aufweist und aus einem Eisenwerkstoff besteht, wobei in Richtung des Umfangs des Scheibenkörpers (6) jede zweite Ecke (8) mit einem Abstreifer (5) versehen ist, der mindestens einseitig über eine der Seitenflächen (10) des Scheibenkörpers (6) vorsteht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstreifer (5) zumindest teilweise aus einem Hartmetall bestehen und
daß der Scheibenkörper (6) im Bereich der nicht mit Abstreifern (5) versehenen Ecken (8) Ausnehmungen aufweist, in welche Plattenelemente (11) aus Hartmetall eingesetzt sind, die die Ecken (8) umfassen und sich jeweils ausgehend von einer Ecke (8) über eine Teillänge der anschließenden und in Richtung auf die mit Abstreifern (5) besetzten Ecken (8) verlaufenden Teilflächen (9) erstrecken.
