Definitions
- the invention relates to a rotor screen according to claims 1 and 11.
- Rotor screens which can be designed as disk screens or disk separators, are known in many ways and are particularly difficult to separate screenable masses. They have a high capacity in comparison to other sieves Ratio to their size and good screening behavior.
- this Sieves for separating waste paper, newspapers, cardboard, boxes etc. as well contain other missing materials the known sieves work unsatisfactorily, especially if the small parts have to be screened from waste paper. Farther the known sieves tend to wind fibrous material such as twine, Plastic cords etc. that are in the waste paper mass.
- the invention has for its object to propose a rotor screen, which in is able to screen small parts from waste paper batches of different fractions, without these small parts having to be laboriously removed by hand.
- the depressions between the ridges form cells that screen the cells Small parts from the larger fractions, for example formed by newspapers become easier and improved.
- struts protrude from the outer surfaces of the Waves out and thus form the depressions.
- This striving continues ensures that the small parts tip better off the screen surface.
- a sieve formed in this way can be cleaned more easily. That about the waves wrapped material, can be cut with a knife or other Object can be cut very easily and quickly, because with the knife in the Voids can be inserted into the wound material from the shaft to cut outwards.
- practical tests have shown that a sieve designed in this way also does not move so quickly from the basic to the Winding tends.
- the waves are rectangular, preferably have a square cross-section, and that in the area of Edges of the waves, the struts with their narrow sides facing outwards are arranged.
- This arrangement is for both the sieving result and for that Anti-wrap behavior very beneficial.
- the Cut out recesses corresponding to the cross section of the shafts and struts By means of the fixing elements arranged on the disks, the Disks in the axial direction at different distances from each other on the Set and set waves.
- the sieve property of the rotor sieve can to be adapted to be screened material in a simple manner.
- the struts are provided in a rotor sieve extend helically to the shaft axis and none on the shafts Disks are arranged.
- the sorting system 1 has different sorting routes.
- task area 2 first the material is given and equalized via the equalization section 3, so that the material is fed to the various sorting sections in a uniform manner becomes.
- the fine parts such as magazines, Newspapers, boxes, scraps of paper, dust, etc. are sieved and removed from large parts, such as cardboards, shipping boxes, etc. separately.
- the material arrives at the Rotor screen 5.
- the front area 6 of the rotor screen 5 is the fine material aligned.
- the material then reaches the one with disks 7 and struts 8 provided further area 9 of the rotor screen 5, in which small parts such Cigarette boxes etc. are screened off while the waste paper newspapers and larger pieces slide over the rotating disks 7 of the rotor screen 5.
- the overflowing material then reaches a manual reading section 10.
- the intended for screening the small parts as a disc sieve or Disc separator formed rotor screen 5 has the parallel to each other arranged and driven by an electric motor 11 via a chain drive Waves 12 on.
- the cross section of the shafts 12, which are preferably made of square tubes exist is square.
- In the area of the frame 13 are on each shaft 12 in the further area 9 of the rotor screen 5 has two lateral mounting disks 14 arranged. Between these mounting plates 14 are the extension of Edges 15 of the shafts 12 arranged struts 8, whose narrow sides to the outside point, attached.
- the struts 8 are located on the outer surfaces in Recesses 16, which are designed as cells and extend in the longitudinal direction of the shafts 12 formed while the struts 8 form the increase. This from the struts 8 created depressions are convex.
- the disks 7 have the cross section of the shafts 12 and the struts 8 corresponding recesses 17 so that they can be pushed onto the shafts 12.
- Fixing elements 18 are assigned to each disc 7, by means of which the discs 7 in the axial direction at the intended distance from one another on the shafts 12 are adjustable and definable.
- the discs 7 are each one to the other and arranged interlocking, as shown in FIG. 2.
- the waste paper mixture is fed into the task area 2 and reaches the Feed belt, the leveling belt 3 and the sorting area 4 to the Rotor sieve 5.
- the larger parts such as Newspapers, cardboard sections etc. aligned.
- the second part 9 of the rotor sieve 5 which has the struts 8 arranged on the shafts 12 and the disks 7, the boxes and fines are separated from the newspapers. Through the struts 8 and cells 16, very good sorting is achieved. It has been shown that the boxes and small parts over the outer edges of the struts 8 of the Tilt screen surface 19 slightly downwards and favored by cells 16 promoted below. Thus, these small parts of the newspaper in advantageously screened. A high degree of selectivity is achieved.
- twine, ribbons, cords, etc. wind around the struts 8 and shafts 12 can be cut off very easily, as Fig. 8 shows. That about the waves 12 wrapped material 20 is spaced from the struts 8 from the shaft surface 21 held. In the resulting cavities 22 between the shaft surface 21 and the wound material 20, a knife can be pushed very easily, so that the material 20 wound around the shafts 12 can be cut very easily.
- the rotor screen 23 according to FIGS. 9-11 differs from the rotor screen 5 2 - 8 in that no disks are arranged on the shafts 24.
- the struts 25 are arranged helically on the shafts 24 so that the recesses 26 formed as cells result.
- the mode of operation corresponds the rotor sieve according to FIGS. 2-8.
