Abstract
Description
- ein Abschnitt des metallischen Halters gegen Drehungen um die Reflektorachse gesichert in einem Durchbruch des Reflektorhalses angeordnet ist und durch diesen Durchbruch aus dem Reflektorhals herausragt,
- im Bereich des Reflektorhalses ein Absatz angeordnet ist, der in Richtung der Reflektorachse als Tiefenanschlag für den metallischen Halter ausgebildet ist,
- die Reflektorlampe eine metallische Sockelhülse aufweist, die mit einem Gewinde versehen ist und für die die Außenwand des Reflektorhalses eine Anschlagsfläche bildet, und
- zwischen der Sockelhülse und dem aus dem Reflektorhals herausragenden Teil des in dem Durchbruch des Reflektorhalses angeordneten Abschnitts des metallischen Halters eine Schraubverbindung besteht.

Claims (8)
- Reflektorlampe mit einem Reflektor (10), der einen Reflektorhals (12) aufweist und eine Reflektorachse (A-A) definiert, und mit einer elektrischen Lampe (20), die mittels eines metallischen Halters (30) in dem Reflektorhals (12) fixiert ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassein Abschnitt (33) des metallischen Halters (30) gegen Drehungen um die Reflektorachse (A-A) gesichert in einem Durchbruch (14) des Reflektorhalses (12) angeordnet ist und durch diesen Durchbruch (14) aus dem Reflektorhals (12) herausragt,im Bereich des Reflektorhalses (12) ein Absatz (17) angeordnet ist, der in Richtung der Reflektorachse (A-A) als Tiefenanschlag für den metallischen Halter (30) ausgebildet ist,die Reflektorlampe eine metallische Sockelhülse (40) aufweist, die mit einem Gewinde (41) versehen ist und für die die Außenwand des Reflektorhalses (12) eine Anschlagsfläche (19) bildet, undzwischen der Sockelhülse (40) und dem aus dem Reflektorhals (12) herausragenden Teil des in dem Durchbruch (14) des Reflektorhalses (12) angeordneten Abschnitts (33) des metallischen Halters (30) eine Schraubverbindung besteht. - Reflektorlampe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl die Form des Durchbruchs (14) in dem Reflektorhals (12) als auch der in dem Durchbruch (14) des Reflektorhalses (12) angeordnete Abschnitt (33) des metallischen Halters (30) eine Gestalt besitzen, die bezüglich der Reflektorachse (A-A) nicht rotationssymmetrisch ist, und die Abmessungen des Durchbruchs (14) und des Abschnitts (33) aufeinander abgestimmt sind.
- Reflektorlampe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in dem Durchbruch (14) des Reflektorhalses (12) angeordnete Abschnitt (33) des metallischen Halters (30) als Hülse ausgebildet ist, die mindestens zwei einander gegenüberliegende, parallel zueinander verlaufende Seitenwände (33b) aufweist, und der Reflektorhals (12) im Bereich seines Durchbruchs (14) mindestens zwei einander gegenüberliegende Innenwände (15) besitzt, wobei die vorgenannten Seitenwände (33b) der Hülse (33) an den Innenwänden (15) anliegen.
- Reflektorlampe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der metallische Halter (30) mindestens zwei senkrecht zur Reflektorachse (A-A) abgewinkelte Laschen (31) besitzt, die auf dem Absatz (17) aufliegen.
- Reflektorlampe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der aus dem Reflektorhals (12) herausragende Teil des in dem Durchbruch (14) des Reflektorhalses (12) angeordneten Abschnitts (33) des metallischen Halters (30) Noppen (34) aufweist, die an der Innenwand der Sockelhülse (40) anliegen und in das Gewinde (41) der Sockelhülse (40) greifen.
- Reflektorlampe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenseite des Reflektorhalses (12) mit einer schräg bezüglich der Reflektorachse (A-A) verlaufenden Fläche (18) versehen ist.
- Reflektorlampe nach Anspruch 1 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sockelhülse (40) durch ein Klebemittel oder durch eine Crimpverbindung (44) an dem Reflektorhals fixiert ist.
- Reflektorlampe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine erste aus der Lampe (20) herausragende Stromzuführung (22) mit dem metallischen Halter (30) elektrisch leitend verbunden ist, und eine zweite aus der Lampe (20) herausragende Stromzuführung (23) mit einem Bodenkontakt (43) der Sockelhülse (40) elektrisch leitend verbunden ist.
