Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Behältnis zur Aufbewahrung von Lebensmitteln nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 oder des Anspruches 2.
- Es ist bekannt, dass der Frischezustand vieler Lebensmittel wie z. B. Fleisch, Obst, Gemüse, Brot oder dergleichen bei unsachgemäßer Lagerung relativ schnell abnimmt.
- Es sind deshalb Behältnisse entwickelt worden, die dem Zweck dienen sollen, den Frischezustand von Lebensmitteln bei der Aufbewahrung in diesen Behältnissen über einen längeren Zeitraum einigermaßen aufrecht zu erhalten. Soweit es sich hierbei um Behältnisse handelt, die ein Endverbraucher im eigenen Haushalt benutzt, um frisch eingekaufte Lebensmittel aufzubewahren, sind diesbezüglich zweifellos auch schon gewisse Fortschritte erzielt worden, eine deutliche Verbesserung der Frischhaltung von Lebensmitteln über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg ist aber nach wie vor äußerst wünschenswert.
- In der Lebensmittelindustrie wird innerhalb von Behältnissen, in denen frische Lebensmittel zum Verkauf angeboten werden, durch das Einfüllen von gasförmigen, lebensmittelunbedenklichen Frischhaltemitteln wie z. B. CO2, eine modifizierte Atmosphäre geschaffen, innerhalb derer Lebensmittel tatsächlich über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg frisch gehalten werden können.
- Aus der
US-B1-6 183 790 ist ein Behältnis der gattungsgemäßen Art bekannt, welches in der Lebensmittelindustrie Verwendung finden kann. - Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Behältnis nach dem Gattungsbegriff des Anspruches oder des Anspruches 2 aufzuzeigen, welches auf einfachste Art und Weise eine Verbesserung der Frischhaltung von Lebensmitteln ermöglicht und problemlos in jedem Haushalt verwendbar ist.
- Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem Behältnis nach dem Gattungsbegriff des Anspruches 1 dadurch gelöst, dass eine Wandung des Behältnisses mit einem perforierten Bereich ausgestattet und auf diesen perforierten Bereich ein das Frischhaltemittel aufweisender Frischhalte-Spender aufgeklebt ist.
- Ein derartiges Behältnis kann in jedem Haushalt problemlos zur Aufbewahrung von Lebensmitteln verwendet werden und gewährleistet eine längere Frischhaltezeit dadurch, dass in seinem Innenraum - nach Einfüllen von Lebensmitteln und dem Verschließen des Behältnisses - durch die von einem Lebensmittel abgegebene Feuchtigkeit und die damit einhergehende Aktivierung eines Frischhaltemittels eine modifizierte Atmosphäre erzeugt wird, die bislang nur im industriellen Bereich und unter Verwendung entsprechend aufwendiger Verpackungstechniken und Zubehöraggregate erzielbar war.
- Auf den perforierten Bereich des Behältnisses ist ein das Frischhaltemittel aufweisender Frischhalte-Spender aufgeklebt. Dadurch kann bei Verbrauch des Frischhaltemittels ein neuer Frischhalte-Spender aufgeklebt werden, so dass das Behältnis erneut oder für eine längere Zeitdauer eingesetzt werden kann.
Die der Erfindung zugrunde liegende Aufgabe wird bei einem Behältnis nach dem Gattungsbegriff des Anspruches 2 dadurch gelöst, dass die Wandungen des Beutels doppellagig ausgebildet sind und aus einer inneren Materiallage und einer äußeren Materiallage bestehen, wobei zwischen den beiden Materiallagen eine Füllung angeordnet ist, die das Frischhaltemittel enthält und dass die innere Materiallage zumindest bereichsweise mit Perforationslöchern ausgestattet ist und dass die Füllung feuchtigkeitsabsorbierende Substanzen wie Fasern, Schaum, Gel oder dergleichen und Zusätze mit Bakteriziden und/oder antibakteriellen Eigenschaften aufweist und dass das Frischhaltemittel aus einer Mischung aus Zitronensäure und Natriumbicarbonat gebildet ist. - Auch ein Behältnis gemäß dieser Lösungsform lässt sich mit großem Vorteil und problemlos von einem Endverbraucher im Haushalt verwenden, da ein derartiges Behältnis wie ein normaler Beutel verwendet werden kann, gleichwohl aber den erstrebten Vorteil der längeren Frischhaltung von Lebensmitteln gewährleistet.
- Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform wird das Frischhaltemittel zusammen mit einem Feuchtigkeit absorbierenden Material eingesetzt, um zu gewährleisten, dass ausreichend Feuchtigkeit zur Aktivierung des Frischhaltemittels zugeführt wird. Das absorbierende Material kann dabei benachbart zu dem Frischhaltemittel angeordnet sein oder das Frischhaltemittel kann in Form von kleinen Teilchen in dem absorbierenden Material aufgenommen sein.
- Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung sind Gegenstand von Unteransprüchen.
- Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sind in den beigefügten Zeichnungen dargestellt und werden im folgenden näher beschrieben.

- In
Figur 1 ist mit dem Bezugszeichen 1 ein Behältnis in Form eines Beutels gezeigt, welcher zur Aufbewahrung von Lebensmitteln dient. Der Beutel besteht z.B. aus einer Polyethylen-Folie, die luftdicht verschließbar ist. - Eine Wandung des Beutels ist mit einem perforierten Bereich 2 ausgestattet, auf den ein selbstklebender Frischhaltemittel-Spender 3 aufklebbar ist.
- Durch diesen Frischhaltemittel-Spender 3 wird der perforierte Bereich 2 zur Beutelaußenseite hin verschlossen.
- Wird nun in den Beutel gemäß
Figur 1 ein Lebensmittel eingebracht und der Beutel verschlossen, so wird durch die vom aufgenommenen Lebensmittel abgegebene Feuchtigkeit das Frischhaltemittel aktiviert und im Inneren des verschlossenen Beutels durch das besagte Frischhaltemittel eine modifizierte Atmosphäre erzeugt, die zu einer längeren Frischhaltung des verpackten Lebensmittels führt. - Selbstverständlich wird hier ein Frischhaltemittel verwendet, welches absolut lebensmittelunbedenklich ist. Als Frischhaltemittel kann beispielsweise eine Mischung aus Zitronensäure und Natriumbikarbonat eingesetzt werden. Das Frischhaltemittel setzt bei seiner Aktivierung durch Feuchtigkeit CO2 frei.
- In
Figur 2 ist eine Wandung eines Beutels gezeigt, die als Doppelwand ausgebildet ist und zwei Materiallagen 4a und 4b aufweist. Zwischen diesen beiden Wandungen 4a und 4b befindet sich eine Füllung 5, die wiederum ein durch Feuchtigkeit aktivierbares Frischhaltemittel zur Erzeugung einer modifizierten Atmosphäre im Innenraum des Beutels aufweist. Die beutelinnenseitige Wandung 4a ist wieder mit Perforationslöchern 6 versehen, so dass im Beutelinneren von einem Lebensmittel abgegebene Feuchtigkeit an die Füllung 5 und das darin befindliche Frischhaltemittel gelangen kann, während die äußere Wandung 4b für eine Abdichtung des Beutelinhaltes sorgt. - Außerdem kann die Füllung 5 auch Feuchtigkeit absorbierende Materialien wie Fasern, Schaum, ein entsprechendes Gel oder dergleichen enthalten. Dadurch kann überschüssige Feuchtigkeit von der Füllung 5 aufgenommen und das im Beutel verpackte Lebensmittel vergleichsweise trocken gelagert werden. Durch die Feuchtigkeit absorbierenden Materialien kann auch die Reaktion der durch Feuchtigkeit aktivierbaren Frischhaltemittel gesteuert werden.
- Durch den Einsatz des Frischhaltemittels, vorzugsweise eine Mischung aus Zitronensäure und Natriumbikarbonat, kann das Gasprofil in dem Behältnis eingestellt werden. Wichtige Parameter für die Einstellung des Gasprofils in dem Behältnis sind hierbei das stöchiometrische Verhältnis von Zitronensäure und Natriumbikarbonat, die Menge an Frischhaltemittel im Verhältnis zum Volumen des Behältnisses, die Lagertemperatur und die Art des in dem Behältnis zu lagernden Nahrungsmittels.
- Ferner können je nach Bedarf einzelne Schichten einer undurchlässigen Folie, eines Frischhaltemittels, eines absorbierenden Materials, eines Teebeutelmaterials, einer perforierten Folie und je nach Bedarf auch andere Materialschichten benachbart zueinander angeordnet werden, um ein Behältnis zum Frischhalten von Lebensmitteln zu schaffen.
- Darüber hinaus besteht beim Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß
Figur 2 die Möglichkeit, in der Füllung 5 Zusätze mit Bakteriziden und/oder antibakteriellen Eigenschaften zu deponieren. - In
Figur 3 ist ein Schnitt durch einen Teil eines erfindungsgemäßen Behälters gezeigt, bei dem eine perforierte Polyethylen-Folie 9 den Boden des Behälters bildet. Auf der nach innen gewandten Seite ist ein Feuchtigkeit absorbierendes aber durchlässiges Material, wie Flaummaterial, non-woven Material oder ein Fasermaterial in Form eines Kissens 10 angeordnet. Auf der nach außen gewandten Seite der Folie 9 ist eine Schicht 11 aus einem Frischhaltematerial angeordnet, das bei Aufnahme von Feuchtigkeit CO2 abgibt. Der perforierte Bereich der Folie 9 ist nach außen hin durch ein klebendes Etikett 12 verschlossen, an dem auch eine Bedienungsleitung aufgedruckt sein kann. Das so gebildete Behältnis eignet sich besonders gut für die Lagerung von Fleisch, das auf dem Kissen 10 abgelegt werden kann
Claims (2)
- Behältnis (1) in Form einer mittels eines Deckels verschließbaren Dose, eines Beutels oder dergleichen zur Aufbewahrung von Lebensmitteln, wobei das Behältnis (1) mit einem durch Feuchtigkeit aktivierbaren Frischhaltemittel zur Erzeugung einer modifizierten Atmosphäre im Innenraum des Behältnisses (1) ausgestattet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Wandung des Behältnisses (1) mit einem perforierten Bereich (2) ausgestattet und auf diesen perforierten Bereich ein das Frischhaltemittel aufweisender Frischhalte-Spender (3, 11) aufgeklebt ist.
- Behältnis (1) in Form eines Beutels zur Aufbewahrung von Lebensmitteln, wobei das Behältnis (1) mit einem durch Feuchtigkeit aktivierbaren Frischhaltemittel zur Erzeugung einer modifizierten Atmosphäre im inneren des Behältnisses (1) ausgestattet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandungen (4) des Beutels doppellagig ausgebildet und aus einer inneren Materiallage (4a) und einer äußeren Materiallage (4b) bestehen, wobei zwischen den beiden Materiallagen (4a und 4b) eine Füllung (5) angeordnet ist, die das Frischhaltemittel enthält und das die innere Materiallage (4a) zumindest bereichsweise mit Perforationslöchern (6) ausgestattet ist und dass die Füllung (5) feuchtigkeitsabsorbierende Substanzen wie Fasern, Schaum, Gel oder dergleichen und Zusätze mit Bakteriziden und/oder antibakteriellen Eigenschaften aufweist und das Frischhaltemittel aus einer Mischung aus Zitronensäure und Natriumbicarbonat gebildet ist.
