Claims (14)
- Beschlagseinheit für ein Kipp- oder Drehkippfenster, mit einem gebäudeseitig festlegbaren Blendrahmen (1) und einem relativ zu dem Blendrahmen (1) beweglichen Flügelrahmen (3), zwischen denen mindestens eine antreibbare Kippschere zur stufenlosen Verstellung der Flügelöffnungsweite vorgesehen ist, wobei die Kippschere einen mit dem Blendrahmen (1) und dem Flügelrahmen (3) verbundenen Hauptlenker (2) und einen am Hauptlenker (2) gelagerten Zusatzlenker (5) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zusatzlenker (5) an seiner am Flügelrahmen (3) gelagerten Achse (60) für eine Zwangsbewegung der Kippschere angetrieben ist.
- Beschlagseinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zusatzlenker (5) an der am Flügelrahmen (3) gelagerten Achse (60) Zähne für den Eingriff mit einem Ritzel (72), einer Zahnstange (7) oder einem Schneckenrad (71) aufweist oder der Zusatzlenker (5) mit einem an der Achse (60) gelagerten Ritzel verbunden ist.
- Beschlagseinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zusatzlenker (5) auf einer direkt angetriebenen Achse am Flügelrahmen (3) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Beschlagseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Flügelrahmen (3) Verriegelungsmittel vorgesehen sind, die vor einer Bewegung durch die Kippschere entriegelbar sind.
- Beschlagseinheit nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Bewegung der Verriegelungsmittel von der Bewegung des Flügelrahmens (3) getrennte Antriebsmittel vorgesehen sind.
- Beschlagseinheit nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verund Entriegelung der Verriegelungsmittel als auch die Öffnungs- und Schließbewegungen des Flügelrahmens (3) über einen einzigen Antrieb erfolgt.
- Beschlagseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb über eine Zahnstange (7) erfolgt, die über ein Kopplungselement (9) bewegbar ist.
- Beschlagseinheit nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kopplungselement (9) ein an der Schaltstange (8) befestigter Mitnehmerbolzen (10) ist und die Zahnstange (7) eine Aufnahmebohrung aufweist.
- Beschlagseinheit nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kopplungselement (9) derart konstruiert ist, dass eine Kopplung bzw. Entkopplung zwischen einem Schaltgestänge (8) und der Zahnstange (7) erfolgen kann.
- Beschlagseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kopplungselement derart gestaltet ist, dass ein an dem Schaltgestänge (8) über einen Lagerbolzen (10) drehgelagerter Rasthebel (11) mit einer an der Zahnstange (7) angeformten Rastnase (15) verrastet und zur Freigabe der Kopplung ein Auflaufteil (16) vorgesehen ist.
- Beschlagseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Zusatzlenker (5) und einem aufgesetzten Zahnrad (6) eine Reibkupplung vorgesehen ist.
- Beschlagseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Absicherung der Lüftungspositionen im Beschlag, Handgriff oder einer Motorik Rastmittel für die Einstellung von Rastpositionen angebracht sind.
- Beschlagseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Absicherung einer Lüftungsposition zwischen Anlaufstück (16) und Zahnstange (7) eine Rasteinrichtung (17) in Form eines federbelasteten Bolzens (18) welcher in Rastdellen (19) verrastet und den Flügel (3) vor Verstellung sichert, vorgesehen ist.
- Beschlagseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Hauptlenker (5) und dem aufgesetzten Zahnrad (6) in der Reibkupplung Verrastungen und Bereiche in denen die Reibkupplung freigeschaltet ist vorgesehen sind.
