Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zur Begrenzung der Öffnungsweite eines drehund/oder kippbaren Flügels (3) eines Fensters (1) oder einer Tür gegenüber einem zugehörigen festen Rahmen (2), mit einem Ausstellarm (7), der einerseits an dem festen Rahmen (2) und andererseits an dem Flügel (3) um eine parallel zu einer Flügelschwenkachse (5) verlaufende Drehachse drehbar gelagert ist, wobei die flügelseitige Drehlagerung des Ausstellarms (7) an einem Anschlagstück (11) vorgesehen ist, welches an dem Flügel (3) in Längsrichtung eines Flügelfalzes relativ zu dem Flügel (3) bewegbar geführt ist und dem zur Begrenzung der Öffnungsweite des Flügels (3) ein flügelseitiger Öffnungsbegrenzungsanschlag (32) zugeordnet ist, der bei Einnahme einer Anschlagposition das sich in einer der Öffnungsbewegung des Flügels (3) zugeordneten Öffnungsrichtung relativ zu dem Flügel (3) bewegende Anschlagstück (11) bei einer bestimmten Öffnungsweite des Flügels (3) gegen Bewegung in Öffnungsrichtung abstützt und der seinerseits mittels einer Bewegungssperre gegen Verlassen seiner Anschlagposition unter der Wirkung des sich in Öffnungsrichtung bewegenden Anschlagstücks (11) abgestützt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Öffnungsbegrenzungsanschlag (32) quer zu der Wirkrichtung der Bewegungssperre wirksam mit dem Flügel (3) verrastet ist und dass die Bewegungssperre des Öffnungsbegrenzungsanschlages (32) unter der Wirkung einer definierten, über das sich in Öffnungsrichtung bewegende Anschlagstück (11) ausgeübten Kraft lösbar und der Öffnungsbegrenzungsanschlag (32), bei gelöster Bewegungssperre und von der Rastverbindung mit dem Flügel (3) für eine derartige Bewegung freigegeben, aus seiner Anschlagposition bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagstück (11) an wenigstens einer in Längsrichtung des betreffenden Flügelfalzes verlaufenden Nutbegrenzung einer Flügelnut (20) geführt und der Öffnungsbegrenzungsanschlag (32) an wenigstens einer der Nutbegrenzungen der Flügelnut (20) quer zu einem Nutgrund wirksam mit dem Flügel (3) verrastet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Anschlagstück (11) und dem Öffnungsbegrenzungsanschlag (32) zugeordnete Flügelnut (20) einen im wesentlichen C-förmigen Querschnitt und Nutbegrenzungen in Form von Nutseitenwänden (21, 22) mit eine Nutöffnung (23) seitlich begrenzenden C-Stegen (24, 25) aufweist und dass an dem Öffnungsbegrenzungsanschlag (32) we nigstens ein seitlicher Rastvorsprung (38, 39, 40, 41) vorgesehe ist, mit welchem der mit den Nutseitenwänden (21, 22) der Flügel nut (20) verrastete Öffnungsbegrenzungsanschlag (32) einen zugeordneten C-Steg (24, 25) der Flügelnut (20) nutgrundseitig hintergreift.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Öffnungsbegrenzungsanschlag (32) bei der Bewegung aus seiner Anschlagposition in der betreffenden Bewegungsrichtung an dem Flügel (3), gegebenenfalls an wenigstens einer Nutbegrenzung der ihm zugeordneten Flügelnut (20), geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungssperre des Öffnungsbegrenzungsanschlages (32) gebildet ist von einer unter der Wirkung der über das Anschlagstück (11) ausgeübten Kraft definiert zerstörbaren Verbindung (35) zwischen dem Öffnungsbegrenzungsanschlag (32) und einem flügelseitigen Halteteil (34), relativ zu welchem der Öffnungsbegrenzungsanschlag (32) unter der Wirkung des Anschlagstückes (11) aus seiner Anschlagposition bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als definiert zerstörbare Verbindung (35) zwischen dem Öffnungsbegrenzungsanschlag (32) und dem flügelseitigen Halteteil (34) eine definiert abscherbare Verbindung vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Öffnungsbegrenzungsanschlag (32) von einem ersten Eckwinkelschenkel und der Halteteil (34) von einem zweiten Eckwinkelschenkel eines Eckwinkels (33) ausgebildet ist, der eine Ecke des Flügels (3) umgreift und sich mit den Eckwinkelschenkeln in Längsrichtung der an der Flügelecke aneinander stoßenden Flügelfalze erstreckt und dass zwischen den beiden Eckwinkelschenkeln des Eckwinkels (33) die zerstörbare Verbindung (35) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der den Öffnungsbegrenzungsanschlag (32) ausbildende Eckwinkelschenkel des Eckwinkels (33) in Längsrichtung des zugeordneten Flügelfalzes aus seiner Anschlagposition bewegbar ist und dass der den Halteteil ausbildende Eckwinkelschenkel wenigstens teilweise in einer Flügelnut (44) mit in Längsrichtung des zugeordneten Flügelfalzes verlaufenden Nutseitenwänden (45, 46) aufgenommen und an wenigstens einer davon gegen Bewegung in Richtung der Bewegung des den Öffnungsbegrenzungsanschlag (32) ausbildenden Eckwinkelschenkels aus seiner Anschlagposition abgestützt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eckwinkel (33) an dem den Öffnungsbegrenzungsanschlag (32) ausbildenden Eckwinkelschenkel mit dem Flügel (3) in Querrichtung des zugeordneten Flügelfalzes wirksam verrastet und mit dem den Halteteil (34) ausbildenden Eckwinkelschenkel wenigstens teilweise in einer Flügelnut (44) mit in Längsrichtung des zugeordneten Flügelfalzes verlaufenden Nutseitenwänden (45, 46) aufgenommen und an dem Flügel (3) lediglich dadurch gehalten ist, dass er an wenigstens einer der Nutseitenwände (45, 46) gegen Bewegung in Richtung der Bewegung des den Öffnungsbegrenzungsanschlag (32) ausbildenden Eckwinkelschenkels aus seiner Anschlagposition abgestützt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die festrahmenseitige Drehlagerung des Ausstellarms (7) mittels eines Achszapfens (8) zwischen dem Ausstellarm (7) und einem festrahmenseitigen Widerlager (9) hergestellt ist, wobei die Verbindung zwischen dem Ausstellarm (7) und dem Achszapfen (8) und/oder die Verbindung zwischen dem Achszapfen (8) und dem festrahmenseitigen Widerlager (9) als Rastverbindung ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Achszapfen (8) zur Herstellung der festrahmenseitigen Drehlagerung des Ausstellarms (7) unter der Wirkung einer bei Zusammenwirken von Anschlagstück und Öffnungsbegrenzungsanschlag (32) auf den Flügel (3) in Öffnungsrichtung ausgeübten Kraft mittels des Ausstellarms (7) abscherbar ist.
