Claims (4)

  1. Procédé pour déverrouiller un hayon d'un véhicule, dans lequel, à l'intérieur du coffre, on dispose une poignée de déverrouillage, et lors de l'actionnement de la poignée de déverrouillage, une information pour le conducteur est émise à l'intérieur du véhicule, la vitesse (v) du véhicule est détectée, et si un arrêt du véhicule est détecté, une libération du hayon en vue de son ouverture a lieu, et si le déplacement du véhicule est détecté, un temps de retard prédéfinissable (tv) est commencé et au bout du temps de retard prédéfinissable (tv), le hayon est libéré en vue de son ouverture.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pour libérer le hayon, un élément de commande qui actionne un crochet de sécurité en prise avec le hayon est commandé.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le temps de retard (tv) peut être ajusté en fonction de la vitesse (v) du véhicule.
