Beim Betätigen des Entriegelungsgriffes wird ein Mikroschalter betätigt und der Kontakt wird im Steuergerät als Signal für die Betätigung des Entriegelungsgriffes erfaßt. Parallel zu dem Signal des Entriegelungsgriffes wird im Steuergerät SG das Signal der Geschwindigkeit v des Fahrzeuges erfaßt. In der Figur ist dies symbolisch durch das Bezugszeichen 11 angegeben. Dieses Signal ist im Fahrzeug ohnehin vorhanden, beispielsweise für die Zündsteuerung. Wenn die aktuelle Fahrzeuggeschwindigkeit v Null ist, dann bedeutet das, daß das Fahrzeug steht und es wird im Verfahrensschritt 23 das Stellelement 12 angesteuert, so daß im Verfahrensschritt 24 der Fanghaken freigegeben wird und die Kofferraumhaube geöffnet werden kann. Wurde im Arbeitsschritt 22 eine Geschwindigkeit größer Null ermittelt, dann befindet sich das Fahrzeug in Fahrt und es wird zum einen im Verfahrensschritt 25 eine Verzögerungszeit tv gestartet und gleichzeitig im Arbeitsschritt 26 eine Information an den Fahrer ausgegeben. Die Fahrerinformation kann optisch und/oder akustisch im Fahrzeuginneren erfolgen. Der Fahrer hat nun genügend Zeit, während der Verzögerungszeit das Fahrzeug abzubremsen und zum Stehen zu bringen, so daß beim Lösen des Fanghakens nach Ablauf der Verzögerungszeit keine gefährliche Situation entsteht.In the Fig. 2 the individual process steps are shown.
