Eine in den Fig. 1 und 2 ersichtliche Maschine 1 setzt sich aus einem - bezüglich der durch einen Pfeil 2 dargestellten Arbeitsrichtung - ersten Rahmenteil 3, einem zweiten Rahmenteil 4 und einem zwischen diesen befindlichen, dritten Rahmenteil 5 zusammen. Dieser weist für eine gelenkige Verbindung mit dem angrenzenden ersten bzw. zweiten Rahmenteil 3, 4 endseitig angeordnete Rahmengelenke 6, 7 auf. An jedem Maschinenende und im Bereich jedes Rahmengelenkes 6, 7 ist jeweils ein Schienenfahrwerk 8 angeordnet. Der dritte Rahmenteil 5 ist mit zwei in Maschinenquerrichtung voneinander distanzierten Raupenfahrwerken 12 verbunden, die durch einen Antrieb 13 höhenverstellbar ausgebildet sind. Damit kommt es zu einem Anheben des hinteren Rahmengelenkes 7 mitsamt dem darunterbefindlichen Schienenfahrwerk 8. Ebenso wird das Gleis 10 zur Schaffung der Umbaulücke 17 angehoben, die durch die Distanzierung des Gleises 10 vom Erdplanum 16 definiert ist. Das Gleis 10 wird außerdem noch von einer weiteren, am zweiten Rahmenteil 4 befestigten Gleishebevorrichtung 18 angehoben. Zur weiteren Verlängerung der Umbaulücke 17 besteht auch die Möglichkeit, das zweite Schienenfahrwerk 8 relativ zum ersten Rahmenteil 3 nach vorne zu verschieben.The machine 1 is moved to the construction site with the aid of all
