Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Reinigungsmaschine zur Reinigung einer Schotterbettung eines Gleises, bestehend aus einem auf Schienenfahrwerken am Gleis verfahrbaren Maschinenrahmen und zwei in Maschinenlängsrichtung hintereinander angeordneten, endlosen und jeweils das Gleis umschließenden, durch Antriebe höhen- und seitenverstellbaren Räumketten zur Aufnahme von Schotter aus der Schotterbettung, sowie mit Fördereinrichtungen zum Schottertransport, einer Siebanlage zur Schotterreinigung, einer Fördereinrichtung für die Wiedereinbringung von gereinigtem Schotter und mit dem Maschinenrahmen verbundenen Gleishebeeinrichtungen. Hohe Konstruktionsaufwendungen wären im Falle der Anordnung beider Räumketten auf einem gemeinsamen Maschinenrahmen insoferne erforderlich, als der Abstand der beiden endseitigen Schienenfahrwerke zueinander sehr groß sein müßte, um eine entsprechende zulässige Beweglichkeit des Gleises zu gewährleisten. Aus diesem Grunde wurde bisher zum Zwecke der Leistungssteigerung bevorzugt die Kapazität der Siebanlage und der Räumkette erhöht. Durch die Flankenverdichter kann die Gleislage während der kurzeitigen Gleisablage sicherheitshalber stabilisiert werden, sodaß ein problemloses Überfahren durch die zwischen den beiden Räumketten befindlichen Schienenfahrwerke gewährleistet ist.Although this design solution on the one hand a short-term storage of the track for the machine support is required, but on the other hand it can be significantly increased while avoiding high construction costs, the cleaning performance. Beide Maschinenrahmen 2,4 sind durch jeweils endseitig angeordnete Schienenfahrwerke 5 auf einem auf einer Schotterbettung 6 ruhenden Gleis 7 verfahrbar. Bezüglich einer durch einen Pfeil 8 dargestellten Arbeitsrichtung der Reinigungsmaschine 1 vor dem ersten Maschinenrahmen 2 ist mit diesem ein Siebwagen 9 mit einer Siebanlage 10 verbunden.A
