Description

The invention relates to a track construction machine for excavating bedding material of a track with supported on rail chassis, an upturned trained section machine frame, with respect to the working direction of the machine a ballast receiving device with a ballast discharge point, a height adjustable by drives excavation chain, a track lifting device, a work cabin and a transport device for removing the ballast material picked up by the excavating chain in the machine longitudinal direction are assigned.

The generic EP 0 663 472 A1 discloses a track-laying machine for cleaning the ballast bed of a track, wherein the excavating chain guided around the machine frame is assigned a screening system. By means of a ballast receiving device located in the rear end area, it is possible to supply ballast held in stock in a storage truck in addition to the cleaned ballast in order to produce the new ballast bed. The excavation chain is preceded by a suction pipe communicating with a vacuum system, adjustable in height and transversely. With this it is possible to suck before the use of Aushubkette gravel to form a so-called boot hole. This recess is required for the insertion of a cross-chain section of the excavation chain in the ballast bed below the track.

Another track laying machine is known from US 5 257 580 and is used for excavating bedding material in connection with the production of a Planumschutzschicht. For a high excavation capacity ensprechend large-dimensioned excavating chain is guided around in its upper end to the machine frame, whereby this must have a reduced cross-section with a resulting structurally increased effort in this section. With the ballast receiving device positioned in the rear end region, a continuous supply of new ballast is possible, while the contaminated ballast is fed through the excavating chain and the transport device upstream storage trolley.

The upstream in the working direction of Aushubkette four-axis track gear is designed to be displaceable in the machine longitudinal direction relative to the machine frame, so that the track for undisturbed use of the correspondingly large-sized excavation chain is raised accordingly high.

Finally, it is also known from US 4 502 389 and US 4 357 874, in conjunction with the partial removal of a track yoke to use a Aushubkette to remove the ballast bedding. For this purpose, however, the machine frame must be designed according to further distancing the rail bogies longer than a track yoke section.

The object of the present invention is now to provide a track construction machine of the generic type, which is particularly suitable for a quick and efficient labor input in shorter track sections.

This object is achieved with a track construction machine of the type described above in that the excavation chain with her positioned in the upper end chain drive and a Schotterräumaggregat with a height-adjustable by drives and perpendicular to the machine longitudinal direction Schotterräumorgan below the upwardly cranked section and the track lifting between Excavating chain and Schotterräumaggregat are arranged, and that designed as a ballast chute chutes are located immediately behind a located below the Aushubkette receiving end of the transport device.

A equipped with these features machine can be produced with a minimum of design effort and efficient, especially in conjunction with the Schotterräumaggregat even in short track lock times. A reduced design effort is particularly due to the simplified frame design, in which a costly cross-sectional reduction is unnecessary for enclosure by the excavation chain. The resulting from the arrangement of the excavating chain below the machine frame shortened chain length also results in a shorter transport path for dropping the bedding material on the transport device. With the Schotterräumaggregat a transverse channel below the track for threading the excavation chain can be produced in a particularly rapid and simplified manner. In addition, by the arrangement of the excavation chain and the Schotterräumaggregates below the upwardly bent portion of the machine frame a particularly good view of the work from reachable.

Further advantages of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims and the drawings.

In the following the invention will be described with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing.
