Die Erfindung betrifft eine Maschine zum Erneuern bzw. In Fig. 1 ist eine Maschine 1 zum Erneuern bzw. Verlegen eines Eisenbahngleises zu sehen, die hier im Einsatz während der Gleiserneuerung, auch Gleisumbau genannt, in einer durch einen Pfeil 2 angedeuteten Arbeitsrichtung dargestellt ist. Die Maschine weist einen langgestreckten Maschinenrahmen 3 auf, der an seinen beiden Längsenden mit je einem Schienenfahrwerk 4 versehen ist. Ein weiteres, gleisungebundenes Fahrwerk 5 ist zwischen diesen am bezüglich der Arbeitsrichtung hinteren Ende des Maschinenrahmens 3 angeordnet und über Antriebe 6 höhenverstellbar ausgebildet. Der Maschinenrahmen 3 ist weiters mit einer Altschwellenaufnahmevorrichtung 7, einer dieser in Arbeitsrichtung nachfolgenden, höhenverstellbaren Schotterräumvorrichtung 8, einer Schotterplaniervorrichtung 9 und mit einer Neuschwellenablagevorrichtung 10 ausgestattet, wobei diese zwischen dem am hinteren Maschinenrahmenende befestigten Schienenfahrwerk 4 und dem diesem in Maschinenlängsrichtung benachbarten, als lenkbares Raupenfahrwerk 11 ausgebildeten gleisungebundenen Fahrwerk 5 vorgesehen ist. Führungseinrichtungen 12,13 für Altschienen 14 bzw. Der Aufbau der zweiten Kupplung 33 ist in den Fig. 4 und 5 im Detail gezeigt. Das Raupenfahrwerk 11 weist eine mittig zwischen diesen Raupenketten 36 angeordnete Konsole 37 auf, deren Oberseite durch eine horizontale Platte 38 mit einem in deren Mitte befestigten Zentrierzapfen 39 gebildet ist. Ein Lager-Zwischenstück 40 in Form einer vertikalen Säule 41 ist mit seinem oberen Ende in einer Buchse 53 durch eine Flanschverbindung 54 lösbar mit dem Maschinenrahmen 3 verbunden und weist an seinem unteren Ende eine Öffnung 43 zur Aufnahme bzw. Einführung des Zentrierzapfens 39 sowie eine weitere Flanschverbindung 57 zur lösbaren Verbindung mit dem Lager-Zwischenstück 40 auf. Zur Stabilisierung der Abstützung des Raupenfahrwerkes 11 am Maschinenrahmen 3 in Maschinenlängsrichtung sind zwei Sicherungsstützen 44 vorgesehen, die einerseits an der Konsole 37 und andererseits am Maschinenrahmen 3 angelenkt sind und in einem etwa 45gradigen Winkel zur Gleisebene verlaufen. Die beiden Raupenketten 36 sind voneinander in einem Abstand von etwa 900 mm distanziert und mit einem Fahrantrieb 45 ausgestattet, der in beiden Drehrichtungen beaufschlagbar ist. Weiters ist im Bereich der zweiten Kupplung 33 eine Hydraulikkupplung 46 zum Anschließen der Hydraulikleitungen 47 des gleisungebundenen Fahrwerkes 5 vorgesehen, wobei eine entsprechende Hydraulikkupplung 42 auch im Bereich der ersten Kupplung 32 angeordnet ist.The structure of the second clutch 33 is shown in detail in FIGS. 4 and 5. Im Arbeitseinsatz wird die Maschine 1 über die beiden Schienenfahrwerke 4 zur Gleisbaustelle verfahren, worauf das am der Fahrkabine 16 gegenüberliegenden Ende des Maschinenrahmens 3 angeordnete Schienenfahrwerk 4 - unter Abstützung des Maschinenrahmenendes auf dem Antriebswagen 19 - vom Gleis abgehoben und auf diese Art der Arbeitsbereich unterhalb des Maschinenrahmens 3 verlängert wird. Für den Einsatz zum Gleisumbau bzw. zur Gleiserneuerung (Fig. 1 und 2) stützt sich das hintere Ende des Maschinenrahmens 3 auf dem an Hand der Antriebe 6 auf die Schotterbettung in der Umbaulücke abgesenkten gleisungebundenen Fahrwerk 5 ab, während das benachbarte Schienenfahrwerk 4 dadurch mitsamt dem Maschinenrahmenende hochgedrückt wird und nicht im Einsatz ist. Bei kontinuierlicher Vorfahrt der Maschine 1 in Richtung des Pfeiles 2 werden nun die Schienenbefestigungsmittel entfernt und an Hand der Kleineisensammeleinrichtung 24 aufgenommen. Bei schwierigen Verhältnissen kommen auch die Sprühdüsen 26 zur Staubbekämpfung zur Anwendung. Die Altschienen 14 werden mittels der Führungseinrichtungen 12 von den Altschwellen 30 gehoben und jeweils zur Seite hin ausgespreizt, wonach die Altschwellen 30 mit der Altschwellenaufnahmevorrichtung 7 entfernt und nach vorne abtransportiert werden. An Hand der Schotterräumvorrichtung 8 und eines dieser zugeordneten, in Maschinenquerrichtung verlaufenden Abwurfförderbandes 49 sowie der in Arbeitsrichtung nachfolgenden Schotterplaniereinrichtung 9 wird die Oberfläche der Schotterbettung planiert und auf das gewünschte Querschnittsprofil gebracht, auf welchem das nachfolgende Raupenfahrwerk 11 abrollt. Unmittelbar hinter diesem werden mit der Neuschwellenablagevorrichtung 10 die vom Portalkran 28 herangebrachten Neuschwellen 31 verlegt. Die Umrüstung des Raupenfahrwerkes 11 für den Einsatz der Maschine 1 zum Neuverlegen eines Gleises wird zweckmäßigerweise auf einer der Gleisbaustelle nächstgelegenen Weiche bzw. in einem angrenzenden Bahnhofsbereich durchgeführt. Vorerst erfolgt ein Absenken des Hilfsfahrwerkes 34 auf das Gleis. Anschließend werden die Antriebe 6 des Raupenfahrwerkes 11 von der Konsole 37 und ebenso die Hydraulikleitungen 47 von einer Hydraulikkupplung 56 gelöst. Durch ein weiteres Absenken des Hilfsfahrwerkes 34 erfolgt schließlich ein Anheben des Maschinenrahmens 3 und damit ein Loslösen vom endseitigen Schienenfahrwerk 4 und dem Raupenfahrwerk 11. Als nächstes wird die gesamte Maschine 1 durch einen Fahrantrieb 55 in der durch den Pfeil 2 dargestellten Richtung verfahren, bis die Konsole 37 des Raupenfahrwerkes 11 unterhalb der Buchse 53 zu liegen kommt. Daraufhin erfolgt mit Hilfe der Flanschverbindung 54 eine Fixierung des Lager-Zwischenstückes 40 am Maschinenrahmen 3. Mit Hilfe der zweiten Flanschverbindung 57 wird schließlich eine Verbindung des Lager-Zwischenstückes 40 mit dem Raupenfahrwerk 11 hergestellt. Dabei kann zweckmäßigerweise durch eine geringfügige Höhenverstellung des Hilfsfahrwerkes 34 die Einführung des Zentrierzapfens 39 erleichtert werden. Nach Fixierung der beiden Sicherungsstützen 44 und dem Anschluß der Hydraulikleitungen 47 an die zweite Hydraulikkupplung 46 ist die Neupositionierung und Fixierung des Raupenfahrwerkes 11 zur Neuverlegung eines Gleises abgeschlossen. After the two securing supports 44 have been fixed and the hydraulic lines 47 have been connected to the second hydraulic coupling 46, the repositioning and fixing of the crawler tracks 11 for relocating a track is completed. Finally, only a reversal of the threshold fork 52 on the new threshold storage device 10 is required.

Sobald sich das Raupenfahrwerk 11 über der gleislosen Baustelle befindet, wird das Hilfsfahrwerk 34 in eine Außerbetriebstellung angehoben, wodurch parallel dazu das Raupenfahrwerk 11 auf die Schotterbettung abgesenkt wird. Während des Arbeitseinsatzes befinden sich die Schotterräumvorrichtung 8 und die Schotterplaniereinrichtung 9 ebenfalls in einer Außerbetriebstellung. Unter kontinuierlicher Vorfahrt der Maschine 1 in der durch den Pfeil 35 dargestellten Arbeitsrichtung erfolgt eine kontinuierliche Ablage der Neuschwellen 31 mit Hilfe der Neuschwellenablagevorrichtung 10. Die auf der Baustelle vorgelagerten Neuschienen 15 werden an Hand der Führungseinrichtungen 13 unmittelbar nach dem Schwellenablagebereich auf die Schwellen eingespreizt und abgelegt. Claims (10)

  1. A machine for renewing or laying a railway track, comprising a machine frame (3) supported at each end on undercarriages (4,5), on which frame there are provided a device (7) for picking up old sleepers, a device (10) for laying new sleepers, a vertically adjustable ballast grading device (9) located between them and also guide means (12,13) for old and new rails (14,15) respectively, wherein there are arranged at one end of the machine frame (3) both an on-track undercarriage (4) and an off-track undercarriage (5) which is vertically adjustable in relation to the machine frame (3), characterised in that the off-track undercarriage (5) is designed so as to be separable from the machine frame (3) by means of a first coupling (32), and a second coupling (33) is provided in the region of the on-track undercarriage (4), which is similarly separable from the machine frame, for connecting the off-track undercarriage (5) to the machine frame (3).
  2. A machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the device (10) for laying new sleepers is arranged between the on-track undercarriage (4), secured to the end of the machine frame, and the off-track undercarriage (5) associated therewith and adjacent thereto with respect to the longitudinal direction of the machine.
  3. A machine according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the off-track undercarriage (5) is designed as a steerable, caterpillar-tracked undercarriage (11) with two track chains (36) spaced apart from one another in the transverse direction of the machine.
  4. A machine according to claim 3, characterised in that the caterpillar-tracked undercarriage (11) has a pedestal (37), disposed centrally with respect to the track chains (36), with a centreing pin (39) secured to the top thereof for support on the machine frame (3).
  5. A machine according to one of claims 1 to 4,
    characterised in that the second coupling (33) for the off-track undercarriage (5) or caterpillar-tracked undercarriage (11) is formed by a bearing-intermediate part (40), the lower end of which has an opening (43) for the insertion of the centreing pin (39) and the upper end of which may be connected to the machine frame (3).
  6. A machine according to one of claims 3 to 5,
    characterised in that the caterpillar-tracked undercarriage (11) is secured to the machine frame (3) by means of securing supports (44), extending at an angle to the track plane and linked to the pedestal (37), at a point situated at a distance from the bearing-intermediate part (40) in the longitudinal direction of the machine.
  7. A machine according to one of claims 1 to 6,
    characterised in that both in the region of the first and also of the second coupling (32,33), hydraulic couplings (42,46) are provided for the coupling of hydraulic lines (47) connected to the off-track undercarriage (5) and serving to supply energy to a motive drive (45).
  8. A machine according to one of claims 1 to 7,
    characterised in that an auxiliary undercarriage (34), associated with the off-track undercarriage (5), is connected to the machine frame (3) for vertical adjustment by means of a drive (48).
  9. A machine according to one of claims 1 to 8,
    characterised in that a ballast excavating device (8), connected for vertical adjustment to the machine frame (3), with a discharge conveyor belt (49) associated therewith and extending in the transverse direction of the machine, and also a ballast grading device (9) are provided between the device (7) for picking up old sleepers and the device (10) for laying new sleepers.
  10. A machine according to claim 3, characterised in that the distance apart of the two track chains (36) in the transverse direction of the machine is about 900 mm and the track chains (36) of the caterpillar-tracked undercarriage (11) are provided with a motive drive (45) which may be operated in both directions of rotation.
