Abstract
Description
- daß der Adapter einen vom Isoliermaterial des Schutzkörpers freien Hohlraum zur Aufnahme von Vorratslängen der Leiter aufweist und
- daß am Adapter an seinem der Leitung abgewandten Ende eine denselben umgreifende, um ihre Achse frei drehbare metallische Hülse mit einem Innengewinde unverlierbar angebracht ist, in welche ein mit einem Gewindestutzen ausgerüsteter, den Kontaktträger umschließender Steckerkörper mit feuchtigkeitsdichter Anlage am Adapter eingeschraubt ist.
Claims (8)
- Kupplungselement zur Anbringung an einer geschirmten elektrischen Leitung, die mindestens zwei isolierte elektrische Leiter, einen denselben umgebenden, flexiblen metallischen Schirm und einen darüber liegenden Mantel aus Isoliermaterial aufweist, bei welchem der Schirm an einem hülsenförmigen, metallischen Adapter festgelegt ist, in den die isolierten elektrischen Leiter der Leitung hinein ragen, bei welchem an den Leitern der Leitung Kontaktelemente angebracht sind, die in einem Kontaktträger aus mechanisch festem Isoliermaterial angeordnet sind, und bei welchem der Adapter unter Freilassung seiner der Leitung abgewandten Öffnung von einem bis über die Leitung ragenden, durch Spritzgießen erzeugten Schutzkörper aus Isoliermaterial umgeben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Adapter (A) einen vom Isoliermaterial des Schutzkörpers (2) freien Hohlraum (H) zur Aufnahme von Vorratslängen der Leiter (6) aufweist unddaß am Adapter (A) an seinem der Leitung (1) abgewandten Ende eine denselben umgreifende, um ihre Achse frei drehbare metallische Hülse (7) mit einem Innengewinde unverlierbar angebracht ist, in welche ein mit einem Gewindestutzen (9) ausgerüsteter, den Kontaktträger (12) umschließender Steckerkörper (8) mit feuchtigkeitsdichter Anlage am Adapter (A) eingeschraubt ist.
- Kupplungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Adapter (A) und Steckerkörper (8) eine ringförmige Dichtung (10) angeordnet ist.
- Kupplungselement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Hülse (7) und Steckerkörper (8) zusätzlich miteinander verklebt sind.
- Kupplungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß außen an dem Steckerkörper (8) Teile einer Verriegelung angebracht sind.
- Verfahren zur Anbringung eines Kupplungselements an einer geschirmten elektrischen Leitung, die mindestens zwei isolierte Leiter, einen denselben umgebenden, flexiblen metallischen Schirm und einen darüber liegenden Mantel aus Isoliermaterial aufweist, mit welchem der Schirm an einem hülsenförmigen, metallischen Adapter festgelegt wird, mit welchem die isolierten elektrischen Leiter der Leitung durch den Adapter hindurchgeführt werden, mit welchem an den Leitern der Leitung Kontaktelemente angebracht werden, die in einen Kontaktträger aus mechanisch festem Isoliermaterial eingesteckt werden, und mit welchem um den Adapter unter Freilassung seiner der Leitung abgewandten Öffnung ein bis über die Leitung ragender Schutzkörper aus Isoliermaterial herumgespritzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während des Spritzgießens des Schutzkörpers (2) eine die Leiter (6) umgebende Abdeckung (13) in den Adapter (A) eingebracht wird, die an der Wandung desselben anliegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Leitung (1) zugewandte Öffnung des Adapters (A), durch welche die Leiter (6) in denselben eingeführt werden, vor dem Spritzgießen des Schutzkörpers (2) durch Aufbringung eines Dichtungsmittels abgedichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Dichtungsmittel ein Zweikomponenten-Gießharz verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Dichtungsmittel ein Schmelzkleber verwendet wird.
