Claims (22)
- Vorrichtung zum Befestigen einer biegsamen Platte (02; 23) mit Einhängeschenkeln (06; 07; 24; 26) auf einem Zylinder (01) einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, wobei in einer Zylindergrube (03) erste Befestigungselemente (C) für den nachlaufenden Einhängeschenkel (07; 26) und zweite Befestigungselemente (D) für einen in eine erste Produktionsrichtung (A) vorlaufenden Einhängeschenkel (06) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dritte Befestigungselemente (E) für einen in eine zweite Produktionsrichtung (B) vorlaufenden Einhängeschenkel (24) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorlaufende Einhängeschenkel (06; 24) jeweils annähernd spitzwinklig angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Zylindergrube (03) mindestens ein in Richtung Befestigungsschlitz geöffneter Basiskörper (14; 16; 17; 18) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch eine Öffnung des Basiskörpers (14; 16, 17, 18) mit den Einhängeschenkeln (06, 07; 24, 26) in oder außer Wirkverbindung bringbare Teile der Befestigungselemente (C; D; E) ragen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungselemente (C; D; E) mittels eines aufblasbaren Luftschlauches (42) mit den Einhängeschenkeln (06, 07; 24, 26) aus einer Wirkverbindung bringbar angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Basiskörper (14; 16 bis 18) einen C-förmigen oder vieleckigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Basiskörper (14; 16 bis 18) in axialer Richtung aus mehreren kürzeren, miteinander kuppelbaren Basiskörpern (16; 17; 18) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Basiskörper (14; 16 bis 18) unverdrehbar in der Zylindergrube (03) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Summe der von den Befestigungselementen (C; D; E) in dem Basiskörper (14; 16; 17 oder 18) enthaltenen Klemmflächen annähernd gleich lang sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Befestigungselemente (C) für den "nachlaufenden", in etwa rechtwinklig abgekanteten Einhängeschenkel (07; 26) aus einer schwenkbar gelagerten Klappe (27) bestehen, deren Klemmfläche (36; 37) mit einem basiskörperfesten Widerlager (38; 39) in Wirkverbindung ist, dass die Klappe (27) mittels des aufblasbaren Luftschlauches (42) gegen die Kraft von zumindest einer Feder (41) mit dem Widerlager (38; 39) außer Eingriff bringbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Luftschlauch (42) gegen ein abgefedertes Widerlager (43; 51) abstützt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Befestigungselemente (D) für einen nach rechts (A) "vorlaufenden", spitzwinklig abgekantete Einhängeschenkel (06) aus einer schwenkbar gelagerten Klappe (43) bestehen, deren Klemmfläche (49) indirekt mit einem grubenwandfesten Widerlager (12) in Wirkverbindung ist, dass die Klappe (43) mittels des aufblasbaren Luftschlauches (42) gegen die Kraft von zumindest einer Feder (51) mit dem Widerlager (12) außer Eingriff bringbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Luftschlauch (42) gegen ein abgefedertes Widerlager (27; 41) abstützt.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 12 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zwischen der Klemmfläche (49) und dem grubenwandfesten Widerlager (12) zumindest ein Wälzkörper, z. B. eine Klemmrolle (48) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Wälzkörper, z. B. die Klemmrolle (48) in einer Aussparung (32) einer Klappe (27) eines ersten Befestigungselementes (C) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Klemmfläche (49) tragende freie Ende der Klappe (43) in Richtung gegenüberliegenden grubenwandfesten Widerlager (12) abgewinkelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritten Befestigungselemente (E) für einen nach links oder in Gegenrichtung (B) "vorlaufenden", spitzwinklig abgekanteten Einhängeschenkel (24) aus einer schwenkbar gelagerten Klappe (52) bestehen, deren Klemmfläche (63) indirekt mit einem grubenwandfesten Widerlager (13) in Wirkverbindung ist, dass die Klappe (52) mittels eines aufblasbaren Luftschlauches (42) gegen die Kraft von zumindest einer Feder (59) mit dem Widerlager (13) außer Eingriff bringbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Luftschlauch (42) gegen ein abgefedertes Widerlager (53; 61) abstützt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zwischen der Klemmfläche (63) und dem grubenwandfesten Widerlager (13) zumindest eine Klemmrolle (64) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 18 und 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmrolle (64) in einer Aussparung (67) des Basiskörpers (14 oder 16 bis 18) geführt und auf einer oberen Seitenfläche (66) des abgefederten Widerlagers (53; 61) abgestützt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Druckkraft jeder Feder (51, 59 oder 61) der Befestigungselemente (D; E) des vorlaufenden Einhängeschenkels (06; 24) jeweils größer ist als die Druckkraft jeder Feder (41) der Befestigungselemente (C) des nachlaufenden Einhängeschenkels (07; 26).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der nachlaufende Einhängeschenkel (07; 26) jeweils annähernd rechtwinklig abgekantet ist.
