Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Transportieren von flächigen Gegenständen, insbesondere Druckereiprodukten, mit entlang einer Umlaufbahn (16) in Förderrichtung (F) bewegten, hintereinander angeordneten Förderelementen (12), einzelnen steuerbaren Transportklammern (22), die je an einem Förderelement (12) angeordnet sind, und einen Übernahmeabschnitt (18) der Umlaufbahn (16), in welchem die Umlaufbahn (16) parallel und seitlich eines Zuförderers (52) verläuft, der dazu bestimmt ist, die Gegenstände (46) in Schuppenformation (S) in den Übernahmeabschnitt (18) zu fördern, wobei die Transportklammern (22) mit ihrem, in einer in Förderrichtung (F) verlaufenden Förderfläche (36) angeordneten Klammermaul (34) im Übernahmeabschnitt (18) nacheinander je wenigstens zwei der zugeführten, in der Förderfläche (36) angeordneten Gegenstände (46), in Förderrichtung (F) gesehen von der Seite her umfassen und ergreifen, und die Transportklammern (22) am Ende des Übernahmeabschnittes (18), bevor die jeweils nachfolgende Transportklammer (22) Gegenstände (46) ergreift, derart verschoben werden, dass die betreffenden Gegenstände (46) sich ausserhalb des Bereichs der nachfolgenden Transportklammer (22) befinden dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportklammern (22) an den Förderelementen (12) wenigstens annähernd in der Förderfläche (36) und in einer quer zur Umlaufbahn (16) verlaufenden Verschieberichtung (30) zwischen zwei Stellungen (50, 50') hin und herverschiebbar gelagert sind und dass eine Steuereinrichtung (53) dazu bestimmt ist, die Transportklammern (22) am Ende des Übernahmeabschnittes (18) von der einen in die andere Stellung (50, 50') zu verschieben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Transportklammern (22) mit einem Folgeelement (38) verbunden ist, und dass die Steuereinrichtung (53) wenigstens in einem Abschnitt der Umlaufbahn (16) ein Führungselement (40) aufweist, das zum Verschieben von Transportklammern (22) von der einen in die andere Stellung (50, 50') mit dem Folgeelement (38) der betreffenden Transportklammer zusammenwirkt .
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungselement (40) abschnittsweise parallel zur Umlaufbahn (16) verläuft und in Verschiebeabschnitten (48) der Umlaufbahn (16) der Abstand (A) zwischen dem Führungselement (40) und der Umlaufbahn (16) kontinuierlich ändert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Förderrichtung (F) gesehen stromaufwärts wenigstens eines Verschiebeabschnitts (48) ein gesteuertes Umstellorgan (54) der Steuereinrichtung (53) angeordnet ist, das dazu bestimmt ist, das Folgeelement (38) bestimmter Transportklammern (22) mit dem Führungselement (40) in beziehungsweise ausser Eingriff zu bringen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zuförderer als Bandförderer ausgebildetet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Übergabeabschnitt (56) der Umlaufbahn (16) diese parallel und seitlich eines, vorzugsweise als Bandförderer ausgebildeten Wegförderers (58) verläuft, und dass die Steuereinrichtung (53) dazu bestimmt ist, im Übergabeabschnitt (56) diejenigen Transportklammern (22), welche die von ihnen gehaltenen Gegenstände (46) an den Wegförderer (58) abzugeben haben, auf den Wegförderer (58) zu zu verschieben, und diejenigen Transportklammern (22), welche die von ihnen gehaltenen Gegenstände (46) durch den Übergabeabschnitt (56) hindurch zu fördern haben, in ihrer von dem Wegförderer (58) weiter entfernten Stellung (50) zu belassen beziehungsweise in diese Stellung (50) zu verschieben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem als Bandförderer ausgebildeten Wegförderer (58), in einem von der Umlaufbahn (16) abgewandten Seitenbereich des Wegföderers (58) ein, vorzugsweise als Niederhalteband ausgebildetes Niederhalteelement (60) zugeordnet ist, das dazu bestimmt ist, stromabwärts des Verschiebens der betreffenden Tranportklammern (22), die von diesen abgegebenen Gegenstände (46) an den Wegförderer (58) anzudrücken
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Umschuppungsabschnitt (100) der Umlaufbahn (16) auf der bezüglich der Umlaufbahn (16) anderen Seite der Gegenstände (46) eine weitere Umlaufbahn (102) mit individuell steuerbaren, in Förderrichtung (F) angetriebenen Klammern (104) verläuft, die Steuereinrichtung (53) dazu bestimmt ist, in einem Anfangsbereich des Umschuppungsabschnitts (100) diejenigen Transportklammern (22), deren Gegenstände (46) umzuschuppen sind, auf die weitere Umlaufbahn (102) zu und die betreffenden Gegenstände (46) in die zugeordneten Klammern (104) zu verschieben, stromabwärts des Anfangsbereichs der Abstand zwischen der Umlaufbahn (16) und der weiteren Umlaufbahn (102) derart zunimmt, dass die von den Klammern (104) übernommenen Gegenstände (46) ausser Kontakt mit den von den Transportklammern (22) gehaltenen Gegenstände (46) gelangen, und dann die weitere Umlaufbahn (102) in einer Richtung quer zur Förderfläche (36) aus dieser heraus und dann wieder auf die Umlaufbahn (16) zu verläuft, um in einem Endbereich des Umschuppungsabschnitts (100) die von den Klammern (104) gehaltenen Gegenstände (46) an dieselben Transportklammern (22) zu übergeben, von welchen sie dem Umschuppungsabschnitt (100) zugeführt wurden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Ausschleuseabschnitt (106) die Bewegungsbahn (16) um ein Umlenkelement (20'), dessen Achse (20) parallel zu Förderfläche (36) angeordnet ist, herum verläuft, in einem stromaufwärts des Umlenkelements (20') gelegenen Anfangsbereich des Ausschleuseabschnitts (106) die Umlaufbahn (16) parallel und seitlich eines, vorzugsweise als Bandförderer ausgebildeten Ausschleuseförderers (108) verläuft, die Steuereinrichtung (53) dazu bestimmt ist, im Anfangsbereich diejenigen Transportklammern (22), welche die von ihnen gehaltenen Gegenstände (46) an den Ausschleuseförderer (108) abzugeben haben, auf den Ausschleuseförderer (108) zu zu verschieben, und diejenigen Transportklammern (22), welche die von ihnen gehaltenen Gegenstände (46) durch den Ausschleuseabschnitt (106) hindurch zu fördern haben, in ihrer von dem Ausschleuseförderer (108) weiter entfernten Stellung (50) zu belassen beziehungsweise in diese Stellung (50) zu verschieben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Umlenkelement (20'), zum Bilden einer Lücke zwischen den mittels den Transportklammern (22) weiterzufördernden Gegenständen (46) und den auszuschleusenden Gegenständen(46), und dem Ausschleuseförderer (108) relativ zueinander in einer Richtung voneinander weg bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Ausschleuseabschnitt (106) die Umlaufbahn (16) in der Förderfläche (36) um ein Umlenkelement (20'), dessen Achse (20) wenigsten annähernd rechtwinklig zur Förderfläche (36) angeordnet ist, herum verläuft, in einem stromaufwärts des Umlenkelements (20') gelegenen Anfangsbereich des Ausschleuseabschnitts (106) die Umlaufbahn (16) parallel und seitlich eines, vorzugsweise als Bandförderer ausgebildeten Ausschleuseförderers (108) verläuft, die Steuereinrichtung (53) dazu bestimmt ist, im Anfangsbereich diejenigen Transportklammern (22), welche die von ihnen gehaltenen Gegenstände (46) an den Ausschleuseförderer (108) abzugeben haben, auf den Ausschleuseförderer (108) zu zu verschieben, und diejenigen Transportklammern (22), welche die von ihnen gehaltenen Gegenstände (46) durch den Ausschleuseabschnitt (106) hindurch zu fördern haben, in ihrer von dem Ausschleuseförderer (108) weiter entfernten Stellung (50) zu belassen beziehungsweise in diese Stellung (50) zu verschieben.
