Claims (11)
- Fördereinrichtung für in einer Schuppenformation anfallende flexible, flächige Gegenstände, wie Druckereierzeugnisse, mit einem zum Zuführen der Schuppenformation (S) bestimmten Transportband (10), einem dem Transportband (10) nachgeschalteten Förderer (14) mit hintereinander angeordneten, in Förderrichtung (F) entlang einer Umlaufbahn (104) bewegten, gesteuerten, wenigstens einen seitlichen Randabschnitt (21) der Schuppenformation (S) zu fassen bestimmten Greifern (20), auf einer Flachseite (106) der zugeführten Schuppenformation (S) zur Anlage zu gelangen bestimmten Umlenkmitteln und einem, mit den Umlenkmitteln einen Förder- und Umlenkspalt (26) bildenden, angetriebenen Förderorgan (24), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkmittel von einer vom Förderorgan (24) umgriffenen Umlenktrommel (16) gebildet sind, über die die Schuppenformation (S) mit einem seitlichen Randabschnitt (21) vorsteht, und die Umlaufbahn (104) von der Umlenktrommel (16) getrennt ist und derart verläuft, dass die Greifer (20) sich auf der Seite des Randabschnitts (21) an der Umlenktrommel (16) seitlich vorbeibewegen.
- Fördereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportband (10) zum Fördern der Schuppenformation (S) in freier Auflage und die Umlenktrommel (16) auf der dem Transportband (10) abgewandten Flachseite (106) der Schuppenformation (S) zur Anlage zu gelangen bestimmt sind, und das Förderorgan (24) die Umlenktrommel (16) unterschlächtig umgreift und vorzugsweise antreibt.
- Fördereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenktrommel (16) an einem drehbaren Schild (28) käfigartig angeordnete, zur Drehachse (18) der Umlenktrommel (16) achsparallele Stäbe (30) aufweist.
- Fördereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Förderorgan (24) und das Transportband (10) von einem einzigen Bändchenförderer (23) gebildet sind, wobei Bändchen (22) um die Umlenktrommel (16) verlaufen und vorzugsweise weitere, in Richtung der Drehachse (18) der Umlenktommel (16) gesehen ausserhalb dieser angeordnete, dem Randabschnitt (21) der Schuppenformation (S) zugeordnete Bändchen (22) geradlinig an der Umlenktrommel (16) vorbeiverlaufen.
- Fördereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Förderorgan (24) stromabwärts der Umlenktrommel (16) um eine Umlenkrad (60) geführt ist, das aus einer Umlenkstellung, in der das Förderorgan (24) um die Umlenktrommel (16) verläuft, in eine Durchlaufstellung (68) verbringbar ist, in der das Förderorgan (24) wenigstens annähernd geradlinig an der Umlenktrommel (16) vorbeiverläuft.
- Fördereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlaufbahn (104) der Greifer (20) bei der Umlenktrommel (16), in radialer Richtung gesehen, weiter innen als der Förderweg der Schuppenformation (S) verläuft.
- Fördereinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Förderer (14) einen Führungskanal (72) aufweist, in dem Führungselemente (76) in Förderrichtung (F) beweglich geführt sind, und an Führungselementen (76) die Greifer (20) angeordnet sind.
- Fördereinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungskanal (72) um die Drehachse (18) der Umlenktrommel (16) herumverläuft.
- Fördereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenktrommel (16) auf einer Antriebswelle (34) angeordnet ist, auf der ein Antriebsrad (70) des Förderers (14) sitzt.
- Fördereinrichtung für in einer Schuppenformation anfallende flexible, flächige Gegenstände, wie Druckereierzeugnisse, mit einem zum Zuführen der Schuppenformation (S) bestimmten Förderer (14) mit hintereinander angeordneten, in Förderrichtung (F) entlang einer Umlaufbahn (104) bewegten, gesteuerten, wenigstens einen seitlichen Randabschnitt (21) der Schuppenformation (S) zu fassen bestimmten Greifern (20), einem dem Förderer (14) nachgeschalteten, zum Wegführen der Schuppenformation (S) bestimmten Transportband (10), auf einer Flachseite (106) der zugeführten Schuppenformation (S) zur Anlage zu gelangen bestimmten Umlenkmitteln und einem, mit den Umlenkmitteln einen Förder- und Umlenkspalt (26) bildenden, angetriebenen Förderorgan (24), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkmittel von einer vom Förderorgan (24) umgriffenen Umlenktrommel (16) gebildet sind, über die die Schuppenformation (S) mit einem seitlichen Randabschnitt (21) vorsteht, und die Umlaufbahn (104) von der Umlenktrommel (16) getrennt ist und derart verläuft, dass die Greifer (20) sich auf der Seite des Randabschnitts (21) an der Umlenktrommel (16) seitlich vorbeibewegen.
- Fördereinrichtung nach Anspruch 10 und einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9.
