Claims (11)
- Hülsenanordnung für einen Druckzylinder, bestehend aus einer auf einem Druckzylinder fixierbaren, steifen Innenhülse (20, 22) und einer auf die Innenhülse (20) axial aufschiebbaren dünnwandigen Druckformhülse (10) mit der druckenden Oberfläche (16), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenhülse (22) außenseitig mit einer kompressiblen Schicht (24) versehen ist und die Druckformhülse (10) als flexible Folienhülse (12) mit einer Wandstärke von weniger als 0,5 mm ausgebildet ist, auf der die druckende Oberfläche (16) befestigt ist.
- Hülsenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenhülse (20) radiale Luftdurchlässe (26) am Umfang verteilt aufweist für den Durchtritt von Druckluft aus einem innenseitigen Druckzylinder zur Außenseite der Innenhülse (20) .
- Hülsenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandstärke der Folienhülse (12) zwischen 0,15 mm und 0,35 mm beträgt.
- Hülsenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folienhülse (12) aus Naturfaser oder Kunststoff, vorzugsweise aus Polyester, besteht.
- Hülsenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folienhülse (12) auf der Außenseite mit in Axialrichtung verlaufenden Mikrorillen (18) versehen ist.
- Hülsenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kompressible Schicht (24) der Innenhülse (20) eine Schaumstoffschicht, vorzugsweise aus PU-Schaum, ist.
- Hülsenanordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kompressible Schicht (24) eine Dicke von 0,5 mm bis 3 mm hat.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Druckformhülse unter Verwendung der Folienhülse (12) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 sowie einer Druckplatte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß(a) mindestens eine Vliesmatte um einen Formgebungszylinder gelegt und mittels eines Harzes getränkt wird;(b) das Harz ausgehärtet wird;(c) ein doppelseitiges Klebeband auf die derart gebildete Folienhülse (12) aufgebracht wird;(d) die druckende Oberfläche auf dem Klebeband befestigt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Druckformhülse (10) unter Verwendung der Folienhülse (12) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 sowie einer Fotopolymerdruckform, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß(a) mindestens eine Vliesmatte um einen Formgebungszylinder gelegt und mittels eines Harzes getränkt wird;(b) das Harz ausgehärtet wird;(c) die gebildete Folienhülse (12) auf der Außenseite in Axialrichtung zur Ausbildung von Mikrorillen (18) geschliffen wird;(d) die Fotopolymerdruckform um die Folienhülse (12) plaziert wird und zur Entfernung von Lufteinschlüssen unter Unterdruck oder Vakuum gesetzt wird;(e) unter Einwirkung erhöhter Temperatur die Foto polymerdruckform beidendig zur Bildung einer nahtlosen Druckform verschmolzen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folienhülse (12) alternativ durch ein Spritzverfahren gebildet wird, bei dem ein Faser-Harz-Gemisch auf einen Formgebungszylinder gespritzt wird und das Gemisch anschließend ausgehärtet wird.
- Verfahren zur Fixierung einer Druckformhülse auf einem Druckzylinder unter Verwendung der Hülsenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, mit folgenden Schritten:(a) Bereitstellung eines Druckzylinders mit Luftaustrittslöchern auf der Umfangsfläche und Ausblasen von Druckluft durch die Luftaustrittslöcher;(b) axiales Aufschieben der Innenhülse (20) unter Ausnutzung eines sich ausbildenden Luftpolsters zwischen Druckzylinder und Innenhülse (20);(b) axiales Aufschieben einer Druckformhülse (10) unter Ausnutzung eines sich ausbildenden Luftpolsters zwischen der Innenhülse (20) und der Druckformhülse (10);(c) Beenden des Druckluftaustritts nach dem Ausrichten der Druckformhülse (10).
