Abstract

Bulus bir baski silindiri için olan bir kovan tertibati ile ilgili olup, sözkonusu tertibat baski silindiri üzerine sabitlenebilen kati bir iç kovandan (20, 22) ve iç kovan (20) üzerine eksenel olarak sürülebilir ince duvarli ve baski yüzeyine (16) sahip bir baski formu kovanindan (10) meydana gelmektedir, burada iç kovan (22) dis yüzeyinde kompreslenebilir bir tabaka (24) ile donatilmakta ve baski form kovani (10) üzerine baski yüzeyinin (16) sabitlendigi esnek folyo kovani (12) olarak 0.5 mm'den az olmayan bir duvar kalinligi ile meydana getirilmektedir. Bulusa göre olan teskil tarzi baski formu üretiminde geleneksel kovan tertibatlarina göre daha düsük bir üretim, depolama ve yeniden olusturma çalismasini gerekmektedir.
