Claims (24)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Abgeben eines Produkts, insbesondere eines flüssigen Produkts, umfassend eine Aufnahme (140; 240) für das Produkt, einen Kolben (150; 250), der in dieser Aufnahme beweglich ist, um das Produkt zu treiben, einen Mechanismus zum Antrieb des Kolbens, umfassend ein erstes Element (120; 220), das sich bezüglich eines zweiten Elements (110; 210) drehen kann, um mindestens von einem gewissen Drehungsweg eines der Elemente bezüglich des anderen an eine axiale Bewegung des Kolbens in der Aufnahme zu bewirken, wobei diese Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie einen Ring (180; 280) aufweist, der es gestattet, eine Relativdrehung der beiden Elemente auf einem ersten Winkelweg in der Richtung der Abgabe des Produkts in eine axiale Relativbewegung der beiden Elemente zu überführen, wobei dieser Ring (180; 280) ausgebildet ist, um einerseits sich mit dem ersten Element (120; 220) während dieses ersten Winkelwegs drehen zu können und um mit dem zweiten Element (110; 210) so zusammenzuwirken, dass diese axiale Bewegung bewirkt wird, und um andererseits, wenn die Relativdrehung der beiden Elemente über den ersten Winkelweg (i) hinaus stattfindet, sich bezüglich des ersten Elements (120; 220) drehen zu können, indem er von dem zweiten Element (110; 210) mitgenommen wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (180; 280) auf dem ersten Element (120; 220) mit einer Möglichkeit der Drehung bezüglich dieses Elements, wenn eine ausreichende Antriebskraft ausgeübt wird, montiert ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Element (120; 220) im oberen Teil einen Montagemantel (121; 221) aufweist, und dadurch, dass der Ring (180) in diesen Montagemantel eingeklinkt ist, indem er sich gleichzeitig bezüglich dieses Montagemantels drehen kann, wenn eine ausreichende Kraft ausgeübt wird.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel aufweist, die es gestatten, automatisch eine Relativbewegung der beiden Elemente zu erzeugen, die von einer Vergrößerung des Volumens der Aufnahme (140; 240) begleitet ist, wenn eines der Elemente, das vom Benutzer in der Richtung der Abgabe des Produkts in Bewegung versetzt wird, losgelassen wird und/oder wenn eine Verschlusskappe (190; 290) wieder auf die Vorrichtung am Ende ihrer Verwendung aufgesetzt wird und/oder im Fall eines Überdrucks im Inneren der Aufnahme.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Feder (170; 270) aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder auf Kompression arbeitet.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Element (120) eine erste Auflagefläche (125) aufweist, und dadurch, dass die Vorrichtung eine Verschlusskappe (190) aufweist, die eine zweite Auflagefläche (191) aufweist, die geeignet ist, mit der ersten so zusammenzuwirken, dass bei Aufsetzen der Kappe auf die Vorrichtung eine Bewegung des ersten Elements (120) bezüglich des zweiten (110) bewirkt wird.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Element einen Mantel (120; 220) umfasst und das zweite Element den Körper (110; 210) der Vorrichtung umfasst, auf dem der Mantel montiert ist, wobei dieser Körper mit dem Kolben die das Produkt enthaltende Aufnahme (140; 240) begrenzt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (180; 280) auf dem Mantel (120) befestigt ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines der Elemente Körper und Ring mindestens einen Vorsprung (115; 215) aufweist und das andere der Elemente Körper und Ring mindestens eine Rampe aufweist, auf der der Vorsprung zur Auflage kommen kann, so dass eine Relativdrehung des Rings bezüglich des Vorsprungs von einer axialen Bewegung des Rings bezüglich des Körpers begleitet ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mantel (120) axial zwischen einer Basis (114) des Körpers und dem oberen Teil (111) des Körpers positioniert ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (150) mit einem Träger (160) fest verbunden ist, der durch Verschraubung mit dem Mantel (120) zusammenwirkt.
  13. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (160) sich bezüglich des Körpers (110) mit einem bezüglich diesem begrenzten Winkelausschlag frei drehen kann, insbesondere mit einem Ausschlag (i), der zwischen 5 und 25° beträgt.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper mindestens eine Längsöffnung (116) aufweist und der Träger (160) mindestens eine Ausweitung (163) aufweist, die in diese Öffnung eingesteckt ist, wobei der Abstand zwischen zwei Längsrändern (116a, 116b) der Öffnung (116) des Körpers größer als die Breite dieser Ausweitung (163) ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausweitung (163) einen Gewindeabschnitt aufweist, der mit einem Gewinde des Mantels (120) so zusammenwirkt, dass eine Relativdrehung des Mantels bezüglich des Trägers von einer axialen Bewegung des Trägers bezüglich des Mantels begleitet ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (160) dem Ende einer Feder (170) zur Auflage dient, wobei diese Feder durch die axiale Bewegung des Mantels bezüglich des Körpers bei der Abgabe des Produkts belastet wird.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (160) einen unteren Teil aufweist, der mindestens teilweise durch eine Öffnung (113) der Basis (114) des Körpers gesteckt ist.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mantel (220) im unteren Teil der Vorrichtung gelegen ist.
  19. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben mit einem Teil (260a) fest verbunden ist, das mit einem Zwischenteil (260b) zusammenwirkt, das seinerseits mit dem Mantel (220) zusammenwirkt.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 18 und 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (260a) mindestens eine Längsstange (262) aufweist, die in eine Öffnung (217) des Körpers eingesteckt ist, so dass er sich mit einem begrenzten Winkelausschlag bezüglich des Körpers drehen kann.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (262) zwei Längsränder aufweist, deren Abstand von dem von zwei Erhebungen (216a, 216b) des Körpers verschieden ist.
  22. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenteil (260b) mindestens eine Erhebung (265) aufweist, die mit dem Körper (210) so zusammenwirkt, dass es sich mit einem begrenzten Winkelausschlag drehen kann.
  23. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine auf Kompression arbeitende Feder (270) aufweist, die sich an einem Ende an dem Zwischenteil (260b) und am anderen Ende an einer Wand (212) des Körpers abstützt.
