Claims (24)
- Dispositif de conditionnement et de distribution d'un produit, notamment un produit liquide, comportant un logement (140 ; 240) pour le produit, un piston (150 ; 250) mobile dans ce logement pour chasser le produit, un mécanisme d'entraínement du piston comportant un premier élément (120 ; 220) pouvant tourner par rapport à un deuxième élément (110 ; 210) afin de provoquer un déplacement axial du piston dans le logement, au moins à partir d'une certaine course en rotation de l'un des éléments par rapport à l'autre, ce dispositif étant caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte une bague (180 ; 280) permettant de transformer une rotation relative des deux éléments sur une première course angulaire dans le sens de la distribution du produit, en un déplacement axial relatif des deux éléments, cette bague (180 ; 280) étant agencée pour pouvoir d'une part tourner avec le premier élément (120 ; 220) durant ladite première course angulaire et pour coopérer avec le deuxième élément (110 ; 210) de manière à provoquer ledit déplacement axial et d'autre part, lorsque la rotation relative des deux éléments se poursuit au-delà de la première course angulaire (i), pouvoir tourner par rapport au premier élément (120 ; 220) en étant entraínée en rotation par le deuxième élément (110 ; 210).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la bague (180 ; 280) est montée sur le premier élément (120 ; 220) avec une possibilité de rotation par rapport à cet élément si une force d'entraínement suffisante est exercée.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le premier élément (120 ; 220) présente en partie supérieure une jupe de montage (121 ; 221) et par le fait que la bague (180) est encliquetée dans cette jupe de montage, tout en pouvant tourner par rapport à cette jupe de montage si une force suffisante est exercée.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte des moyens permettant de produire automatiquement un mouvement relatif des deux éléments s'accompagnant d'une augmentation du volume du logement (140 ; 240), lorsque l'un des éléments entraíné en déplacement par l'utilisateur dans le sens de la distribution du produit est relâché et/ou lorsqu'un capot de fermeture (190 ; 290) est remis en place sur le dispositif à la fin de son utilisation et/ou en cas de surpression à l'intérieur du logement.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un ressort (170 ; 270).
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le ressort travaille en compression.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le premier élément (120) présente une première surface d'appui (125) et par le fait que le dispositif comporte un capot de fermeture (190) qui comporte une deuxième surface d'appui (191) apte à coopérer avec la première de manière à provoquer, lors de la mise en place du capot sur le dispositif, un déplacement du premier élément (120) par rapport au deuxième (110).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le premier élément comporte une virole (120 ; 220) et le deuxième élément comporte le corps (110 ; 210) du dispositif, sur lequel la virole est montée, ce corps définissant avec le piston le logement (140 ; 240) contenant le produit.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que la bague (180 ; 280) est fixée sur la virole (120).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé par le fait que l'un du corps et de la bague comporte au moins un ergot (115 ; 215) et l'autre du corps et de la bague au moins une rampe sur laquelle l'ergot peut venir en appui, de manière qu'une rotation relative de la bague par rapport à l'ergot s'accompagne d'un déplacement axial de la bague par rapport au corps.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que la virole (120) est positionnée axialement entre une base (114) du corps et la partie supérieure (111) du corps.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que le piston (150) est solidaire d'un support (160) coopérant par vissage avec la virole (120).
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le support (160) peut tourner librement par rapport au corps (110) avec un débattement angulaire limité par rapport à celui-ci, notamment un débattement (i) compris entre 5 et 25°.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 12 et 13, caractérisé par le fait que le corps comporte au moins une ouverture longitudinale (116) et le support (160) comporte au moins une extension (163) engagée dans cette ouverture, la distance entre deux bords longitudinaux (116a, 116b) de l'ouverture (116) du corps étant supérieure à la largeur de ladite extension (163).
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que l'extension (163) comporte une portion de filetage coopérant avec un filetage de la virole (120), de telle sorte qu'une rotation relative de la virole par rapport au support s'accompagne d'un déplacement axial du support par rapport à la virole.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 15, caractérisé par le fait que le support (160) sert d'appui à l'extrémité d'un ressort (170), ce ressort étant contraint par le déplacement axial de la virole par rapport au corps lors de la distribution du produit.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 16, caractérisé par le fait que le support (160) comporte une partie inférieure engagée au moins partiellement à travers une ouverture (113) de la base (114) du corps.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que la virole (220) se situe en partie inférieure du dispositif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 18, caractérisé par le fait que le piston est solidaire d'une pièce (260a) coopérant avec une pièce intermédiaire (260b) coopérant elle-même avec la virole (220).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 18 et 19, caractérisé par le fait que le support (260a) comporte au moins un montant longitudinal (262) engagé dans une ouverture (217) du corps de manière à pouvoir tourner avec un débattement angulaire limité par rapport au corps.
