Claims (5)

  1. Arbeitsbühne für eine Wandschalung (2) mit einstellbarem Krümmungsradius, wobei die Arbeitsbühne Verstellmittel (5) zur Deformierung an einen bestimmten Krümmungsradius eines Verkleidungsblechs (3) sowie Mittel umfasst, auf denen sich Betriebspersonen bewegen können und die an die verschiedenen Krümmungsradien der Wandschalung (2) anpassbar sind, wobei die Arbeitsbühne derart ist, dass die Mittel, auf denen sich Betriebspersonen bewegen können, aus einer Plattform (13) bestehen, die Folgendes umfasst:
    • ein mittleres Element (16), das so mit Endelementen (14, 15) verbunden ist, dass das mittlere Element (16) an den Endelementen (14, 15) zur Anlage kommt, um ihre Oberfläche teilweise abzudecken,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitsbühne ferner Folgendes umfasst:
    • eine gelenkige, ein Scharnier bildende Vorrichtung (17), dank derer die Endelemente (14, 15) mit der Wandschalung (2) verbunden werden können,
    • eine schwenkbare Verbindungsvorrichtung, die an jedem Endelement (14, 15) eine Stange (25), die an ihrem freien Ende fest mit einer Buchse (26) verbunden ist, und im mittleren Element (16) Löcher (30, 31) umfasst, die jeweils einen Bolzen (32) aufnehmen, der mit der entsprechenden Buchse (26) zusammenwirkt, damit die Arbeitsbühne (1) aus einer eingeklappten Position in eine bezüglich der Wandschalung (2) ausgeklappte Position übergehen und beim Krümmen der Wandschalung ihrem Krümmungsradius folgen kann,
    • und Endelemente (14, 15), die aus einer Platte (18, 19) bestehen, die fest mit einer ersten Querstrebe (20), die die gelenkige Vorrichtung (17) trägt, und mit einer zweiten Querstrebe (21) verbunden ist, die parallel zur ersten verläuft und in ihrer Verlängerung die mit der Buchse (26) fest verbundene Stange (25) umfasst.
  2. Arbeitsbühne nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mittlere Element (16) aus einer Platte (27) besteht, die in ihrer Mitte eine Schwenkklappe (28) umfasst, über die Betriebspersonen Zugang zur Platte (13) haben.
  3. Arbeitsbühne nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querstrebe (21) jedes Endelements (14, 15) fest mit Schellen (22) zum Befestigen und Schwenken von Geländern (23, 24) verbunden ist.
  4. Arbeitsbühne nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie unter dem mittleren Element (16) eine Leiter (33) umfasst.
  5. Arbeitsbühne nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Endelement (14, 15) ein Verlängerungsstück (43, 44) umfasst.
