Claims (6)
- Stanznietkopf zum Vernieten von Befestigungselementen an Blech-, insbesondere Rohkarosserieteilen, mit einem an einem Gehäuse verschieblich geführten, in Richtung einer anschlagbegrenzten Ausfahrposition federbelasteten Blechhalter, einem gehäusefesten, in einen zentralen Nietkanal des Blechhalters eingreifenden Nietstempel und einem Zufuhrmechanismus mit einem seitlich in den Nietkanal mündenden Zufuhrkanal zur taktweisen Zuführung der Befestigungselemente sowie mit einer Halterung zur Fixierung eines dem Nietkanal zugeführten Befestigungselements bis zum Ausschieben und Vernieten durch den Nietstempel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Stanznietkopf (1) durch Lösen der Hubbegrenzung (7) des Blechhalters (8) zerlegbar ist, wobei der Nietstempel (11) dadurch am Gehäuse (6) fixiert ist, dass die auf den Blechhalter wirkende Federkraft gehäuseseitig unter Zwischenschaltung des Nietstempels abgestützt ist. - Stanznietkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Hubbegrenzung (7) des Blechhalters (8) aus mit dem Gehäuse (6) verschraubten Anschlagbolzen besteht. - Stanznietkopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Fixierung der Befestigungselemente (3) im Nietkanal (10) ein im Bereich der Mündungsstelle des Zufuhrkanals (14) angeordneter Haltemagnet (15) vorgesehen ist.
- Stanznietkopf nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltemagnet (15) der Mündungsstelle des Zufuhrkanals (14) diametral gegenüberliegend angeordnet und in Zufuhrrichtung der Befestigungselemente (3) federelastisch abgestützt ist.
- Stanznietkopf nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltemagnet (15) ein Permanentmagnet ist.
- Stanznietkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zur Freigabe des Nietvorgangs ein die Positionierung des Befestigungselements (3) im Nietkanal (10) überwachender Abstandssensor (18) vorgesehen ist.
