Definitions
- the invention relates to a particular portable suction device for secreting contained in a sucked by a suction hose suction particles.
- Such suction devices are used, for example, in connection with a hand tool that generates dust when machining a workpiece, which is connected to the suction hose, so that the dust produced during workpiece machining is sucked off and collected in a dirt chamber of the suction device.
- the suction hose is removed from the suction device when not in use. This is relatively cumbersome.
- the suction hose must be stored so that it is available immediately if necessary. Again, this is not always satisfied, so that a certain amount of time is often associated with the commissioning of the suction device.
- US 4,563,789 relates to a suction device in which a suction hose is wound around a motor housing at the top of a suction vessel.
- a suction device according to the preamble of claim 1 is made US 3,089,177 out.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object to remedy this situation and to provide a suction device of the type mentioned, in which the suction hose and an electrical connection cable of the suction device can be accommodated in a simple and easily accessible way.
- the suction hose on the device side permanently, even in the case of non-use, remain connected. Furthermore, the receiving space is conveniently accessible from above, so that the suction hose can be easily stored in the receiving space or removed in the application from the receiving space.
- the connection device for the suction hose is in the receiving space or the suction hose runs from the Sauguzeinneren directly into the receiving space, so that the device side hose end is housed invisible from the outside and takes up no space on the outside of the device.
- the resulting from the drawing suction device 1 is used for sucking a suction flow through a suction hose 2, wherein contained in the suction flow particles are collected and collected inside the suction device.
- suction devices are used in particular for the extraction of accumulating during the machining of workpieces dust.
- the general structure of such suction devices is well known, so that a more detailed description is unnecessary.
- the suction device includes an electrically driven equipment motor which drives a suction flow generating suction fan, wherein the sucking flow led through the suction hose 2 flows through a filter device which retains the particles to be separated off. The freed from these particles suction stream, which is formed in the usual applications of air, is then discharged into the open.
- the suction device 1 is designed transportable, so that it is suitable for changing locations. It may, as indicated by dash-dotted lines, drive rollers 3, so that it can be moved on the surrounding floor.
- the device area containing the various units of the suction device is also indicated only schematically by dash-dotted lines.
- a receiving space 5 for inserting the suction hose 2 is arranged in the event of its disuse.
- the receiving space 5 is open at the top and accessible through a top access opening 6.
- the receiving space 5 is so large that in him the whole suction hose 2 can be accommodated.
- connection device 7 in the case illustrated a connection supports, is arranged, with which the device-side end of the suction hose 2 is detachably connected, expediently put together.
- it could also be a fixed connection, since the suction hose 2 can remain permanently connected.
- the suction hose without interruption from the interior of the suction device into the receiving space 5 extends.
- a housing part 9, which projects upwards from the bottom 8 of the receiving space 5 is arranged, which forms a winding center for the suction hose 2.
- the suction hose 2 is thus wound when not in use to a hose coil which is placed around the housing part 9 around in the receiving space 5. If the suction hose 2 is needed, it is removed from the receiving space 5 at the top. In FIG. 2 There are almost two circumferential turns of the suction hose 2 still in the receiving space 5. The rest of the suction hose 2 is removed and runs to the place where dust is to be sucked.
- the housing part 9 forming the winding center can cover the device motor generating the suction current, so that it forms a part of the motor housing, so to speak. In this way, i. through the device motor projecting into the receiving space 5 at the top, there is a saving in space in the actual device interior, wherein the upstanding housing section 9 does not disturb the receiving space 5, since the space occupied by it is not required for the suction hose 2.
- a carrying handle 10 for carrying the suction device 1 can be arranged by hand on the upper side of the housing part 9 projecting upwards in the receiving space 5.
- the housing part 9, including the carrying handle 10, should not protrude upward from the receiving space 5. Conveniently, it should end within the receiving space 5.
- a further expedient measure is that the access opening 6 forming the open upper side of the receiving space 5 is delimited by an edge portion 11 that extends over the receiving space 5 from its circumference. In this way, the radially outer region of the receiving space 5 is covered. This edge part 11 can circulate essentially over the entire circumference. It serves to hold down the suction hose 2 in the receiving space 5. The suction hose 2 tends in the wound state due to its elastic properties for spreading, so that lay his turns against the receiving space 5 on the circumference limiting housing wall 12 and thus at least partially below the edge portion 11 are located.
- the housing wall 12 peripherally delimiting the receiving space 5 may have a window-like opening 13, which in the case shown is arranged on the housing wall area extending on the front side of the device.
- This opening 13 is dimensioned so that at least one tube winding can bulge through it. This can be advantageous if it is a suction hose 2 of great length or larger diameter.
- the opening 13 can also serve as a holding opening by reaching with the hand through the opening 13, so that the opening 13 above limiting edge can be detected.
- the suction device 1 is, as already mentioned, electrically operated. For this purpose, it has a device connected to the motor electrical connection cable 14, which carries at its unillustrated free end to be connected to the electrical network contact plug.
- the relatively long connection cable 14 may also, if not required, be used in the receiving space 5.
- the arrangement is expediently similar to the suction hose 2 so made that the connection cable 14 extends from the interior of the suction device into the receiving space 5, so that it passes directly from the inside of the device into the receiving space 5.
- the connecting cable 14 has a small diameter compared to the suction hose 2, so that there is sufficient space in the receiving space 5 to accommodate not only the suction hose 2 but also the connection cable 14. It will expediently also insert the connection cable 14 in the wound state. In FIG. 2 For example, two turns of the connecting cable 4 running in the receiving space 5 are shown, which is then led out of the receiving space.
- connection device 7 is arranged for the suction hose 2 at the bottom 8 of the receiving space 5 and the connecting cable 14 extends at the bottom 8 of the receiving space 5 in this.
- the suction hose 2 and the connecting cable 14 is associated with a respective receiving space 5 with the surrounding passage opening 15 and 16, which are at the periphery of Receiving space 5 arranged and open at the top of the device, so that the suction hose 2 and the connecting cable 14 can be used in case of need from above into the respective passage recess 15, 16 and in this way out of the receiving space 5 to the outside.
- the suction hose 2 extending through the through-passage recess 15 or the connecting cable 14 extending through the through-passage recess 16 does not protrude upwards beyond the upper side 4 of the suction device 1.
- Each through-passage 15 or 16 is accessible through an upper-side slot opening 17 or 18, which in plan view (FIG. FIG. 2 ) extends obliquely to the passage recess 15 and 16, respectively.
- the slot opening 17 or 18 is narrower than the passage opening 15 or 16, so that it is partially covered by the edges of the respective slot opening 17 or 18 due to the different course direction.
- the suction hose 2 or the connecting cable 14 is partially covered in the passing through the passage recess 15 and 16, respectively state, so that an accidental leakage is prevented upwards.
- the slot openings 17, 18 run in the edge part 11 that extends a little way beyond the receiving space 5.
- the suction device 1 has a locking device for locking the container 20 placed on the footprint 19.
- This locking device is merely symbolically indicated in the drawing by four distributed over the circumference of the suction device arranged fastening bolt 21, which may be pivotally mounted on the parked container 20 and away therefrom and are latched in the container 20 toward pivoted state with this.
- the electrical connection cable 14 extends from the interior of the device in the receiving space 5.
- an electrical connection device with which the separate connection cable 14 is detachably connectable in particular sixteensteckbar.
- this connection device may also be arranged on the bottom 8 of the receiving space 5.
- the electrical connection cable 14 extends from the interior of the suction device into the receiving space 5, or in the receiving space 5, a connection device for the electrical connection cable 14 is arranged.
- connection device for the electrical connecting cable 14 is provided on the outside of the device housing, away from the receiving space 5 is or that the electrical connection cable 14 on the outside of the device housing from this occurs. Even in such a case, the electrical connection cable 14 can be accommodated in the receiving space 5. In this case, you can lead the connection cable 14 from outside to inside through the passage 16. If the connecting cable 14 used for commissioning the suction device, it is removed from the receiving space 5 and the passage recess 16.
