Definitions

  • the invention relates to a Einschtignado for handguns with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such Einschit réelle is known from DE 32 04 082 A1.
  • the known Einschit réelle has a tripod frame on which a handgun, such as an air or a small caliber rifle is clamped.
  • the restraint is essentially rigid, a certain mobility is due to the fact that a shaft of the handgun is enclosed with a compressed air cuff.
  • a precise and reproducible clamping of the handgun and a lifelike simulation of a recoil movement of the handgun, as it takes place during the firing of a shooter, is not possible with the known Einschiteat.
  • GB-A-210 334 discloses a shooting device according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object to form a Einsch manoeuvre during the firing by a sports shooter, is simulated as true to nature and reproducible.
  • the Einfeash réelle for small arms with the features of claim 1 according to the invention has a clamping device for firmly fixed clamping the handgun. Furthermore, the slotting apparatus according to the invention has a guide for the clamping device, which guides the clamping device in an arc shape towards the rear, i. in the recoil direction, and at the same time moves backwards downwards.
  • rear is meant the side of the clamping device which faces away from a mouth of the handgun in an intended clamping position of the handgun, at which, for example, a shaft of a rifle is located.
  • the handgun moves at a firing in the recoil direction and at the same time pivots a barrel of the handgun with the mouth upwards.
  • the leadership is designed so that a handgun a recoil movement, as it takes place in a firing by a shooter in consequence of the recoil, largely true to nature.
  • the Einsch mangonado invention has at least one spring element which intercepts the recoil of the handgun in a firing and the handgun moves back to the original position after the firing.
  • the Einsch manschnet réelle invention initially serves to adjust a handgun and its sighting device and for checking small arms. Furthermore, the Einschit réelle invention serves to determine a scattering circle of small arms depending on a used ammunition. Since the Einschtig réelle invention simulates the recoil movement of the handgun largely true to nature, the scatter circle of a handgun can be determined depending on the actual use of ammunition. Another advantage of Einschtig réelles invention is that an influence of different ammunition on the scatter circle of a handgun and by the largely lifelike simulation of the recoil movement of the handgun and the Can predict the impact on the shooting result of a shooter. With the Einschitome réelle invention can thereby determine an ammunition with which a certain handgun has a small scattering circle and thus a high accuracy.
  • the ammunition can even be tested individually for a specific shooter. This is to be regarded as a considerable advantage.
  • the Einsch manoeuvre is easy to handle, it has a high precision, reproducibility of the shooting result and scatter circle on. Furthermore, the Einschit réelle invention provides good control of a handgun in poor shooting results of a shooter.
  • the guide which largely simulates the recoil movement of the clamping device with clamped handgun in a shot firing lifelike, for example, be designed as a sliding guide with arcuate guideways.
  • An embodiment of the invention provides a four-bar linkage with at least one inclined member. The length and orientation of the four links of the four-bar linkage can achieve the desired bowing.
  • the four-bar linkage has the advantage that it can be produced easily and inexpensively.
  • An embodiment of the invention provides two leaf springs as spring elements which at the same time form two mutually non-adjacent links of the four-bar linkage forming the guide of the clamping device.
  • This embodiment of the invention initially has the advantage that the spring elements at the same time form elements of the guide for the handgun. At the same time, a tilt-proof guide and a guide in a plane perpendicular to the leaf springs is achieved with leaf springs.
  • An embodiment of the invention provides a recoil damper that dampens the recoil movement.
  • a recoil damper that dampens the recoil movement.
  • a hard striking the jig with the clamped handgun at the end of the recoil movement or when moving back to the original position is avoided.
  • a damping of the recoil is simulated by the recoil damper, as occurs during the firing by shooters by shoulder equipment or exclusive holding the handgun by hand.
  • a shock absorber are known damper elements such as gas pressure or oil (viscosity) damper in question.
  • An advantageous development of the invention provides a biasing device with which a recoil of the handgun opposing biasing force of the spring element is adjustable. This allows the Einschman réelle adapt to different shooters who support a handgun different degrees against the recoil. This embodiment of the invention thus enables a good and individual adaptation of the Einschtes réelles to the respective shooter and thus an adjustment of the handgun and its sighting adapted to the shooter and a determination of the stray circle also adapted to the respective shooter.
  • the biasing device may for example be an adjusting screw which presses the clamping device depending on their position different far and strong against the spring element.
  • a spring biasing force with which the spring element presses the clamping device in the firing against the recoil direction adjustable is adjustable.
  • a set screw is a simple and inexpensive way for the formation of the biasing device.
  • a development of the invention provides a pressure cell or the like. For measuring the biasing force by which the biasing force is reproducibly adjustable.
  • handgun EinschitONE invention has a base plate 1 for rigid attachment to a stable surface such as a concrete base, a stable and fixed table, on angle bracket on a wall or other fixed or firmly anchored parts.
  • the base plate 1 is bolted to the base, for example.
  • a base plate 2 is arranged, which is supported on the base plate via a three-point attachment.
  • the three-point attachment is formed by three screwed through the base plate 2 screws 20.
  • the base plate can tilt laterally and pivot about an imaginary transverse axis. The latter serves to adjust the height of the weft direction.
  • the base plate is connected by three fastening screws 21 to the base plate 1.
  • the fixing screws 21 are tightened after the adjusting screws 20 have been adjusted.
  • a rotary plate 3 On the base plate 2 is a rotary plate 3, which is rotatable by means of a rotary bearing 4 about a vertical, imaginary axis of rotation on the base plate 2.
  • the pivot bearing 4 serves to adjust the weft direction in the lateral direction.
  • a clamping screw 19 By means of a clamping screw 19, the rotary plate 3 can be fixed on the base plate 2.
  • U-shaped bar 13 is arranged with its open side up, in which a handgun, not shown, in particular a rifle, for example, an air or Kleinkalibergewehr, can be inserted or placed.
  • a handgun not shown, in particular a rifle, for example, an air or Kleinkalibergewehr
  • an adapter 18 or a support such as the visible in Figures 1 and 3 block, in the bar 13 on or be placed on this.
  • three pairs of clamping straps 10, 11 are rigidly mounted, which are from the bar 13 upwards.
  • clamping screws 14 are screwed, with which a firmly inserted between the clamping straps 10, 11 and launched on the bar 13 handgun is firmly clamped.
  • clamping straps 11 For stiffening two of the three pairs of clamping straps 11 are connected at their free, upper ends by bolts 12 together.
  • the bar 13 with the clamping straps 10, 11, the clamping screws 14 and the bolt 12 forms a clamping device 10 to 14, in which a handgun, in particular a rifle, is firmly fixed clamped.
  • two bars 22 are mounted projecting rearwardly, which are connected to each other at their rear, the bar 13 distal ends by a transverse plate 23.
  • a support screw 24 is screwed through.
  • the rods 22 with the transverse plate 23 and the support screw 24 form a shaft support for a shaft of a gun, not shown, clamped in the clamping device 10 to 14.
  • the shaft support 22, 23, 24 prevents a slow and gradual loosening of the clamped rifle by repeated firing.
  • two leaf springs 8, 9 are provided, which are arranged transversely and at a distance one behind the other.
  • the leaf springs 8, 9 are connected via feet 4 to 7 with the rotary plate 3 and the bar 13 of the clamping device 10 to 14.
  • the front leaf spring 8 is perpendicular and the rear leaf spring 9 obliquely backwards above. Due to their spring elasticity, the leaf springs 8, 9 hold the clamping device 13 to 14 movable, they form a guide for the clamping device 10 to 14. Due to the inclination of the rear leaf spring 9 results in a bow, the jig 10 to 14 is on an imaginary, arcuate path over the rotary plate 3 movably guided.
  • the clamping device 10 to 14 moves in the recoil direction and at the same time with its rear end downwards.
  • the firing direction is in Figures 1 to 3 to the left, the recoil direction according to the right.
  • the rear end is the one on which the rods 22 of the shaft support 22, 23, 24 and in particular their transverse plate 23 are arranged.
  • the leaf springs 8, 9 form with the strip 13 of the clamping device 10 to 14 and the rotary plate 3, a non-equilateral quadrilateral, as in the side view of Figure 2 clearly visible. Together with the strip 13 and the rotary plate 3, the leaf springs 8, 9 form a kind of four-bar linkage, wherein a hinged connection of the members of the four-bar linkage forming leaf springs 8, 9, the bar 13 and the rotary plate 3 by the spring elasticity of the leaf springs 8, the ninth is replaced.
  • the two leaf springs 8, 9 form two mutually non-adjacent links 8, 9 of this four-bar linkage 3, 8, 9, 13, which in turn forms the arcuate guide of the clamping device 10 to 14.
  • the two leaf springs 8, 9 support the jigs 10 to 14 against recoil during firing and move the jigs 10 to 14 after the firing back to its original position.
  • a counter-holder 15 is mounted upwardly projecting, through which a screw 16 is screwed.
  • the adjusting screw 16 presses against the adapter 18 (adapter plate) at the front end of the bar 13 of the clamping device 10 to 14.
  • By turning the screw 16 can be set a biasing force with which the leaf springs 8, 9, the clamping device 10 to 14 against the screw 16 to press.
  • the Einsch mangonado invention can be adapted to different shooters who support a handgun different strength against the recoil in firing.
  • a pressure cell 17 or other means for measuring the biasing force of the leaf springs 8, 9 may be arranged, as shown in the drawing.
  • the Load cell 17 allows the preload force to be adjusted precisely and reproducibly.
  • the described and illustrated inventive Einsch manoeuvre is in principle also suitable for pistols, to which the clamping device 10 to 14 is to be modified, for example, with an adapter in order to fix a gun firmly and securely clamp against loosening can.
