Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a wiper device according to the preamble of claim 1 and a wiper system according to the preamble of claim 13.
  • a wiper device with a mop plate which carries a wiper element or textile on the underside, are used.
  • the wiping textile is usually rinsed more frequently in water, a wiper or cleaning liquid, a cleaning liquor or the like in between. It is then necessary in each case to squeeze out the wiping textile in order to remove excess liquid from the wiping textile and to obtain a desired residual moisture for the respective use.
  • the present invention relates to a wiper device in which the wiper plate holding the wiper element or textile is pivotally connected to a handle.
  • a gimbal joint is provided between the stem and the mop plate.
  • Such a wiper device is very easy to handle and has proven itself in practice.
  • the problem is the squeezing of the wiper, since due to the articulated connection with the stem, the mop plate can escape in an undesirable manner.
  • a wiper device in which the wiper plate is gimbal-hinged connected to the handle, also referred to as articulated wiper device.
  • a squeezing device for a hinged wiper device is known.
  • the Auspreßvorraum is arranged on an associated container and has an inclined support surface, which is provided with openings. Spaced to the support surface and above this an abutment device is arranged so that when the handle is folded down the wiper plate with a longitudinal edge ahead between the support surface and the abutment means obliquely downwards is inserted.
  • the stem In subsequent pivoting of the stem, the stem is supported on the abutment device and acts as a two-armed lever such that the mop plate with its underside pressed against the support surface and accordingly the mop textile is squeezed out.
  • the disadvantage is that only relatively low Auspreß alloy can be exercised in the said arrangement due to unfavorable leverage and an impending tipping over of the container. Furthermore, it is disadvantageous that the wiper device can slide out of the squeezing when pressed out. This is favored, in particular, by a corresponding force component, which is directed counter to the insertion direction, and which the handle exerts on the mop plate during extrusion.
  • the EP 0 122 675 B1 discloses an articulated wiper device and an associated squeezing device.
  • the squeezing device has a curved, elastically deformable support surface and arranged spaced abutment elements.
  • the wiper device has counter-elements which can be brought into engagement with the counter bearing elements in such a way that the wiper plate can be pressed against the bearing surface by pivoting a handle of the wiper device about a pivot axis extending parallel to the longitudinal extension of a wiper plate of the wiper device.
  • the counter-element as a separate, coupled to a propeller shaft lever is formed, which in turn can be pivoted by pivoting the stem away from the mop plate, against the abutment elements.
  • a pivotable from the handle mounted on the wiper plate hinge element on lateral extensions, which form counter-elements and can be supported on the counter-bearing elements.
  • the structure of the squeezing device is relatively expensive. Slipping out of the wiper device or its wiper plate from the squeezing when squeezing is not excluded.
  • the pressing requires a relatively precise handling of the wiper device, so that there is a risk that the counter-elements relatively easily slip on the counter-bearing elements.
  • the teaching of the present invention is based on the problem to provide a wiper device with gimbal-hinged handle and a corresponding wiper system of wiper device and squeezing, in which or in which an effective pressing can be done safely with high force.
  • the basic idea of the present invention is to secure a wiper plate of an articulated wiper device during extrusion of a wiping element or textile held by the wiper plate in a squeezing device against unintentional moving out of the squeezing device in a form-fitting manner.
  • the invention provides to provide the mop plate and in particular its holding portion with an insertion inclined in the insertion, so that the mop plate with a wiper element or mop cloth between the support surface and a spaced abutment surface with simple handling and low force for subsequent extrusion of the Wiper element or textile on the bearing surface - possibly by clamping - can be inserted.
  • the mop plate can be pressed by a corresponding pivoting of a stem of the wiper device against a support surface of the squeezing. Nevertheless, with simple handling, an unwanted moving out of the squeezing at least largely excluded.
  • the support surface is inclined to the horizontal and the abutment means is disposed above the support surface in a lower region of the support surface. This allows easy insertion of the mop plate in the squeezing with a downward movement.
  • Fig. 1 shows a wiper device 1, which has a stem 2 and a wiper plate 4 connected to the stem 2 via a hinge 3.
