Claims (9)
- Zylinderkopf und daran montierter Injektor,wobei ein Mittel zum Spannen vorgesehen ist, durch das der Injektor (I) an mindestens einer Anschlußstelle gegen den Zylinderkopf (Z) gespannt ist,wobei an der Anschlußstelle zwischen dem Injektor (I) und dem Zylinderkopf (Z) ein erstes Dämpfungselement (D1) angeordnet ist, das im wesentlichen aus einem der Materialien Graphit, Polyformaldehyd, Polytetrafluorethylen, Memorymetall besteht.
- Zylinderkopf und Injektor nach Anspruch 1,wobei der Zylinderkopf (Z) eine Öffnung (O1) für einen Brennraum aufweist,wobei der Injektor (I) derart in die Öffnung (O1) eingeschoben ist, daß die Düse des Injektors (I) zum Brennraum hin gerichtet ist,wobei der Zylinderkopf (Z) innerhalb der Öffnung (O1) einen Absatz (A1) aufweist, der die Anschlußstelle bildet.
- Zylinderkopf und Injektor nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,wobei das Mittel zum Spannen am Injektor (I) und am Zylinderkopf (Z) befestigt ist,wobei zwischen dem Mittel zum Spannen und dem Injektor (I) und/oder zwischen dem Mittel zum Spannen und dem Zylinderkopf (Z) ein weiteres Dämpfungselement (D2, D4) angeordnet ist, das im wesentlichen aus einem der Materialien Graphit, Polyformaldehyd, Polytetrafluorethylen, Memorymetall besteht.
- Zylinderkopf und Injektor nach Anspruch 3,wobei das Mittel zum Spannen eine Spannpratze (S) aufweist,wobei ein oberer Teil des Injektors (I), der aus der (O1) Öffnung herausragt, von der Spannpratze (S) umfaßt wird,wobei der obere Teil des Injektors (I) einen Absatz (A2) aufweist, gegen den die Spannpratze (S) nach unten drückt,wobei das Mittel zum Spannen ein Verbindungsmittel aufweist, durch das die Spannpratze (S) am Zylinderkopf (Z) befestigt ist und mit dem der Abstand zwischen der Spannpratze (S) und dem Zylinderkopf (Z) verstellt werden kann.
- Zylinderkopf und Injektor nach Anspruch 4,wobei zwischen dem Absatz des oberen Teils des Injektors (I) und der Spannpratze (S) ein zweites Dämpfungselement (D2) angeordnet ist, das im wesentlichen aus einem der Materialien Graphit, Polyformaldehyd, Polytetrafluorethylen, Memorymetall besteht.
- Zylinderkopf und Injektor nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,wobei zwischen der Spannpratze (S) und dem Zylinderkopf (Z) ein viertes Dämpfungselement (D4) angeordnet ist, das im wesentlichen aus einem der Materialien Graphit, Polyformaldehyd, Polytetrafluorethylen, Memorymetall besteht.
- Zylinderkopf und Injektor nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,wobei das Verbindungsmittel als Schraube (SB) ausgestaltet ist, die durch eine Öffnung (O2) in der Spannpratze (S) geführt ist,wobei der Kopf der Schraube (SB) über der Spannpratze (S) angeordnet ist und gegen die Spannpratze (S) nach unten drückt,wobei das Gewinde der Schraube (SB) in den Zylinderkopf (Z) eingeschraubt ist,wobei zwischen dem Kopf der Schraube (SB) und der Spannpratze (S) ein drittes Dämpfungselement (D3) angeordnet ist, das im wesentlichen aus einem der Materialien Graphit, Polyformaldehyd,
Polytetrafluorethylen, Memorymetall besteht. - Zylinderkopf und Injektor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,wobei die Dämpfungselemente (D1, D2, D3, D4) zwischen 0,1mm und 10 mm dick sind.
- Zylinderkopf und Injektor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,wobei als Memorymetall AlCu-Titanat verwendet wird.
