Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for operating a jigger the preamble of claim 1 and a corresponding jigger the preamble of claim 3.
- the Jigger is an equipment machine for textile webs, which in many variants have been known for a long time.
- Basics about Jigger finds For example, in the book by M. Peter and H. K. Rouette "Fundamentals the textile finishing "Deutscher fraverlag GmbH, Frankfurt am Main (1989), Page 369 and in the international lexicon "Textile finishing + border areas" by C.H. Fischer-Bobsien A. Laumannsche Verlagbuchmaschine Dülmen (1975), page 842.
- a jigger with one with the treatment liquid filled trough is also apparent from EP 179 953 A1. To the at Passage of the web of material normally to be recorded during wrapping Change in concentration of the fleet with the corresponding length sequence to counteract this, the in fleet existing in the trough.
- each Winding roller is arranged in its own trough.
- the trough encloses the winding with a small radial distance, and the winding has only a limited radial thickness, so that its outer diameter in the wound and not too different in the developed state.
- the level is adjustable in both troughs. The filling quantity is small and will constantly pursued.
- the invention has for its object a jigger with relatively simple Means to be designed so that changes in concentration during operation does not matter.
- the direction of flow should be reversed when reversing the winding direction the treatment liquid is reversed through the gap, so that the countercurrent effect is obtained in both winding directions remains.
- a jigger with which the method according to the invention can be carried out is the subject of claim 3.
- the treatment liquid is thus the gap on the immersion of the Material web fed into the treatment liquid opposite side and flows through the gap between the trough wall and the deflection drum against the direction of the flow of the treatment liquid in contact with the web, ie "in countercurrent". supply and discharge of the treatment liquid can at the end of a winding process can be switched.
- semi-cylindrical is essentially intended a bowl curved downwards across the width of the web mean uniform cross-section and also include cases in which the trough and / or the deflection drum are not exactly circular, but have slight deviations from the circular shape, for example a cross-section in the form of a uniform polygon such as a six, Possess octagons, octagons, or twelve.
- the jigger can be constructed on both sides of the deflection drum be taken according to claim 4, so that the treatment liquid evenly over the inclined surfaces from the outside into the gap flows.
- the web tension is for the pick-up of the fleet and the winding result of great importance. It must therefore be regulated. According to claim 7 can use this scheme on the pulley tapped web tension actual values. On the pulley namely, the web tension acts directly, and it changes also from the deflection drum to the run-up to the web the winding rollers no longer have any tension, i.e. the pulley is the cheapest place for determining the web tension.
- the determination of the longitudinal web tension on the deflection drum can be done in the manner reproduced in claim 8 by the fact that the Deflection drum slidably mounted against spring force and a transducer is provided for the shift.
- a further expedient embodiment consists in the changeability at least one of the winding rollers in their longitudinal direction during winding operation, what is known in itself from the Scripture Bobsia (Claim 11).
- Claim 12 specifies an appropriate dimensioning of the gap between Deflection drum and trough.
- the jigger designated 100 as a whole in FIG. 1 comprises a box-like one Housing 10 made of corrosion-resistant sheet metal, which on the two in Fig. 1st vertical window perpendicular to the plane of the drawing has window 1,2, through which the loading of the housing 10 and the observation of the proper sequence, especially at the beginning of the winding and to form a closed work space by a handlebar 3.4 mounted cover 5 or a cover 8 mounted on handlebars 6.7 are lockable.
- In the housing 10 are approximately the same in the upper region Height of winding rollers 11, 12, each of which is mounted as a winding roller and the other acts as an unwinding roller for the web W.
- web W is initially stored in folds on one Stack 9 on a trolley and is in the manner shown in Fig. 1 through the open window 1 via a roller 13 whose other function will be described below, as well as one which counteracts the formation of wrinkles Scraper 14 deflected downward and reaches the in Fig. 1 left side of a deflection drum 20, circles around the bottom and will then from the right side of the deflection drum 20 upwards on a wiper 16 and a roller 17 over to the in the phase shown as Winding roller acting winding roller 12 passed, the web W winds up and pulls from the stack 9 into the interior of the housing 10.
- the actual treatment takes place in the back and forth of the Material web W with covers pivoted down to the windows 1, 2 5.8 instead.
- the rollers 13, 17 and the wipers 14, 16 extend across the width the web W and are supported at the ends on carriages 18, 19 or fixed, each on guides not shown up and down are movable.
- the carriage 18 carries the roller 13 and the scraper 14, the carriage 19, the roller 17 and the scraper 16.
- the roller 13 and the Wipers 14 can have an upper position and a lower position 13, 14 ' take in.
- the position 13, 14 corresponds to the position 17 ', 16' on the right Side of position 13 ', 14', position 17, 16.
- the movements of the two Carriages 18, 19 are coupled by a rope 21 so that when a carriage 18,19 above, his roller is on the winding roller in question 11.12 create the wrapping and the other carriage below can stand, as in Fig.
- rollers 13, 17 alternate as pressure rollers for the forming Winding.
- the tension in the rope 21 can be adjusted so that by the system squeezing surface liquor with adjustable line force takes place. A fleet surplus is thus immediately on the respective Take-up roller removed by the associated pressure roller.
- Fig. 1 the initial phase of the winding on the winding roller 12 is shown.
- the carriage 19 is then moved to the upper position, in the roller is in position 17 and lies against the winding that is being formed.
- the carriage 18 is then further down with the roller in position 13 '.
- the winding on the winding roller 12 becomes thicker, it presses the Carriage 19 down.
- the purpose of the web guide described is that the relationship from bound goods management to free, unbound route should be as small as possible. This prevents longitudinal wrinkles that would otherwise occur additional tension-promoting spreader elements can be prevented would.
- the winding roller 12 If the entire stack 19 is on the winding roller 12, this is on the winding is stopped and the winding of the winding begins the winding roller 12 on the winding roller 11.
- the pressure roller 13 is located on the winding formed on the winding roller 11, and it runs Material web W with the reverse running direction around the deflection drum 20.
- the Winding on the winding roller 11 gradually increases in diameter until it about the state shown in the drawing with a broken line has reached in which the entire length of the web W on the Winding roller 11 is located. Then the winding back on the winding roller closes 12 on and so on. The winding back and forth continues as long as until the desired treatment effect is achieved. Then the web W, for example, unwound on a wagon.
- the deflection drum 20 is in a cross-section which is approximately semi-cylindrical Trough 30, the radius of which is only slightly larger than the radius of the Deflection drum 20, so that between the outer circumference or the latter wrapping web W and the wall of the trough 30 only a relative narrow gap 31 remains.
- the radial is Extension 60 of the gap 31 15% of the radius 60 of the deflection drum 20.
- the small radial dimension of the gap 31 serves to minimize the Treatment fleet and thus the ecology. The economy of treatment will be improved.
- the wall of the trough 30 goes at the top, i.e. somewhat above the Axis A of the half cylinder on both sides in outwards by equal amounts rising flat inclined surfaces 23,24, which on square, in Frame of the jigger 100 fixed support profiles 25.26, which extend across the web W extend, are supported. At the outer upper edge they go Inclined surfaces 23, 24 over overflow edges 27 ', 28' each in a recessed, groove 27, 28 extending transversely to the web W, over which each a perforated or slotted tube 29,32 extends, which is optional and alternately serves as the supply or discharge of the treatment liquid.
- the pipe 32 above the right channel 28 serves as a feed line.
- the supplied there, provided outside of the jigger 100 and in their composition set fleet flows in the direction of arrows 33 in the Gap 31 between the deflection drum 20 or the web W and the Wall 34 of the trough 30.
- the web W moves on left edge of the inclined surface 24 upwards, that is against the flow direction the newly added treatment liquid. It follows from this for the web W in the trough 30, a counterflow effect, because the treatment liquid continuously through the gap 31 against the direction of travel the web W is conveyed through.
- the tube 29 acts as a feed line.
- the correct longitudinal web tension is for the winding result and the treatment result of great importance. This is therefore on the The place where it appears immediately, namely on the deflection drum 20, measured under the effect of double web tension stands, the deflection drum 20 upwards from the trough 30 is trying to pull out.
- the deflection drum 20 is on both ends in a special bearing 40, in which the shaft the deflection drum 20 against the longitudinal tension in the web W generated, acting in the sense of the arrow in Fig. 2, elastic K is supported.
- the bearing 40 from two in the direction of the force K, which is caused by the longitudinal tensile stress in the both strands of the web W comes about, arranged at a distance Crossbars 41, 42, which can be seen in the housing 10 in FIG. 2 Fixedly arranged and by two transverse distance from each other, in a plane perpendicular to the axis A of the deflection drum 20 Guide rods 43,44 are interconnected.
- the end shield 45 3 has an approximately square outline and in the side view of FIG has guide bushes 46 in the four corners, which act as plain bearing bushes or ball bushings can be formed and ensure that the bearing plate 45 on the guide rods 43.44 very easily and without annoying Stick-slip effect can slide.
- a spring arrangement 47 in the form of a plate spring assembly 48 provided on the end plate 45 and thus the shaft of the deflection drum 20 exerts a force against the force K of the web.
- the shaft of the deflection drum 20 exerts a force against the force K of the web.
- the bearing 40 of the shaft 50 is the deflection drum 20 arranged outside the wall 51 of the trough 30.
- a Mechanical seal 53 prevents treatment liquid from escaping the trough 30.
- the flange 54 shown at the left end in FIG. 4 is used for attachment to the end face of the deflection drum 20, which is a closed forms cylindrical sheet metal body.
- the shaft 50 is over one Rolling bearings 55 in a corresponding central recess 56 of the end shield 45 rotatably mounted.
- a rotary encoder 58 is arranged with the the rotation of the deflection drum 20 according to the amount, speed and direction of rotation is detectable.
- At least one of the winding rollers 11, 12 can oscillate in its axial direction be carried out, be it to shifting edges of the web to be able to wrap exactly, be it to deliberately shift the edges of the web to be able to keep them from lying on top of each other, as it may be necessary with so-called Sulzer edges.
