Claims (17)
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner mit mehreren nebeneinander angeordneten Doppelsaugern zur taktweisen Förderung von Bogen, wobei die Doppelsauger durch Kurvenkoppelgetriebe angetrieben Bewegungen auf einer geschlossenen Bahn in Förderrichtung der Bogen und zurück ausführen und dabei die Doppelsauger in einem zwei Arbeitstakte aufweisenden Bewegungszyklus um einen Arbeitstakt versetzt nacheinander in den Bereich der Stapelvorderkante eines Bogenstapels zur Erfassung eines Bogens gelangen, wobei die Bewegung jedes Doppelsaugers mittels zweier voneinander beabstandeter Drehgelenke eingeleitet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mechanismus zum Antreiben des Doppelsaugers (1, 1') einen Getriebefreiheitsgrad von Drei aufweist, derart, daß neben der geschlossenen Bewegungsbahn des Doppelsaugers (1,1') auch dessen Kippwinkel exakt steuerbar ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mechanismus achtgliedrig mit drei unabhängigen Antrieben und drei Gestellpunkten vorgesehen ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei etwa horizontal verlaufende Getriebeglieder (6, 7) vorhanden sind, deren eine Enden an einer einen Doppelsauger (1,1') tragenden Saugerkoppel (8) in einem etwa vertikalen Abstand voneinander angelenkt sind und deren andere Enden durch ein Kurvengetriebe im wesentlichen horizontal bewegbar antreibbar sind, wobei eines der Getriebeglieder weiterhin von einem weiteren Kurvengetriebe im wesentlichen vertikal bewegbar antreibbar ist und daß jedem Getriebeglied (6, 7) ein im wesentlichen horizontal antreibendes Kurvengetriebe zugeordnet ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem der Saugerkoppel (8) entgegengesetzten Ende des einen Getriebeglieds (6) eine sich im wesentlichen vertikal erstreckende erste Schwinge (9) und an dem der Saugerkoppel (8) entgegengesetzten Ende des zweiten Getriebeglieds (7) eine sich im wesentlichen vertikal erstreckende zweite Schwinge (10) angelenkt ist, wobei das dem einen Getriebeglied (6) entgegengesetzte Ende der ersten Schwinge (9) um eine erste feste Schwenkachse (11) von einer drehbar antreibbaren Kurvenscheibe (12) eines ersten Kurvengetriebes und das dem zweiten Getriebeglied (7) entgegengesetzte Ende der zweiten Schwinge (10) um eine zweite feste Schwenkachse (13) von einer drehbar antreibbaren Kurvenscheibe (14) eines zweiten Kurvengetriebes schwenkbar antreibbar ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die erste und die zweite feste Schwenkachse (11, 13) koaxial zueinander erstrecken.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kurvenscheiben (12, 14) des ersten und des zweiten Kurvengetriebes auf einer gemeinsamen drehbar antreibbaren Antriebswelle (15) drehfest angeordnet sind.
- Bogenkantentrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kurvenscheiben (12, 14) des ersten und/oder des zweiten Kurvengetriebes im etwa mittleren Bereich der Längserstreckung der jeweils zugeordneten Schwinge (9, 10) auf diese Schwinge (9, 10) einwirken.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der ersten Schwinge (9) eine erste Rolle (16) frei drehbar gelagert ist, die mit ihrer radial umlaufenden Mantelfläche (17) an der radial umlaufenden Kontur (18) der Kurvenscheibe (12) des ersten Kurvengetriebes in Anlage ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßanderzweitenSchwinge (10) eine zweite Rolle (19) frei drehbar gelagert ist, die mit ihrer radial umlaufenden Mantelfläche (20) an der radial umlaufenden Kontur (21) des zweiten Kurvengetriebes in Anlage ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das weitere Kurvengetriebe zum im wesentlichen vertikalen Antrieb eines der Getriebeglieder (6) eine sich im wesentlichen vertikal erstreckende Koppel (22) aufweist, die von einer drehbar antreibbaren Kurvenscheibe (23) des weiteren Kurvengetriebes etwa vertikal bewegbar antreibbar ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Getriebeglied (6) das obere der beiden Getriebeglieder (6, 7) ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 10 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdieKoppel(22)mitihrem einen Ende an dem einen der Getriebeglieder (6) angelenkt und an ihrem anderen Ende von der Kurvenscheibe (23) des weiteren Kurvengetriebes etwa vertikal bewegbar beaufschlagbar ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Koppel (22) eine dritte Rolle (24) frei drehbar gelagert ist, die mit ihrer radial umlaufenden Mantelfläche (25) an der radial umlaufenden Kontur (26) der Kurvenscheibe (23) des weiteren Kurvengetriebes in Anlage ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine mit ihrem einen Ende um eine dritte feste Schwenkachse (27) frei schwenkbare Rollenschwinge (28) mit ihrem anderen Ende an der Koppel (22) angelenkt ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollenschwinge (28) nahe der Kurvenscheibe (23) des weiteren Kurvengetriebes an der Koppel (22) angelenkt ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Koppel in einer Axialführung etwa in Richtung ihrer Längserstreckung geführt ist.
- Bogenvorderkantentrenner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdieKurvenscheiben (12, 14, 23) des ersten und/oder zweiten Kurvengetriebes sowie des weiteren Kurvengetriebes auf einer gemeinsamen drehbar antreibbaren Antriebswelle (15) drehfest angeordnet sind.
