本发明公开了一种三面切书机用凸轮控制同步输送带放松机构,包括凸轮、摇臂、连杆、摆动块、方轴、轴套、同步带轮、小轴、摆臂和压簧,所述凸轮上设有滚子,所述凸轮通过滚子与摇臂连接,所述连杆两端各设有一关节轴承,所述连杆通过二端的关节轴承分别与摇臂和摆动块连接,所述摆动块与方轴连接,所述方轴穿过轴套的方孔与轴套连接,所述同步带轮通过小轴与摆臂连接,所述摆臂抱紧在轴套上,所述压簧与摇臂连接。本发明所述的凸轮控制同步输送带放松机构可使同步皮带放松,令书帖进入三面切书机并在挡规作用下靠齐裁切,提高裁切精度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于三面切书机中的凸轮控制同步输送带放松机构。
技术背景
三面切书机是骑马联动线中对书本进行裁切的单机,是最终保证书本质量的重要工序,其在印刷行业中具有十分广泛的应用。同步输送带是三面切书机的进本机构,主要用于将书本连续输入至三面切书机的指定位置进而进行裁切。目前市面上的三面切书机用输送带仅提供了单纯的书本输送功能,而未提供输送带放松机构使书本在前挡规和两边挡规的作用下靠齐裁切,进而提高裁切精度。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种三面切书机用凸轮控制同步输送带放松机构。
本发明的目的是解决现有市场上的一些三面切书机用输送带仅提供了单纯的书本输送功能,而未提供输送带放松机构使书本在前挡规和两边挡规的作用下靠齐,进而提高裁切精度的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明包括凸轮、摇臂、连杆、摆动块、方轴、轴套、同步带轮、小轴、摆臂和压簧,所述凸轮上设有滚子,所述凸轮通过滚子与摇臂连接,所述连杆两端各设有一关节轴承,所述连杆通过二端的关节轴承分别与摇臂和摆动块连接,所述摆动块与方轴连接,所述方轴穿过轴套的方孔与轴套连接,所述同步带轮通过小轴与摆臂连接,所述摆臂抱紧在轴套上,所述压簧与摇臂连接。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在有书帖进入三面切书机时,前上刀座从最高点落下,凸轮逆时针旋转,滚子到达凸轮升程的最高点并带动摇臂向上顶起连杆,连杆带动摆动块,摆动块带动方轴转动,方轴通过套带动摆臂旋转摆动,最终摆臂带动左右两边的同步带轮抬起,使得同步皮带放松,书帖进入三面切书机并在挡规作用下靠齐裁切,当书帖裁切好后,前左右上刀座从最低点抬起,滚子移动至凸轮升程的最低点,带动同步带轮落下,同步带夹紧书帖向出口处输送。用本发明可以提高三面切书机的裁切精度。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图所示,本发明提供的三面切书机用凸轮控制同步输送带放松机构实施例,包括包括凸轮1、摇臂3、连杆4、摆动块6、方轴7、轴套11、同步带轮8、小轴9、摆臂10和压簧12,所述凸轮1上设有滚子2,所述凸轮1通过滚子2与摇臂3连接,所述连杆4两端分别设有关节轴承5和关节轴承5A,所述连杆通过二端的关节轴承5和关节轴承要A分别与摇臂和摆动块6连接,所述摆动块6与方轴7连接,所述方轴7穿过轴套11的方孔与轴套11连接,所述同步带轮8通过小轴9与摆臂10连接,所述摆臂10抱紧在轴套11上,所述压簧12与摇臂10连接。
所述的压簧12压于摇臂10上,使摇臂10始终压紧滚子2贴紧凸轮1上。

1.一种三面切书机用凸轮控制同步输送带放松机构,其特征在于它包括凸轮、摇臂、连杆、摆动块、方轴、轴套、同步带轮、小轴、摆臂和压簧,所述凸轮上设有滚子,所述凸轮通过滚子与摇臂连接,所述连杆两端各设有一关节轴承,所述连杆通过二端的关节轴承分别与摇臂和摆动块连接,所述摆动块与方轴连接,所述方轴穿过轴套的方孔与轴套连接,所述同步带轮通过小轴与摆臂连接,所述摆臂抱紧在轴套上,所述压簧与摇臂连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三面切书机用凸轮控制同步输送带放松机构,其特征在于所述的压簧压于摇臂上,使摇臂始终压紧滚子贴紧凸轮。
