Bevorzugt ist 1,9 ≤ x ≥ 2,2.
Bevorzugte kristalline schichtförmige Natriumsilicate a) enthalten 0 bis 40 Gew.-% alpha-Natriumdisilicat, 0 bis 40 Gew.-% beta-Natriumdisilicat, 40 bis 100 Gew.-% delta-Natriumdisilicat und 0 bis 40 Gew.-% amorphe Anteile.
Das vorgenannte beta-Natriumdisilicat entspricht dem in der EP-B-0 164 514 beschriebenen Na-SKS-7, charakterisiert durch die dort wiedergegebenen Röntgenbeugungsdaten, die dem beta-Na2Si2O5 zugeordnet werden, dessen Röntgenbeugungsdiagramme beim Joint Commitee of Powder Diffraction Standards unter den Nummern 24-1123 und 29-1261 registriert sind.
Das vorgenannte delta-Natriumdisilicat entspricht dem in der EP-B-0 164 514 beschriebenen Na-SKS-6, charakterisiert durch die dort wiedergegebenen Röntgenbeugungsdaten, die dem delta-Na2Si2O5 zugeordnet werden, dessen Röntgenbeugungsdiagramme beim Joint Commitee of Powder Diffraction Standards unter der Nummer 22-1396 registriert sind.
Bei den kationischen Bestandteilen handelt es sich bevorzugt um Alkalimetallionen und/oder Erdalkalimetallkationen und/oder Fe, W, Mo, Ta, Pb, Al, Zn, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Co und/oder Ni.
Bei den anionischen Bestandteilen handelt es sich bevorzugt um Aluminate, Sulfate,
Als Waschmittelinhaltsstoffe c) besonders bevorzugt sind Alkalisilicate, nichtionische Tenside, anionische Tenside, kationische Tenside, Polycarboxylatpolymere, Polycarboxylatcopolymere, Polyethylenglykole, Bentonite, Hectorite, Saponite und/oder Farbstoffe.
Bevorzugt sind auch Copolymere von Acrylsäure oder Methacylsäure mit Vinylethern, wie beispielsweise Vinylmethylether, Vinylestern, Ethylen, Propylen and Styrol. Handelsübliche Produkte sind z.B. ®Sokalan CP 5 und PA 30 von BASF, ®Alcosperse 175 oder 177 von Alco und LMW 45 N und SPO2 N von Norsohaas.
Die Konzentration der jeweiligen Waschmittelinhaltsstoffe in den wässrigen Lösungen bzw. Dispersionen richtet sich auch nach Handhabbarkeit (Pumpbarkeit, Fliessfähigkeit, Lagerstabilität etc.) der jeweiligen Lösung bzw. Dispersion. In den Grenzen des erfindungsgemäßen Verhältnisses c) vom kristallinen schichtförmigem Natriumsilicat a) zum Wasser aus der Komponente b) sind beliebige Konzentrationen möglich.
Das Gewichtsverhältnis vom kristallinen schichtförmigen Natriumsilicat a) zu den Waschmittelinhaltsstoffen beträgt bevorzugt 5:1 bis 1000:1, besonders bevorzugt 7:1 bis 200:1, insbesondere bevorzugt 10:1 bis 100:1.
Das molare Verhältnis c) vom kristallinen schichtförmigen Natriumsilicat a) zum Wasser aus der Komponente b) beträgt bevorzugt 1:1 bis 20:1, besonders bevorzugt 1:1 bis 10:1 und insbesondere bevorzugt 1,2:1 bis 5:1.
Die Wärme kann durch externe Heizung eingebracht werden. Gegebenenfalls können alle Komponenten oder auch nur einzelne vorgeheizt werden.
Ausdrücklich sei in diesem Zusammenhang erwähnt, dass die mechanische Weiterbehandlung als Ganzes oder in Teilschritten vor und nach der Wärmebehandlung erfolgen kann. Mehrfache Wärmebehandlungen auf verschiedenen Verfahrensstufen sind ebenfalls im Sinne der Erfindung.
Besonders bevorzugt werden die Komponenten zuerst in Kontakt gebracht, dann wärmebehandelt, dann kompaktiert, dann gemahlen/zerkleinert und schließlich kornfraktioniert.

Bei der Kompaktierung handelt es sich bevorzugt um eine Pressgranulierung, wie z.B. Rollkompaktierung oder eine Brikettierung, besonders bevorzugt um eine Rollkompaktierung.
Die Temperatur des Materials während der Kompaktierung beträgt bevorzugt zwischen 10 und 200°C, wobei die gewünschte Temperatur durch externe Heizung/Kühlung gesteuert werden kann oder sich durch die freiwerdende Reibungswärme von allein einstellt. Bei der Kompaktierung beträgt die Verweilzeit unter Druck nur wenige Sekundenbruchteile bis die entstehenden Schülpen mit Mühlen einschlägigen Typs zerkleinert und gegebenenfalls kornfraktioniert werden. Damit ist die Dauer der Erwärmung viel kürzer als bei der erfindungsgemäßen gezielten Wärmebehandlung und ist damit zu kurz für eine Verbesserung des Löserückstandverhaltes.
Bei kontinuierlicher Fahrweise werden die in der Rollkompaktierung entstehenden Schülpen unmittelbar anschließend mit Mühlen einschlägigen Typs zerkleinert und gegebenenfalls kornfraktioniert. Das Gutkorn wird aus der Kornfraktionierung ausgeschleust und Unterkorn und Überkorn im Sinne von Kreislaufströmen in den Kompaktor bzw. in die Mühlen zurückgeführt. Auch im Falle einer solchen kontinuierlichen Prozessführung ist die Dauer der Erwärmung viel kürzer als bei der gezielten Wärmebehandlung.
Die Rollkompaktierung erfolgt bevorzugt mit einer Linienpresskraft von 2 bis 200 kN/cm Walzenbreite, besonders bevorzugt 10 bis 160 kN/cm Walzenbreite, und bei einer Temperatur von 20 bis 200°C. Eine derartige Angabe ist insofern sinnvoll, als bei der Rollkompaktierung üblicherweise die Fläche auf der das Material tatsächlich dem Druck ausgesetzt ist nur schlecht definierbar ist. Der höchste Druck wirkt in dem Bereich in dem die beiden konkaven Flächen der Walzen sich am nächsten kommen. Diese Fläche kann nur abgeschätzt werden. Weiterhin kann durch Materialabnutzung die Walzenoberfläche erodiert sein, so dass keine gleichmäßige Druckverteilung gewährleistet ist. Legt man für die obengenannten bevorzugten Bereiche eine Auflagebreite von 1 cm zu Grunde, so ergeben sich Pressdrucke zwischen 2 und 200 kN/cm2, besonders bevorzugt zwischen 10 und 100 kN/cm2. Als Rollkompaktoren eignen sich z.B. solche der Firmen Hosokawa-Bepex und Alexanderwerk.
Bei den Reinigungsmitteln handelt es sich bevorzugt um Maschinengeschirreiniger und Maschinengeschirrspülmittel. Hier sind Silicate vor allem wegen ihrer guten Schmutzdispergierung, ihrer hohen Alkalität und wegen ihrer Schutzwirkung für das Glas gefragt. Unter Glasschädigung versteht man dabei sowohl die Bildung von schichtförmigen Ablagerungen auf Gläsern als auch die Erosion der Glasoberfläche - beides führt zu den bekannten unerwünschten Trübungen von Gläsern.
Andere spezielle Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel, z.B. Maschinengeschirreiniger, enthalten 0,5 bis 30 Gew.-% der erfindungsgemäßen Builder-Zusammensetzung.
Als weitere anionische Tenside kommen insbesondere Seifen in Betracht. Geeignet sind gesättigte Fettsäureseifen, wie die Salze der Laurinsäure, Myristinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure, hydrierten Erucasäure und Behensäure, sowie insbesondere solche aus natürlichen Fettsäuren, wie z.B. Kokos-, Palmkern- oder Talgfettsäuren, abgeleitete Seifengemische. Die anionischen Tenside können in Form ihrer Natrium-, Kalium- oder Ammoniumsalze, sowie als lösliche Salze organischer Basen, wie Mono-, Di- oder Triethanolamin, vorliegen. Vorzugsweise liegen die anionischen Tenside in Form ihrer Natrium- oder Kaliumsalze, insbesondere in Form der Natriumsalze, vor.
Bei den pH-Regulatoren handelt es sich bevorzugt um Soda, Trona, Pottasche, Citronensäure, Natriumcitrat und/oder Bicarbonat.
Für die Tablettierung von Maschinengeschirrreinigern sind Pressdrücke von 0,7 bis 14,2 kN/cm2 bevorzugt, besonders bevorzugt sind Drücke von 2,8 bis 10 kN/cm2. Bevorzugt ist auch die mehrstufige Verpressung zu komplexeren Formen. Die Aufteilung in verschiedene Kompartimente dient einer gewissen Trennung von ansonsten miteinander unverträglichen Inhaltsstoffen. Für Mehrschichttabletten werden beliebige Anteile der Formulierung in mehreren Schritten nacheinander aufeinander gepresst, so dass sich mehrere Schichten ergeben. Im Falle einer Zweischichttablette ist dabei besonders bevorzugt ein Schichtdickenverhältnis der beiden Schichten von 1:10 bis 10:1.
Andere Anwendungsformen sind z.B. Tabletten mit eingefügten kugelförmigen Kompartimenten. Die unterschiedlichen Schichten und Kompartimente der Tabletten können auch unterschiedlich eingefärbt sein.

Claims (41)
- Builder-Zusammensetzung, erhältlich durch miteinander In-Kontakt-Bringen vonund nachträglichem Wärmebehandeln der so erhaltenen Builder-Zusammensetzung bei 30 bis 400°C für 0,5 bis 1000 min.a) kristallinem schichtförmigem Natriumsilicat der Formel NaMSixO2x+1*yH2O, wobei M Natrium oder Wasserstoff, x eine Zahl von 1,9 bis 4 und y eine Zahl von 0 bis 20 bedeuten, undb) Wasser oder einer wässrigen Lösung bzw. Dispersion mindestens eines Waschmittelinhaltsstoffes,c) wobei das molare Verhältnis der Komponente a) zum Wasser aus der Komponente b) 0,5:1 bis 20:1 beträgt,
- Builder-Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das kristalline schichtförmige Natriumsilicat a) 0 bis 40 Gew.- % alpha-Natriumdisilicat, 0 bis 40 Gew.-% beta- Natriumdisilicat, 40 bis 100 Gew.-% delta-Natriumdisilicat und 0 bis 40 Gew.-% amorphe Anteile enthält.
- Builder-Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das kristalline schichtförmige Natriumsilicat a) 80 bis 100 Gew.-% delta-Natriumdisilicat enthält.
- Builder-Zusammensetzung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das kristalline schichtförmige Natriumsilicat a) zusätzliche kationische und/oder anionische Bestandteile enthält. - Builder-Zusammensetzung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem Wasser um Leitungswasser, Kondenswasser, Wasserdampf, demineralisiertes Wasser oder Brauchwasser handelt. - Builder-Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das molare Verhältnis c) vom kristallinen schichtförmigen Natriumsilicat a) zum Wasser der Komponente b) 1:1 bis 20:1, bevorzugt 1:1 bis 10:1 beträgt.
- Builder-Zusammensetzung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den Waschmittelinhaltsstoffen um Alkalisilicate, nichtionische Tenside, anionischen Tenside, kationische Tenside, Polycarboxylatpolymere, Polycarboxylatcopolymere, Polyethylenglykole, Bentonite, Hectorite, Saponite und/oder Farbstoffe handelt. - Builder-Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den Alkalisilicaten um Wassergläser der molaren Zusammensetzung Me2O : SiO2 gleich 0,2:1 bis 1:1 mit Me = Na und/oder K und H2O: SiO2 gleich 0,9:1 bis 250:1 handelt.
- Builder-Zusammensetzung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis von kristallinem schichtförmigem Natriumsilicat a) zu den Waschmittelinhaltsstoffen 5:1 bis 1000:1, bevorzugt 7:1 bis 200:1, beträgt. - Builder-Zusammensetzung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmebehandlung bei Temperaturen von 40 bis 300°C, bevorzugt 60 bis 200°C, besonders bevorzugt 70 bis 150°C, erfolgt. - Builder-Zusammensetzung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dauer der Wärmebehandlung 2 bis 1000 min, bevorzugt 2 bis 120 min, besonders bevorzugt 10 bis 120 min, beträgt. - Builder-Zusammensetzung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Builder-Zusammensetzung bei der Wärmebehandlung in Bewegung gehalten wird. - Builder-Zusammensetzung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die durch In-Kontakt-Bringen der Komponenten a) und b) erhaltene Builder-Zusammensetzung vor und/oder nach der Wärmebehandlung noch mechanisch weiterbehandelt wird. - Builder-Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der mechanischen Weiterbehandlung um Kompaktieren, bevorzugt Rollkompaktierung, Granulieren, Mahlen, Zerkleinern und/oder Kornfraktionieren handelt.
- Builder-Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollkompaktierung mit einer Linienpresskraft von 2 bis 200 kN/cm Walzenbreite und einer Temperatur von 20 bis 200°C durchgeführt wird.
- Builder-Zusammensetzung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die Komponenten a) und b) zuerst in Kontakt gebracht werden, die so erhaltene Builder-Zusammensetzung dann wärmebehandelt wird, dann kompaktiert wird, dann gemahlen wird und schließlich kornfraktioniert wird. - Builder-Zusammensetzung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die Komponenten a) und b) zuerst in Kontakt gebracht werden, die so erhaltene Builder-Zusammensetzung dann wärmebehandelt wird, dann gemahlen / zerkleinert wird und schließlich kornfraktioniert wird. - Builder-Zusammensetzung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die Komponenten a) und b) zuerst in Kontakt gebracht werden, die so erhaltene Builder-Zusammensetzung dann kompaktiert wird, dann gemahlen wird, dann kornfraktioniert wird und schließlich wärmebehandelt wird. - Builder-Zusammensetzung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der Builder-Zusammensetzung um ein Pulver mit einer mittleren Teilchengröße von 0,1 bis 4000 µm, besonders bevorzugt 10 bis 500 µm, insbesondere bevorzugt 20 bis 200 µm, handelt. - Builder-Zusammensetzung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der Builder-Zusammensetzung um ein Granulat mit einer mittleren Teilchengröße von 200 bis 2000 µm, bevorzugt 400 bis 900 µm, handelt. - Builder-Zusammensetzung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der Builder-Zusammensetzung um ein gemahlenes Granulat mit einer mittleren Teilchengröße von 0,1 bis 300 µm, bevorzugt 10 bis 200 µm, handelt. - Builder-Zusammensetzung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Löserückstand einer wässrigen 0,25 Gew.-% Lösung bei 20°C und nach 20 Minuten Rühren kleiner oder gleich 50 % ist. - Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel enthaltend mindestens eine Builder-Zusammensetzung entsprechend mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel nach Anspruch 23, enthaltenda) 0,5 bis 99 Gew.-% der Builder-Zusammensetzungb) optional 0,5 bis 80 Gew.-% Cobuilderc) optional 1 bis 50 Gew.-% grenzflächenaktive Stoffed) optional 1 bis 70 Gew.-% Bleichsystemee) optional 0,5 bis 80 Gew.-% pH-Regulatorenf) ad 100 Gew.-% weitere übliche Inhaltsstoffe.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel nach Anspruch 23, enthaltenda) 0,5 bis 99 Gew.-% der Builder-Zusammensetzungb) 0,5 bis 80 Gew.-% Cobuilderc) optional 1 bis 50 Gew.-% grenzflächenaktive Stoffed) optional 1 bis 70 Gew.-% Bleichsystemee) optional 0,5 bis 80 Gew.-% pH-Regulatorenf) ad 100 Gew.-% weitere übliche Inhaltsstoffe.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel nach Anspruch 23, enthaltenda) 0,5 bis 99 Gew.-% der Builder-Zusammensetzungc) 1 bis 50 Gew.-% grenzflächenaktive Stoffeb) optional 0,5 bis 80 Gew.-% Cobuilderd) optional 1 bis 70 Gew.-% Bleichsystemee) optional 0,5 bis 80 Gew.-% pH-Regulatorenf) ad 100 Gew.-% weitere übliche Inhaltsstoffe.
- Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel nach Anspruch 23, enthaltenda) 0,5 bis 99 Gew.-% der Builder-Zusammensetzungd) 1 bis 70 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 5 bis 50 Gew.-% Bleichsystemeb) optional 0,5 bis 80 Gew.-% Cobuilderc) optional 1 bis 50 Gew.-% grenzflächenaktive Stoffee) optional 0,5 bis 80 Gew.-% pH-Regulatorenf) ad 100 Gew.-% weitere übliche Inhaltsstoffe.

- Wasserenthärter, enthaltend mindestens eine Builder-Zusammensetzung entsprechend mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22.
- Wasserenthärter nach Anspruch 32, enthaltenda) 0,5 bis 99 Gew.-% der Builder-Zusammensetzungb) optional 0,5 bis 80 Gew.-% Cobuilderc) optional 0 bis 15 Gew.-% grenzflächenaktive Substanzend) optional 0,5 bis 80 Gew.-% pH-Regulatoren
- Compound, enthaltend mindestens eine Builder-Zusammensetzung entsprechend mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22.
- Compound nach Anspruch 34, enthaltenda) 70 bis 99,5 Gew.-% der Builder-Zusammensetzungb) 0,5 bis 30 Gew.-% anionische, kationische, nichtionische und/oder zwitterionische Tenside.
- Compound nach Anspruch 34, enthaltenda) 50 bis 99 Gew.-% der Builder-Zusammensetzung,b) 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-% Farbstoffc) ad 100 Gew.-% weitere übliche Inhaltsstoffe.

- Zusammensetzung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 38 in Form einer Tablette.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Builder-Zusammensetzung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass manmiteinander in Kontakt bringt und nachträglich die so erhaltene Builder-Zusammensetzung bei 30 bis 400°C für 0,5 bis 1000 min wärmebehandelt.a) kristallines schichtförmiges Natriumsilicat der Formel NaMSixO2x+1*yH2O, wobei M Natrium oder Wasserstoff, x eine Zahl von 1,9 bis 4 und y eine Zahl von 0 bis 20 bedeuten, undb) Wasser oder eine wässrige Lösung bzw. Dispersion mindestens eines Waschmittelinhaltsstoffes,c) wobei das molare Verhältnis der Komponente a) zum Wasser aus der Komponente b) 0,5:1 bis 20:1 beträgt,
- Verfahren zur Verringerung des Löserückstands einer Builder-Zusammensetzung, enthaltend eine innige Mischung ausdadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Builder-Zusammensetzung bei 30 bis 400°C für 0,5 bis 1000 min wärmebehandelt.a) kristallinem schichtförmigem Natriumsilicat der Formel NaMSixO2x+1*yH2O, wobei M Natrium oder Wasserstoff, x eine Zahl von 1,9 bis 4 und y eine Zahl von 0 bis 20 bedeuten, undb) Wasser oder einer wässrigen Lösung bzw. Dispersion mindestens eines Waschmittelinhaltsstoffes,c) wobei das molare Verhältnis der Komponente a) zum Wasser aus der Komponente b) 0,5:1 bis 20:1 beträgt,
