Claims (19)
- Vorrichtung zur Entnahme von stabförmigen Gegenständen, insbesondere Zigarettenstäben oder Zigarettenfilterstäben (6), aus einer, insbesondere tabakverarbeitenden, Produktionslinie und zur Beförderung der entnommenen stabförmigen Gegenstände (6) zu einer entfernten Stelle, insbesondere für eine periodische Kontrolle,
mit einer Wendeeinrichtung (30) zum Verschwenken der stabförmigen Gegenstände (6),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Wendeeinrichtung (30) von mindestens einem im wesentlichen feststehenden und starren Führungsmittel (32) gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsmittel eine Führungsfläche bildet, die um eine etwa in Bewegungsrichtung der stabförmigen Gegenstände (6) verlaufende und in der Fläche liegende Achse etwa teilverdrillt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsmittel eine Führungsfläche bildet, die eine Teilwendelform besitzt, deren Drehachse etwa in Bewegungsrichtung der stabförmigen Gegenstände verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei voneinander beabstandete Führungsmittel (32) vorgesehen sind, zwischen denen die stabförmigen Gegenstände (6) geführt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Führungsmittel (32) voneinander beabstandet und nebeneinander in einer Reihe angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Führungsmittel (32) in zwei voneinander beabstandeten Reihen angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in einer Reihe angeordneten Führungsmittel (32) in einer gedachten Fläche liegen, die um eine etwa in Bewegungsrichtung der stabförmigen Gegenstände (6) verlaufende und in der Fläche liegende Achse etwa teilverdrillt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in einer Reihe angeordneten Führungsmittel in einer gedachten Ebene liegen, die eine Teilwendelform besitzt, deren Drehachse etwa in Bewegungsrichtung der stabförmigen Gegenstände verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bzw. die Führungsmittel (32) stab- oder leistenförmig ausgebildet ist bzw. sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bzw. die staboder leistenförmigen Führungsmittel (32) im Querschnitt im wesentlichen rund ist bzw. sind.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsmittel als Leitbleche ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 mit einer Beförderungseinrichtung (10) zur Beförderung der stabförmigen Gegenstände (6) in einem Winkel, vorzugsweise quer zu ihrer Längserstreckung.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 mit einer Beförderungseinrichtung (10) zur Beförderung der stabförmigen Gegenstände (8) unter Schwerkrafteinfluß zur Wendeeinrichtung (30).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, bei welcher die Beförderungseinrichtung einen gegenüber der Horizontalen winklig verlaufenden Schacht (10) zur Beförderung der stabförmigen Gegenstände (6) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, mit einer der Wendeeinrichtung (30) nachgeschalteten Transporteinrichtung (40) zum Abtransport der stabförmigen Gegenstände (6) zur entfernten Stelle, wobei die Transporteinrichtung einen Aufnahmeschacht (46) mit einer ersten Öffnung zur Aufnahme der stabförmigen Gegenstände (6) und einer zweiten Öffnung zum Abtransport der aufgenommenen stabförmigen Gegenstände (6) aufweist,
gekennzeichnet durch ein Schließelement (54), das zwischen einer Stellung, in der es die erste Öffnung öffnet, und einer zweiten Stellung, in der es die erste Öffnung verschließt, bewegbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließelement (54) in der ersten Stellung die zweite Öffnung verschließt und in der zweiten Stellung die zweite Öffnung öffnet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließelement (54) verschwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wendeeinrichtung (30) am Schließelement (54) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 13, 17 und 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließelement (54) als Wippe ausgebildet ist, auf dessen Oberseite die Wendeeinrichtung (30) sitzt.
