Claims (10)
- Verbinder zur Schaffung von Eck- oder Stoßverbindungen zweier Hohlprofile (1,2), insbesondere zum Aufbau von Rahmen für Fenster, Türen, Fassaden und dergleichen, der im Fußbereich mit hakenförmigen Anschlußteilen (5) zur Befestigung an einer Hinterschneidung am ersten Hohlprofil (1) sowie mit einer axialen Bohrung (6) für ein optional einzusetzendes Befestigungselement versehen ist und der mit seinem Kopfende axial ins Innere des zweiten Hohlprofils (2) vorsteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die axiale Bohrung (6) ein Kleberführungsstück (7) eingesetzt ist, das mit einer radial verlaufenden Klebereinspritzbohrung (8) versehen ist, die in eine axial verlaufende Kleberaustrittsnut (9) mündet, wobei der Verbinder (4) im an die Kleberaustrittsnut (9) angrenzenden Bereich eine Freischneidung (10) und im Bereich der Klebereinspritzbohrung (8) eine Querbohrung (11) aufweist.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kleberführungsstück (7) als zylindrischer Bolzen ausgebildet ist und an seinem der Klebereinspritzbohrung (8) benachbarten axialen Ende einen radial vorstehenden Kragen (12) aufweist.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Kragen (12) eine axial zum anderen Ende des Kleberführungsstücks (7) vorstehende Nase (13) angeschlossen ist, die der Seitenwand (4.1) des Verbinders (4) anliegt.
- Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebereinspritzbohrung (8) als Durchgangsbohrung ausgebildet ist, in der mittig eine quer zur Bohrung sich erstreckende, einseitig angeschlossene Zunge (14) vorgesehen ist.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zunge (14) sich mit ihrem freien Ende bis in die Kleberaustrittsnut (9) erstreckt.
- Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Freischneidung (10) aufweisende Seitenwand im Bereich der Kleberaustrittsnut (9) mit einem nutartigen Rücksprung versehen ist, dessen Breite etwa der Länge der Kleberaustrittsnut (9) entspricht.
- Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Hohlprofil (2) mit einer zur Querbohrung (11) fluchtenden oder axial geringfügig versetzten Bohrung (15) versehen ist, in die eine bis zur Klebereinspritzbohrung (8) sich erstreckende Hülse (16) eingesetzt ist.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (16) an ihrem der Klebereinspritzbohrung (8) zugewandten Ende konisch ausgebildet ist.
- Verbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kragen (12) einen rechteckigen Umriss aufweist, und daß an seinem einen Rand eine in Richtung axial zum anderen Ende des Kleberführungsstücks (7) vorstehende Leiste angeordnet ist, die in einen Falz in der Seitenwand (4.1) greift.
- Verbinder nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem die Leiste tragenden Rand des Kragens (12) eine gegen die Innenwand des zweiten Hohlprofils (2) vorstehende Dichtleiste (18) angeschlossen ist.
