Claims (8)
- Rotationszerstäuber für eine Beschichtungsvorrichtung, deren Absprühelement abnehmbar an einer rotierenden Welle (4) montiert ist, mit einem Antriebsmotor und einer Lagereinheit (1) für die Welle (4),
wobei zum Blockieren der Welle (4) in dem Zerstäuber ein zwischen zwei Stellungen bewegbares Arretierglied (14) gelagert ist, das in seiner einen Stellung in Eingriff mit einer in oder an der Welle (4) ausgebildeten Arretiereinrichtung (12) steht, um deren Drehung in der Lagereinheit (1) zu verhindern, während es in seiner anderen Stellung die Wellendrehung freigibt,
gekennzeichnet durch ein ansteuerbares Ventil oder einen sonstigen Antrieb, mit dem das Arretierglied (14) automatisch betätigt werden kann. - Rotationszerstäuber nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arretierglied (14) in oder an der Lagereinheit (1) gelagert ist.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arretiereinrichtung durch eine Ausnehmung der Welle (4) oder mehrere um den Wellenumfang verteilte Ausnehmungen (12) gebildet ist.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach Anspruch 3 mit einer Hohlwelle (4), in deren zylindrischer Wand sich eine oder mehrere Bohrungen (12) befinden, in die das Arretierglied (14) in seiner Blockierstellung eingreift.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arretierglied (14) gegen die Kraft einer Rückstellfeder (20) aus seiner Freigabestellung in die Blockierstellung bewegbar ist.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arretierglied (14) ein linear radial zur Welle (4) verschiebbar gelagerter Bolzen ist.
- Rotationszerstäuber nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückstellfeder eine spiralförmige Druckfeder (20) ist, die in einem durch Abstufungen des stiftförmigen Arretiergliedes (14) und einer Führungsbohrung (18) für das Arretierglied gebildeten Ringspalt sitzt.
- Lagereinheit für die Welle (4) eines Rotationszerstäubers mit einem Arretierglied (14) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arretierglied (14) in oder an der Lagereinheit (1) gelagert ist.
